We could not have found a more perfect venue for our daughter's Vermont wedding than Tourterelle! Christine was wonderful to work with, beginning with our first meeting, throughout the months of planning, and on the day of the wedding. She was always gracious, responsive, and positive, and we could not have been more thrilled with every aspect of the wedding!Sent on 09/03/2018
As you can see from the photos below, Tourterelle is a magnificent spot - the ceremony by the pond, the outdoor area - perfect for cocktails and socializing after the ceremony, the beautiful barn, which provided a lovely setting for the reception, and the outdoor area adjacent to the barn (which we covered with a tent), which was perfect for dancing. The bonus: all of these spots come with lovely mountain views looking East and West!!
Tourterelle is not just a perfect setting... Christine and her husband, Bill, who is the chef, own Tourterelle, and they made a point of working with us to make very aspect of the wedding perfect for us! The food was delicious, the bar was supplied with everything we requested, and the staff was friendly and attentive!
We are so glad we chose Tourterelle, and we would highly recommend it for your Vermont wedding!

We loved our experience with Tourterelle. Whitney and Christine were so nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The venue is absolutely beautiful. All our guests raved about the food. One guest said they felt like they were at a wedding from a movie :) The view is breath taking. Even though you are close to rt 7, dont worry you cannot hear it at all! I actually ended up getting sick on our wedding night and Whitney and Christine were really helpful with making me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!Sent on 10/06/2018

Tourterelle was the perfect location for our wedding reception on October 22, 2016. They'd recently renovated the event area and added gorgeous natural wood paneling and heat (our wedding was a chilly day!). It's a beautiful place with mountain views, a pond and a fire pit. Christine Snell, the event coordinator, is a rock star. She exceeded our expectations and was a DREAM to work with. And the food! We started with a Vermont cheese assortment, dates, nuts, crackers and fresh fruit. Then salad and a buffet featuring pepper crusted filet mignon with orange horseradish glaze, ginger orange grilled salmon and mango salsa, and a portabello napoleon with goat cheese and red pepper coulis -- with sides of grilled vegetables and rosemary roasted potatoes. Christine arranged for us to have a mini wedding cake for the cake-cutting, then we served mini creme brûlées for our guests. Christine was very helpful in helping us to meet our budget, and she was even willing to help with other details such as table linens and the reception schedule. Tourterelle hit it out of the park. Thanks for a wonderful reception!Sent on 05/29/2017
