Faye Conlin and her assistant Nancy were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Faye was extremely helpful the month before our wedding with helping us to organize everything. She handled communication with vendors, and on the wedding day, Faye and her assistant Nancy really pulled everything together. On the day of the wedding, there was an issue where our venue wasn't able to set up any tables or chairs for the wedding until after 1 pm (when the wedding was at 5 pm). Faye texted me and I told her about the issue, and her and Nancy arrived early and made sure that EVERYTHING got set up perfectly for the wedding! I had to get my hair and makeup done, so I wasn't able to help with any of the setup like I had planned to do early that morning. Faye and Nancy had my back, and everything was so beautiful in the end. I didn't have to worry about anything. I cannot recommend Coordinating Dreams enough!

We cannot imagine our day without Faye! Her coordination was truly essential to the success of our wedding. She was such a dream to work with, as well as her teammate Nancy who joined us on the day-of. It was such a pleasure and honor working with them from the start. She helped coordinate timelines with all of our vendors, and helped run interference on the day of the event. I could not imagine getting married without her, I would have been a ball of stress, but I knew she had it all under control. She was so sweet and reassuring when small things were coming up, like some dress fitting issues. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough - just book her! We did the month-of package, which was so helpful as we could reach out to her with any questions during that crucial final month. Would give 1,000 stars if we could. Faye is incredibly talented. She takes chaos with a breeze and makes you feel as if you have no worries in the world. As emotions are heightened around and during your special day, Faye makes you stop, breathe and know that she has it all taken care of and there is nothing you need to be worried about. Her demeanor will make you feel as if you have known her your whole life. She will be able to look at you and tell something is on your mind - concerns, ideas, thoughts, etc.

If you are looking for a planner who cares, attention to detail is natural and effortless, is organized and can deal with all personalities of all family members, guests, etc. FAYE IS THE COORDINATOR/PLANNER FOR YOU.

My only regret is that I didn't hire her for the full planning process. If I could go back, I would've hired her as the full planner for the entirety of the planning process vs. just day-of.

Faye was the absolute best wedding planner! We used her month of services and she is unmatched! Whenever I had a question, she was a quick call or text away. She made everything so seamless the month of and coordinated with all of my vendors. The rehearsal was a breeze and the day of, I did not have a care in the world!!!! Everything went smooth and if there was a problem-I had no clue!

Faye is a consummate wedding coordinator/planner with excellent taste, experience, knowledge, and is so personable you cannot help but love her. She made my daughter’s dream wedding a reality and allowed me the ability to just enjoy the whole day. I didn’t need to do anything - she takes care of it all and this is priceless. She works with all the vendors and does all the communicating once she has taken detailed notes on how you want everything to be. She can guide you with places/vendors as you start, keep you on track with a timeline and reminders on when and what she needs. I really cannot say enough about her. Faye was absolutely incredible. Her responsiveness to emails and texts was unmatched. She coordinated every single one of my vendors the week before my wedding, which was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders. She was a pro at facilitating our rehearsal and corralling a hectic wedding party. On our wedding day, I had zero worries. She made every single one of our visions and dreams come true and I was not worried about a single thing. Her day-of partner Nancy was just as amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. I felt so lucky to have been able to book Coordinating Dreams!

Working with Faye was a DELIGHT; we literally could not have pulled off our wedding without her! She is funny, easy-going (but organized), and never makes you feel like you SHOULD do something one way or another because "that's how it's done." It's clear that she takes genuine pleasure in her work and just wants you to have the most fun possible on your wedding day, however you envision it. In our case, that was a lot of chaos and moving pieces - a huge wedding party, intensive decorating setup, lots of speeches, family band performances, lol - but she orchestrated the whole thing beautifully. Unbeknownst to us, she even reached out to the driver of our getaway car to let them know how to decorate the bumper to fit our theme! Such an adorable touch.

We started working with her a little over a year out, and at the time I was completely overwhelmed by how many things needed to be done. It was a relief to know that she was keeping tabs on our timeline - checking in when the time was right but not bombarding us - reaching out to vendors, giving us context on prices etc. It felt like she was very much "on our side," which is nice when you're dealing when so many different parties and opinions. Her prices are also extremely reasonable.

If you're contemplating whether to hire Faye for the whole caboodle or just day-of coordinator, get her for as long as you can! We miss her already!
