Faye Conlin and her assistant Nancy were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Faye was extremely helpful the month before our wedding with helping us to organize everything. She handled communication with vendors, and on the wedding day, Faye and her assistant Nancy really pulled everything together. On the day of the wedding, there was an issue where our venue wasn't able to set up any tables or chairs for the wedding until after 1 pm (when the wedding was at 5 pm). Faye texted me and I told her about the issue, and her and Nancy arrived early and made sure that EVERYTHING got set up perfectly for the wedding! I had to get my hair and makeup done, so I wasn't able to help with any of the setup like I had planned to do early that morning. Faye and Nancy had my back, and everything was so beautiful in the end. I didn't have to worry about anything. I cannot recommend Coordinating Dreams enough!

The wedding coordinator of our dreams!
We cannot imagine our day without Faye! Her coordination was truly essential to the success of our wedding. She was such a dream to work with, as well as her teammate Nancy who joined us on the day-of. It was such a pleasure and honor working with them from the start. She helped coordinate timelines with all of our vendors, and helped run interference on the day of the event. I could not imagine getting married without her, I would have been a ball of stress, but I knew she had it all under control. She was so sweet and reassuring when small things were coming up, like some dress fitting issues. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough - just book her! We did the month-of package, which was so helpful as we could reach out to her with any questions during that crucial final month. Would give 1,000 stars if we could. Thank you so much, Faye & Nancy!

Faye is incredibly talented. She takes chaos with a breeze and makes you feel as if you have no worries in the world. As emotions are heightened around and during your special day, Faye makes you stop, breathe and know that she has it all taken care of and there is nothing you need to be worried about. Her demeanor will make you feel as if you have known her your whole life. She will be able to look at you and tell something is on your mind - concerns, ideas, thoughts, etc.
If you are looking for a planner who cares, attention to detail is natural and effortless, is organized and can deal with all personalities of all family members, guests, etc. FAYE IS THE COORDINATOR/PLANNER FOR YOU.
My only regret is that I didn't hire her for the full planning process. If I could go back, I would've hired her as the full planner for the entirety of the planning process vs. just day-of.

Faye is a consummate wedding coordinator/planner with excellent taste, experience, knowledge, and is so personable you cannot help but love her. She made my daughter’s dream wedding a reality and allowed me the ability to just enjoy the whole day. I didn’t need to do anything - she takes care of it all and this is priceless. She works with all the vendors and does all the communicating once she has taken detailed notes on how you want everything to be. She can guide you with places/vendors as you start, keep you on track with a timeline and reminders on when and what she needs. I really cannot say enough about her. Faye was absolutely incredible. Her responsiveness to emails and texts was unmatched. She coordinated every single one of my vendors the week before my wedding, which was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders. Working with Faye was a DELIGHT; we literally could not have pulled off our wedding without her! She is funny, easy-going (but organized), and never makes you feel like you SHOULD do something one way or another because "that's how it's done." It's clear that she takes genuine pleasure in her work and just wants you to have the most fun possible on your wedding day, however you envision it. In our case, that was a lot of chaos and moving pieces - a huge wedding party, intensive decorating setup, lots of speeches, family band performances, lol - but she orchestrated the whole thing beautifully. Unbeknownst to us, she even reached out to the driver of our getaway car to let them know how to decorate the bumper to fit our theme! Such an adorable touch.
We started working with her a little over a year out, and at the time I was completely overwhelmed by how many things needed to be done. It was a relief to know that she was keeping tabs on our timeline - checking in when the time was right but not bombarding us - reaching out to vendors, giving us context on prices etc. It felt like she was very much "on our side," which is nice when you're dealing when so many different parties and opinions. Her prices are also extremely reasonable.
If you're contemplating whether to hire Faye for the whole caboodle or just day-of coordinator, get her for as long as you can! We miss her already!

Fun, On the ball and well connected
Our venue was "The Barn at Reynolda"
When we told Dawn "The Queen" at the Barn that we had chosen Faye with "Coordinating Dreams" as the Month of Coordinator the fun began. Dawn spoke Faye! (Thick English accent)The 2 ladies were also in cahoots with the caterer " Pepper Moon" Bethann. These 3 women had done this Rodeo many times and the process was seamless. They worked together to put on a fairytale wedding for my daughter and now son. Even when we had a high risk for rain and the ceremony was in the Gardens they kept us at ease. The rain held out and Faye had everything and everyone moving like clockwork. I have high anxiety. Other than the weather threat I was relaxed and able to enjoy the evening. Faye would not let me lift a finger. Thank you for that Faye!!!

Faye is such a genuine person and so extremely knowledgeable on all things wedding related. She made our day run smoothly and ironed out all the kinks to the point where I was unaware there were any until after the day. She rounded up all of our vendors and gave them a timeline of when to show and communicated with them so that we didn't have to and could just enjoy our time stress-free. She also helped me make many small decisions based on her prior knowledge of weddings and events and definitely steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Would recommend her to anyone I know having a wedding in the area. Best wedding decision I made!!!

I can't say enough GREAT things about my experience with Faye. I hired an event Coordinator because we were moving from out of state, building a house and work was crazy busy.
When meeting with Faye, she asked thoughtful and calculated questions, I knew from that first meeting she would be able to take my vision and make it reality.
Faye works with great people/companies/vendors. All of them were punctual and prepared for our meetings. They were all very respectful and honest.
We had to move our date from 2020 to 2021 due to Covid. When the time came to pick up the planning again Faye did not miss a beat! She even worked on negotiating costs and services for us, as some had changed due to Covid.
Handing over such an important event, with so many different details is scary for sure. Faye made it easy for me to hand things over to her. She was always quick to respond and talked through things with me. I never felt like I was being rushed or that I was not first priority. The things that I wanted to take care of (Invites, Guest Gifts and Bakery) she was perfectly fine with and just followed up with me to see if I needed any help and to make sure everything was on track.
The Wedding day was perfect, she was there early and worked with all the vendors to make sure everything we discussed was done, set in place, moved at the right time, all candles were lit, drinks poured, not one detail was overlooked. Faye stayed to help until the lights went out at 12:30am.
Faye, from one Project Manager to the next, thank you for everything! You are truly the best!

Faye was amazing and I can’t imagine putting the wedding together without her. We met with her at our venue a month out and she went through every detail. From there she created a timeline and coordinated plans with all the vendors. She responded quickly to emails and always followed through on tasks. We had a terrible storm the afternoon of our garden wedding and had to pivot and move everything inside. Faye worked with the venue to redo the indoor space to accommodate the ceremony. It was done efficiently and beautifully. There was so much I could have been stressed about that day, but I wasn’t at all because I knew Faye was handling it. I got to do what I wanted to that day- be present in the moment and enjoy the day. Deciding to go with Coordinating Dreams was one of the best decisions we made about the wedding and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Faye Conlin was my saving grace for my 2020 wedding. Throughout all the ups, downs, changes, etc, Faye kept me completely calm and excited for my beautiful Fall wedding.
Throughout the whole planning process she kept me in line with all my tasks, and made sure I was getting everything done on time. That being said, I never felt overwhelmed, because she helped me take things one step at a time.

Faye helped bring the wedding of our dreams to life. If you’re looking for a team to pull off a large wedding on private property, Faye is the person. She also gracefully navigated the Covid 19 environment and rain on our wedding day to make sure everything was still perfect. She has a fantastic relationship with most vendors in the area and made recommendations for vendors we had not selected yet. She brought great ideas and asked many questions. On the eve of our wedding day, she was up late discussing rain plan ideas, and navigated a last minute vendor change with ease. She worked well with family members and was respectful to everyone. Faye is extremely professional and on top of it! I don’t know how we could have pulled off this wedding without her. Faye attended the rehearsal, of course, and effectively pulled everyone together to practice roles for the wedding. She remained calm, friendly and professional.
There were a lot of little details that needed to be completed the morning of the wedding. Faye was extremely helpful in doing all of these even when I had planned to do some myself. She did not hesitate to jump in there and the wedding was a huge success. I would fully recommend Faye/Coordinating Dreams to coordinate your wedding. In fact I’ve recommended them to a close friend who has contracted them already!

Faye was so helpful from our first meeting till our sparkler sendoff! Whether you know exactly the vision you want for your wedding or you aren't sure, Faye will help make your day perfect. She was extremely professional and helped everyone stay on time and on track the day of our wedding. We did not have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding because we knew that Faye was on top of everything. If anything went wrong then we will never know because Faye and Nancy do such a great job of making the day run smoothly. I had a wonderful experience with Faye as my wedding planner. She sought to understand and achieve my vision for the wedding. She kept me organized throughout the whole planning process, even making weekly to do lists leading up to the big day. She had preferred vendors which made their selection straightforward and easy. She was critical in making my day smooth sailing and kept all the family members organized and on task. I could not have enjoyed my wedding day as much as I did without her. Beyond this, she was such a pleasure to work with. She is so kind, easy going and has a good sense of humor. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to help plan my wedding!

Faye was great. I can’t imagine having a wedding without a coordinator now. We loved working with Faye and Nancy for our day of coordination. A Must-Have!
Faye was incredible as our day-of wedding coordinator. We had unexpected rain on our wedding day and Faye quickly jumped to Plan B and was amazingly flexible when we changed our rain plan. Faye knew exactly what to do to turn our dream into reality! She was very responsive and friendly. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Faye was through the month leading up to, and day of our wedding!!! She is so kind, thoughtful, thorough, and an utmost professional!
I had SO many friends and family members tell me that the one thing they couldn't have lived without (or regretted not getting) was a coordinator. With both of us working full-time, opposite schedules, I knew it would be a nightmare to take care of everything ourselves. So, after the venue, finding a coordinator was next on my to-do list.
The first time I spoke with Faye, we wound up chatting like old friends! No idea was too outrageous, and my lack of concrete plans (for a wedding that was taking place in just a few months, ha) didn't throw her off at all!
On the day of, Faye even braved a thunderstorm to help bring decorations in from the cars. All I saw was a yellow raincoated champion runing in and out of the building with boxes! She set up all my crazy table decorations (we had a Beauty and the Beast themed reception and each table was a different character), made everything look GORGEOUS, AND cut the cake to be served. Every time we needed something, I turned around and she was there.
Faye even masterfully calmed me down right before the ceremony when I got overwhelmed! My family and friends had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She was a true part of our day, and I am so immensely grateful!
I don't know why you're still hesitating. Book her. You won't regret it.

Faye was absolutely amazing. This was the best investment we made on our wedding. I cannot imagine going through the day without her services. I was the calmest bride ever and it was all because Faye was taking care of everything. I had zero worries the entire weekend before the wedding. She had it all under control. It was really great to have her there, my friends and family also loved her. I cannot recommend her enough. Brides, do yourselves a favor and hire Faye for coordinating your big day. I'm not sure where to begin. Faye was an absolute dream coordinator!! We live in GA and planned our 10 year vow renewal in NC. It was so helpful to have someone with so much knowledge of our venue (Castle McCulloch) and all of our vendors. The day of our party was PERFECT!! At first, I really want sure what a wedding coordinator did. Faye contacted me with questions a couple of weeks before my wedding. She then came to my rehearsal and then to my wedding. I can not say enough wonderful things about Faye and Coordinating dreams! I hired them as a "day of coordinator". Faye came into the picture about 6 weeks out to make sure I crossed all my T's and dotted the I's. Although she technically was supposed to start 6 weeks out, she was available for any questions throughout the planning process. She gave me great recommendations for a baker and other vendors. She was able to find me last minute patio heaters to support the weather. She also found me a videographer 2 weeks from the event! On the day of the wedding, she was so incredibly helpful! She did things before anyone in my bridal party/family could even ask. She was perfect! She seriously made sure the wedding was perfect and we stuck to timeline. My family made several comments about how great she was and that she kept asking if they needed anything. She gathered all the stuff at the end of the night and made sure it all made it to our vehicles safely. She was so great to work with and beyond worth the very reasonably priced package! I hired Coordinating Dreams in January and my daughter's wedding was held at the end of September, 2017. While I already had a few of the vendors hired, Faye was able to assist us with names of other vendors needed. She scheduled appointments with each of them and confirmed appointments the day before. She was always available to answer questions by email and by phone, was prompt in answering our emails and calls and held multiple planning meetings with my daughter and I. She prepared a timeline, diagram of the room, contacted my vendors with last minute details and compiled a list of contact information for each of them. She took care of the rehearsal and answered any questions from the bridal party. On the day of the event, I did not have to deal with any of the setup issues and was able to spend time with my daughter and the bridal party. Faye handled any problems or questions that arose and I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding. She and Nancy were a joy to work with. I knew in the beginning when we were planning the wedding that I needed a planner/coordinator and Coordinating Dreams was a perfect choice.

We had a wonderful experience with Coordinating Dreams for our wedding in August. Faye and Nancy are great to work with. We spoke with Faye over the phone a few times and she made us feel confident about our wedding day every time we spoke with her. Nancy was our coordinator the day of our wedding. We met with her before and went over all of the details. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was all we wished for. She even helped us finish decorating. We could not have done it without them. I cannot say enough about Faye. She is an excellent Wedding designer and Coordinator. Faye was recommended to my daughter for her Wedding and we were thrilled from our first meeting. Faye was absolutely wonderful and made my wedding a huge success! We called her on a Wednesday for our Friday wedding. She had a photographer, florist, cake and reception booked within 12 hours. What can I say, these ladies are awesome! I used their Day of Coordination service. Setting up our initial meeting was quick, easy, and convenient. I instantly hit it off with Faye. She is genuine and full of great advice! In the months leading up to my wedding, Faye was very responsive and always willing to answer questions and offer advice. She even pointed me in the direction of some other great vendors. During the month of my wedding, I met again with Faye and her associate, Nancy, who directed my rehearsal and my wedding day. Together, the ladies handled all of my vendor coordination, and that alone was a tremendous weight off of my shoulders! I didn't have to worry about anything! When my wedding day came and Nancy showed up, she really ran the show! It doesn't matter how prepared you think you are or how many checklists you've made or even how many family/friends you have around you to help, I'm telling you that these ladies are worth their weight in gold! I was on the fence wondering if a DOC was really necessary, and if that's where you are, trust me when I say it's worth it!! We used Faye, the owner of Coordinating Dreams, to help plan our wedding and she did an absolutely amazing job! I had many vendors already picked out and some details covered, but needed help with final details and day of coordination. After our first meeting, she made us feel so comfortable and like she was truly there to help our vision come to life. She thought of questions to ask and details to cover that I never would have thought of. She was willing to meet with me as many times as needed to make sure all details were covered and she responded to emails within minutes! I truly was not worried about anything going wrong on the big day because I knew Faye was there to take care of it. She has so much experience and knows exactly what she is doing, all while being so sweet, personable, and very professional. I highly recommend Faye to help coordinate your wedding!!

I am a do-it-myself kind of person. I have difficulty passing the reins to anyone else during important events in my life. During the planning of our wedding my fiancé INSISTED we hire a coordinator. I wanted to save the money. He wouldn't budge. He was more correct on this decision than I would have ever dreamed. When I look back on my wedding day literally everything else was interchangeable, except Faye. She listened to my vision, took action when needed, and let me run the show when I wanted. Faye thought of things to prepare and do that I never even knew existed. She helped me decorate, told people where to be, and literally gave me piece of mind on my day. Literally. I told everyone not to bother me with problems if they occurred on THE DAY. She kept to that. I found out later of little issues that popped up that she handled without me ever realizing they were happening. I was in my blissful role of being the bride and unaware of the behind the scenes she was controlling. If would have had a different dj, more flowers, or a different dress it wouldn't have made much of a difference. If I had chosen to not hire Faye my day would not have been the same. Not even close.

I can't even express how satisfied and happy we are with our choice to work with Coordinating Dreams. Of course we searched wedding wire and contacted some of the "bigger" companies. After speaking with a few of those we knew right away we didn't want to be just another couple on a list and that we wanted a coordinator that was more personal and made us feel special. From the beginning, we had contact with Faye and even met a few times to go over details. I even emailed her a week before our wedding saying I needed another centerpiece arrangement and she had it handled in less than an hour. Faye assigned Nancy to us and she was literally the glue to the entire wedding day. I didn't even see the reception set-up until I walked in from the ceremony and I was in awe. Nancy setup the decor in the places I wanted, made sure all of the family members knew their positions, cued the DJ at specific times, helped me fix a button that came off my dress, and was always checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. She was so sweet but also the "drill sergeant" that everyone immediately listened to when she instructed them on where to be/what to do. She even took the time to write in our guestbook and wish us the best. I sat with my husband at our sweetheart table and said to him, "I don't know if anything went wrong. If it did, we don;t know about it" … which is a great feeling on such an overwhelming day. All of our vendors were amazing, but we are so so thankful for Coordinating Dreams.

I loved working with Faye and Nancy. I met with Faye for initial planning and Nancy was in charge on the day of rehearsal and the wedding. I was working up until the day before my wedding rehearsal so I was under lots of stress and pressure. Faye made sure that every detail was planned/figured out so that there would not be any surprises on the day of. She also was not shy of making suggestions and I greatly appreciated that. I met with Nancy on the day of wedding rehearsal and she was very pleasant and funny. She explained everything to the wedding party and wanted to practice until I was comfortable with how the ceremony would go. On the day of my wedding, Nancy was very on top of every little details, she even made sure that I was cooled off (I had a outdoor ceremony lol) before the wedding.

Faye was the only coordinator I reached out to because I had seen her in action while coordinating my sister's wedding in 2011 and knew from first hand experience that she was the best. Coordinating Dreams offered great flexibility with multiple packages with different levels of service - I went with the Silver Package which included day of coordination and month out details which was perfect for me since I was planning the wedding from out of state. Faye's been working in the local wedding industry for quite a while and has priceless experience and knowledge which were especially helpful. She was always quick to respond to emails and offered great answers and suggestions to my questions. She dealt very efficiently with two of my vendors that were causing issues right before the wedding and was very patient with me as I constantly tweaked the floor plan. Her assistant Nancy who handled our rehearsal and ceremony and then assisted at the reception was also great and a real sweetheart.
The main reason I'm giving Faye from Coordinating Dreams 5 stars though is because I got to wake up on my wedding morning and know that the ceremony and reception were going to run as smoothly as they could because they were in the best hands and that peace of mind was beyond priceless. I got to enjoy the day and fully live in the moment because Faye and Nancy were taking care of everything and I'll always be grateful for that. Do yourself the biggest favor and hire Coordinating Dreams too!

Our wedding, at Castle McCulloch, went off without a hitch! There was no guessing who was to be where, or what was going to happen when. My venue, theme and state my wedding was supposed to be changed completely 4 weeks from the date and I was freaking out until I hired Faye. We were so busy moving and getting our house ready and I literally gave her a bunch of decor and she gave me a beautiful wedding!!! From taking care of all my floral needs, constantly reminding me of all that i needed to do to always making sure I had a drink in my hand at my wedding reception and everything in between her and her team were absolutely amazing!!! I still don't know how she pulled it all off!! I will definitely be calling Faye every time I host any type of event! She truly was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!!!
