Ever been to a wedding and found the ceremony to be boring or it just felt like the Officiant didn't know the couple? We created our company with one goal in mind; to ensure your Wedding Ceremony is fun, memorable and funny. It is YOUR big day after all. So let's make sure the ceremony reflects why you are!
Cloud 9 Favors is based in New York City. However, we serve most of New York State and New Jersey. We specialize in creating personalized, funny and memorable ceremonies that reflect the journey the couple has taken together. We meet with you several times before your ceremony. We will design your ceremony from start to finish and provide you with a minute by minute timeline of what will happen that day. We will also offer some suggestions on how you can make your ceremony unique. We have done everything from taking shots, selfies and even done the first dance with our couples. Like we said before, we aren't your grandmother's Wedding Officiant. We love our Grandmas by the way.
If you're eloping, we promise to make sure your ceremony is equally as funny. We will also meet with you before to ensure we capture what you want on your day.
Cloud 9 Favors is run by Jason and Romney who got married two years ago to one another. So we know exactly what you are doing through. We also know how to take the stress out of planning the perfect ceremony.
With his meteorological skills, Jason can even help you choose the best times for photos or whether your ceremony time should be adjusted for ideal sunshine. Whether your wedding is non-religious, a civil union, interfaith, or single-faith, we would be delighted and excited to guide you on your wedding day.
Owners Romney Smith and Jason Frazer have extensive experience in the journalism industry as TV reporters, and Jason is also a Meteorologist. With this personable and knowledgeable duo by your side, the heavens are sure to part for you on your special day.

Jason was funny yet serious while officiating our wedding. The preparation leading up to the wedding was smooth... Jason asked all the pertinent questions, therefore leaving no room for error. Three zoom meetings and communication via texts were all it took to have the plan wrapped up.
Jason delivered exactly what we signed for on the contract….he also sends your marriage license via certified mail to the town and sends you the tracking number.. He is on point with everything!!
Within two weeks our marriage certificate was signed, sealed, delivered.
If we were to do it again, we would no doubt choose Jason.
