The Club at Clifton restaurant includes two distinct spaces that can be combined to accommodate up to 299 guests. The Fabrizi Ballroom provides a covered wrap-around deck for dining in the fresh air, overlooking the viridian course. The Garnish Grill features an intimate lounge-style area for dining and socializing, complete with a charming gas fireplace for enhanced ambience. Get-ready rooms offer secluded restrooms, showers, and designated secure spaces for you to relax and prepare for your special celebration.
The owner and experienced staff are ready to provide creative planning services for wedding celebrations. These include engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. Your site fee for events also covers the use of tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, china, linens and their setup and cleanup. Furthermore, valet on-site parking and wheelchair-accessible features are present for the benefit of you and your guests. You can also avail of event rentals such as decor, centerpieces, and lighting.
Clifton Springs Country Club’s executive chef Nicholas Parish nurtures an organic garden and prized products sourced from the abundant locality. This knowledgeable chef is passionate about working with clients to create menus tailored to their precise tastes and theme. You can enjoy a variety of options for your wedding cuisine, including hors d'oeuvres, plated dinners, stations, and dessert tables. Tastings for up to 4 people are included prior to your big day so that you can feel assured of the quality of these dishes. My daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect! The venue was gorgeous, the food was excellent and the communication with Paula ( the owner) made everything go off without any complications. Paula and the staff at Clifton Springs Country Club are awesome! The club is beautiful with a wall of windows overlooking the course which made for a nice setting for vows and pictures. We had our wedding here this February. It was nothing short of amazing. Paula and her team were absolutely wonderful. I have always loved entertaining, cooking and throwing parties. My event planning background began in 1986 when I joined the staff of a marketing company who, among other things hosted trade shows, Bridal shows and pageants along with all aspects of branding and marketing. I have put together 40, 50 and 60, 70 and 80 year birthday parties , a few 50th anniversary parties, 4 weddings, several large family reunions and dozens of showers and other parties. I have always been a natural party planner and can put together an event in a matter of weeks if needed from home parties to large venues with music, favors, decorations, florals etc. The true test of my adaptability for handling multiple events at once was in 2014-2016 when all 4 of my children got married within 24 months. I planned each unique wedding down to almost every detail and most of the showers as well...and loved every minute of it! I apologize in advance if it takes me a little while to follow up with you but in order to give each and every bride, party host and customer the best service possible I operate on a first come-first served basis and that means focusing on events as they are happening and following up on future ones as soon as possible. I promise you that you will not ever be left without information, answers or responses of any kind when dealing with me!
As a native to the Finger Lakes area Chef Nick found his calling to cuisine in the local restaurant scene at a very young age. After spending a lot of his childhood in and around the industry, Chef Nick went on to attend and graduate from the world famous Le Cordon Blue Culinary Academy as Valedictorian. Upon completion of formal culinary training Nick then spent time in top tier restaurants all up and down the east coast to hone his craft. In 2013 he relocated back to Finger Lakes area and accepted a position as executive banquet chef at Ventosa Vineyards where he hosted over 180 weddings per year to rave reviews. He wanted to better use his creativity and serve the public daily while still maintaining his expertise in banquets and was offered the Executive Chef position at the beautiful and award-winning Clifton Springs Country Club's new restaurant The Club at Clifton which serves lunch dinner and banquets. Developing a deep passion throughout his career for locally sourced ingredients and sustainable farming, Nick hopes to bring that same passion and sustainable “farm to fork” mentality back to the forefront in the local restaurant scene.
