My wedding would not have been what it was without Crystal. I was not a gal that wanted to do the whole wedding thing, but I knew I needed to for my parents. Since we were doing the whole thing, I wanted to do it right, but I didnt even know where to start. Crystal, even before the 90 day mark where she really jumped in since she was my day of coordinator, was super helpful, always open to questions, and made my husband and I feel like I had someone I trusted to take this journey with. She held my hand hand every step, had all the answers to my questions, and settled all of my insecurities. When the day came and I, on a whim, decided to push my timeline up an entire half an hour, she rolled with the punches and made things seem like they were exactly as they were supposed to be. Everything was seamless, she was poised, calm, and my friends and family raves about how well everything went. They had no idea anything had changed! Crystal was honestly one of the best and first decisions we made when we started wedding planning and it was truly meant to be. It’s because of her that my wedding day was so stress free and I was not a nervous bride or worried bride. She gave me that peace and I got to enjoy and be present on my wedding day because I knew she had my back.

I had been to Anna's wedding that Crystal had planned, and every little detail was so authentic and genuinely Anna and her husband that my fiancé and I knew we would be getting an impeccable service.
Cherry Blossom Planning Factory helped us throw the wedding we envisioned completely from the overlying theme of fusing cultures: Polish, American, Lebanese, down the grape leaves and kielbasa served at our cocktail hour. When I suggested Lebanese dancers the week before the weeding, Crystal found a way to make it work. When we really our saber arch but didn't want our guests to freeze in the cold, Crystal found a way to incorporate it into our indoor ceremony. She did not miss a beat, she did not skip a detail. She kept me going when my schedule dragged me down ad she worked around our hectic military demands by bringing cake samples to our house.

Don't even know where to begin -- Crystal and her team are top notch! From the beginning of the planning process to the end, Crystal was consistently responsive, professional, and just a true pleasure to work with. There are times when you meet a person in their professional setting where you can just tell they are exactly in the line of work they are meant to be. My new husband already left a review, but I think everyone needs to hear from the bride's perspective, lol. Crystal was so much help, I cannot imagine what it would have been like without her. For months, any time I had a random question (literally about anything - alcohol, etiquette, budget, etc.) or a mini panic moment, Crystal was always available to offer encouragement and advice without being pushy... but I always ended up taking her advice anyway because she definitely knows her shit! If we ran into wedding planning snags, she was great about coming up with alternative ideas. She helped us find better ways to communicate with a vendor we were having trouble reaching. She was present at every appointment we asked her to come to, she is incredibly organized, and she makes you feel like you're the only couple she is working with. Every time we met a vendor and they found out Crystal was our wedding planner, all of them would immediately gush about how fantastic she is!

On our wedding day, she was on point with everything, but there are two things I remember most. First, she made some executive decor decisions (and it looked so beautiful). When I saw it, I realized there must have been some snags on our wedding day that I know nothing about because she took care of it without ever bothering me. Second, she refilled our water glasses during dinner. I know that sounds so insignificant, but in that moment I was really taken aback because it showed how much she cared. In the chaos of a wedding, I imagine most planners will not A) notice you are out of water or B) refill it for you themselves. She is just an all-around genuinely great person and it shows in her work. I highly recommend!

Behind every great wedding is an amazing wedding planner making sure everything goes smoothly. From the moment Crystal became our planner, she made it an easy and stress free experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

Crystal was comforting but direct, professional and happy. You got problems? She'll solve 'em. Panicking? Confused? Just call her! I got a lot of sideways glances for hiring a coordinator (which our venue required anyway!) because I am a type A planner myself, but on the wedding day, everyone finally knew what I was talking about. One of my bridesmaids even thought Crystal was an avatar in a wedding planning app because she's so efficient and good at what she does.

My wedding was at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. I live in Florida, so Crystal made out of state wedding planning much easier. We hired the Ninjas for Day of Coordination, but all of the help leading up to the wedding was over and above our expectations. The monthly reminders of where I should be in my planning process were a huge help and kept me focused. We had some changes to our wedding throughout the planning process and even on the day of the wedding. They handled every challenge professionally and with excitement.
