She saved the day!

My wedding would not have been what it was without Crystal. I was not a gal that wanted to do the whole wedding thing, but I knew I needed to for my parents. Since we were doing the whole thing, I wanted to do it right, but I didnt even know where to start. Crystal, even before the 90 day mark where she really jumped in since she was my day of coordinator, was super helpful, always open to questions, and made my husband and I feel like I had someone I trusted to take this journey with. She held my hand hand every step, had all the answers to my questions, and settled all of my insecurities. When the day came and I, on a whim, decided to push my timeline up an entire half an hour, she rolled with the punches and made things seem like they were exactly as they were supposed to be. Everything was seamless, she was poised, calm, and my friends and family raves about how well everything went. They had no idea anything had changed! Crystal was honestly one of the best and first decisions we made when we started wedding planning and it was truly meant to be. It’s because of her that my wedding day was so stress free and I was not a nervous bride or worried bride. She gave me that peace and I got to enjoy and be present on my wedding day because I knew she had my back.

Absolutely the best!

Working with Crystal at Cherry Blossom Planning Factory was the best idea anybody could have proposed. As a busy resident physician living many states away from family, my friend Anna recommended Crystal. I had been to Anna's wedding that Crystal had planned, and every little detail was so authentic and genuinely Anna and her husband that my fiancé and I knew we would be getting an impeccable service.
Cherry Blossom Planning Factory helped us throw the wedding we envisioned completely from the overlying theme of fusing cultures: Polish, American, Lebanese, down the grape leaves and kielbasa served at our cocktail hour. When I suggested Lebanese dancers the week before the weeding, Crystal found a way to make it work. When we really our saber arch but didn't want our guests to freeze in the cold, Crystal found a way to incorporate it into our indoor ceremony. She did not miss a beat, she did not skip a detail. She kept me going when my schedule dragged me down ad she worked around our hectic military demands by bringing cake samples to our house.
She is amazing, and she will spin up the tornado that wedding planning can be to give you the wedding of your dreams, while keeping it as stress-free as possible. You need Cherry Blossom Planning Factory in your life.

Don't even know where to begin -- Crystal and her team are top notch! From the beginning of the planning process to the end, Crystal was consistently responsive, professional, and just a true pleasure to work with. There are times when you meet a person in their professional setting where you can just tell they are exactly in the line of work they are meant to be. Crystal is, without a doubt, one of those people. She has such a positive attitude, handles challenges with a smile, is a great listener and contributed great ideas to our overall vision while continuing to nurturing that vision. Highly recommend

My new husband already left a review, but I think everyone needs to hear from the bride's perspective, lol. Crystal was so much help, I cannot imagine what it would have been like without her. For months, any time I had a random question (literally about anything - alcohol, etiquette, budget, etc.) or a mini panic moment, Crystal was always available to offer encouragement and advice without being pushy... but I always ended up taking her advice anyway because she definitely knows her shit! If we ran into wedding planning snags, she was great about coming up with alternative ideas. She helped us find better ways to communicate with a vendor we were having trouble reaching. She was present at every appointment we asked her to come to, she is incredibly organized, and she makes you feel like you're the only couple she is working with. Every time we met a vendor and they found out Crystal was our wedding planner, all of them would immediately gush about how fantastic she is!

On our wedding day, she was on point with everything, but there are two things I remember most. First, she made some executive decor decisions (and it looked so beautiful). When I saw it, I realized there must have been some snags on our wedding day that I know nothing about because she took care of it without ever bothering me. Second, she refilled our water glasses during dinner. I know that sounds so insignificant, but in that moment I was really taken aback because it showed how much she cared. In the chaos of a wedding, I imagine most planners will not A) notice you are out of water or B) refill it for you themselves. She is just an all-around genuinely great person and it shows in her work. I highly recommend!

When I was shopping around for a day-of coordinator, I saw a review for Cherry Blossom that said "You can stop looking now." I am very grateful to that person, whomever they are, because they were right.

I know you're going through dozens of vendors right now, worrying about things like cost and responsiveness and heaven knows what else. Just stop! You're good! You've found the right person!

Crystal was comforting but direct, professional and happy. You got problems? She'll solve 'em. Panicking? Confused? Just call her! I got a lot of sideways glances for hiring a coordinator (which our venue required anyway!) because I am a type A planner myself, but on the wedding day, everyone finally knew what I was talking about. One of my bridesmaids even thought Crystal was an avatar in a wedding planning app because she's so efficient and good at what she does.

Anyways, you can go on with the rest of your planning now, because CBPF has you covered.

We cannot say thank you enough to Crystal and her team for making our wedding a dream come true.
My wedding was at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. I live in Florida, so Crystal made out of state wedding planning much easier. We hired the Ninjas for Day of Coordination, but all of the help leading up to the wedding was over and above our expectations. The monthly reminders of where I should be in my planning process were a huge help and kept me focused. We had some changes to our wedding throughout the planning process and even on the day of the wedding. They handled every challenge professionally and with excitement.
It is wonderful to work with a team that truly loves what they do. If you are looking for a planner, hire the Cherry Blossom Ninjas!

We had such a wonderful time working with Crystal and the Cherry Blossom team - they are truly wedding ninjas! Crystal was there from the start of the planning process and well after the last guest left the wedding. She made the entire process fun and seamless and didn't miss a single detail. I can't thank the Planning Ninjas enough. I was feeling so much pressure to make the wedding the best anyone had ever been to and Crystal literally handled everything. Her ideas made sense and made everything SO easy! She met with us and was available anytime we had questions. She kept up with us with timelines, charts, budgets, and a friendly reminder to STAY calm. I couldn't put all this together on my own. The last thing I remember as I'm shaking waiting to walk down the aisle was her sweet smile and soft voice saying, "Go get married". She made our entire day completely PERFECT...Just amazing!! Aside from saying "yes/i do", Crystal was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. We are so lucky to have found her and her team. She is creative and thoughtful, and quite possibly the most helpful person I have ever met. She was able to work with our very difficult schedules and helped us stick to our budget. She is extremely organized and kept us on track. She went above and beyond what we expected a partial wedding planner to do for us, and we cannot thank her enough! Additionally, her assistants were very helpful on the wedding day as well.

Crystal, our awesome planner at Cherry Blossom Planning Factory did such an excellent job on my daughters wedding and reception I might just have to have another event! Every detail was taken care of, response time was excellent and if there was any issue during the event, Crystal took care of it! Every one of our guests left saying it was the best wedding they had ever been too. My husband and I got married in September and Crystal and her team at the Cherry Blossom Planning Factory were AMAZING. I can't even imagine what our wedding day (or the months leading up to it) would have been like if I hadn't had her help planning everything out.

Crystal officially was our day-of-coordinator, but really, she took the reins about 3 months before the big day, and took over with all correspondence, contacting our vendors, creating timelines, and generally kicking everything into shape. She's a force to be reckoned with! I am so glad we decided to use her services.

From the beginning, she was open-minded, and very supportive of us 'doing our thing' – she just wanted to help us realize whatever our vision was. She gave great suggestions when we asked, but she was never pushy at all. She used some amazing online tools, like AislePlanner, to create a great central planning space where my husband and I could look over our guest list, play around with the seating chart, and do other neat things.

I also have to commend her for having the patience of a saint with me. As the big day got closer, I developed a bad habit of ducking my head in the sand and not responding to emails or texts... Crystal was wonderful at talking me down several times and making adjustments and taking time out of her day to work with my communication style, and I am so thankful for her understanding!!

Our wedding day was perfect – everything was ready, well-organized, and went off without a hitch, and the best part is that I had nothing to do with it! I was able to relax and just enjoy and Crystal and her ninjas took care of everything.

When we got back from our honeymoon, we even discovered a hidden present – a box full of glitter, 2 beautiful champagne flutes, frosting, sparkles, and a bottle of champagne to celebrate the big day!! I can't recommend the Cherry Blossom Planning Factory enough!

Crystal was absolutely awesome. We knew we wanted a day of coordinator to help, but we were blown away by Crystals ability to make the day go smoothly. She went above and beyond in multiple ways, even going as far as to do some crafting for us without us even knowing! She was on top of everything from day 1, and it made us feel so much better knowing we had her keeping things going smoothly. You know how there are people you meet, and you know they came into your life for a reason…that is how I feel about Crystal Salazar from Cherry Blossom Planning Factory. Crystal is amazing! When I started planning for our wedding at the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach, I had a bunch of ideas in my head of what I wanted. Crystal, who is a creative genius, helped me organize those ideas and brought them to life! She was with me every step of the way and knew every single question to ask, consistently putting my mind at ease. Any time I had a question or was uncertain about anything with the wedding…Crystal was just a phone call away. She was extremely organized, always on time and whenever we met to discuss the wedding, her full attention was on me and my needs. When our original photographer said she could no longer photograph our wedding, and I had a minor pre-wedding panic attack, Crystal was right there with a recommendation for a new photographer, who turned out to be amazing like her! Her timeline for our wedding day included every single detail…and she even did a timeline for the bridesmaids, groomsmen and family so they knew exactly where to be and when. I had a vision for centerpieces and also for the decorations, but there wasn’t a specific way I wanted them. Knowing Crystal would add her sparkle, I gave all the decorations and everything for the centerpieces to Crystal and she worked her magic! Everything was so beautiful and the wedding went off without a hitch (even if there was one I never knew because Crystal took care of it)! I could never thank Crystal enough for making our wedding even better then what my husband and I could have ever imagined!! If you want a wedding planner who will make your wedding the BEST DAY EVER, then you need Crystal Salazar and her ninjas in your life!

We booked the CBPF's partial planning package. As someone who does big events as part of my job, I was comfortable with many aspects of the planning process, but there were enough new-to-me issues that I didn't want to be left completely on my own. Crystal stood out above the pack as someone fun & creative who was as willing to get down in the details as I wanted/needed, and who could handle my tendency to over-think things! She was always quick to respond to my questions but most of the time she was beating me to the punch on things, letting me know what needed our immediate attention and what could really wait. She was accommodating of my busy work schedule and made herself available for in-person meetings and phone calls whenever necessary. She got so much done and truly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders each and every time we spoke. Our wedding day couldn't have gone any more smoothly - or at least, that's how it felt to me, which is exactly what you want as a bride! She and her ninja team were phenomenal - I got so many comments about how great/helpful they were from so many guests! She is a complete professional, handling every other vendor's questions/issues/weird inter-personal drama with charm, tact, and speed. She gave me great recommendations, had awesome online tools to keep us both organized, and was just so wonderful to work with that I'm kind of bummed that it's all over! I would recommend her a hundred times over.

Love love LOVE them! Crystal is the best there is! After we got engaged my sisters surprised me with "the gift of stress free planning!" One of the best gifts ever! We had planned for a large wedding and she stayed on top of everything and kept me on track the whole time. She was ALWAYS available to talk about all things wedding related! Ladies this is the wedding planner you need! I have to start off by saying I never knew what actually went into a wedding. I tried to get all my ideas from Pinterest and attempted to put them into place, only to become more and more frustrated. My first conversation with Crystal over the phone and I knew she was the one I needed to squash all anxiety! The first time we met she even bought me red wine after hearing about what a terrible day I was having. She has an absolutely great relationship with EVERY single vendor I used. ALL of them spoke very highly of her from my wonderful hair and makeup person to my cake vendor to my DJ and even my venue! She is well respected in the wedding community and by her brides. Ladies, she will calm you, build you up emotionally, have a solution for every need, and be your bff throughout the entire wedding planning process. The only problem I had was seeing her go after my wedding was over as she definitely became my needed friend throughout this process. She is truly talented. Miss and love you, Crystal!

Crystal and her ninjas deserve 10 stars! Our day could not have been so perfect without her and her team's incredible attention to detail, inspiring ideas and recommendations, and precise execution. We had a lot of things working against us the days leading up to the wedding with an outdoor only venue and a rare summer thunderstorm in the forecast. We planned our wedding in two months. Two months! So we were already on a tight deadline, but she navigated working through last minute changes to accommodate Plan B as it was no big deal. In the end, the sun was shining and a light summer rain dissipated the moment I walked up to meet my husband at the ceremony. I'd like to say Crystal gave us a rainbow. :) Crystal consistently goes above and beyond. She is amazing. Amazing!

Crystal and her team were amazing! Crystal was very helpful with giving me ideas of where to have my wedding, to doing monthly check ins to see what has or hasn't been done. Setting up in person or phone meetings with Crystal was a beeeze. Her personality is awesome and the services that she provides equally matched that. Crystal is so amazing that she was following up with me to see how things were going the week of her wedding! She's very organized and uses a great portal that makes the timeline and seating chart extremely easy. She's very flexible, and unbeknownst to me on the day of, she also ran errand for some Orange Juice that we forgot to get! You will not regret hiring Crystal and her Ninja's.

If we could, we would give 10 stars to Crystal (the planning ninja). My wife and I are so LUCKY to have had her. She is a great communicator and well organized. She met with us personally on multiple occasions months before the wedding to review details, timeline, vendor info, etc In addition, she went above and beyond to help me with my wife's dress fitting after having concerns with the initial alterations. She also was incredibly accommodating and picked up our wedding decorations a week before the wedding since my wife and I were also in the process of moving. During the wedding ceremony/reception, she was incredible as well!! She coordinated with all the vendors and assured that everything went smoothly. She even helped my me setup rose pedals on our hotel suite during the wedding reception (located at the venue). We are so happy we had her help! I HIGHLY recommend Crystal (Cherry Blossom) to anyone planning a wedding! We recommend you contact the Cherry Blossom planning ninjas as your first vendor!

If I could go back in time to the beginning of the wedding planning process this is what I would do:
1) Hire Crystal and Cherry Blossom Planning Factory (like, immediately calling her after we called our parents to tell them the good news, sorry extended family and friends)
2) Hand her my entire wedding budget with some vague vision and let her do her thing
3) Casually roll up to the venue and have the raddest wedding of all time

I did not enjoy wedding planning. I was not good at wedding planning. I had no plan of what I wanted, other than some vague ideas of what could be cool. I am indecisive and do not enjoy crafting (I'm still bitter over some hot glue gun burns). Crystal was a glittery angel sent from wedding planning gods to help me keep me on track. I hired her as my day-of-coordinator, but my biggest regret is not hiring her as a full wedding planner. I seriously wish I could go back in time to do so.

There aren't enough affirmations in the world to describe how great a job Crystal does. She gave great vendor suggestions and her monthly check ins were so helpful. As we were hurtling towards the wedding date; I was starting to panic at All The Things I Had Not Done and began my Throw Money At All My Problems phase. Crystal calmed me down and was kind enough to let me ship a million Amazon boxes to her place a day or two before the wedding. I take no credit for how cool my reception looked-- I handed her a bin full of random stuff with barely any instructions and she made miracles happen water-to-wine style (or more accurately for Crystal, water-to-champagne).

Stop obsessively reading reviews of other vendors (and I know you are), and hire Cherry Blossom Planning Factory immediately. Crystal's working another wedding I'm attending later in the summer, and I'm so excited to see her! How many people can say that about their DoC?!

Let me start out with this: I was not originally going to hire a planner. I am pretty organized and somewhat cheap so I thought to myself, oh no worries, I can save a few bucks and do this on my own. I was wrong. Oh so wrong. I know my day wouldn't have been nearly as amazing as it ended up being after hiring Crystal. She is so great at what she does, which comes from her years of experience as well as her attention to detail and love of organization. She also has a bubbly personality and is just a super sweet person, which makes her so much fun to work with! She and her team of ninjas went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was exactly how we envisioned it and it was absolutely perfect. Every little hiccup or snag was taken care of behind the scenes. She had her detailed timelines and every type of list imaginable and she was great about communicating with all of our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page. She even sent us home with an adorable set of champagne glasses, how cute is that?!? I could seriously go on and on about her for days but I'll leave it at this: none of my friends, near or far, are allowed to get married without hiring her. She did such a spectacular job that I'm making sure every engaged or soon-to-be engaged couple knows about her and the amazing company she runs. We absolutely LOVED working with Crystal and her team! She not only made sure our special day went perfectly, but helped make sure we were on track in the months leading up to the wedding with monthly emails and phone dates! She worked around our busy schedules and made time to meet with us in person when we were in town as we are not local in Hampton Roads.

Crystal and her team ensured that our wedding day was stress free, if there were any issues we never found out or had to deal with them! Not only did they coordinate with all of our other vendors, but they helped keep our families and bridal party on schedule and where they needed to be too!

We could not have done our wedding without the amazing work of this team, our venue had a strict timeline for setup and take down and they took care of all of that, picking up all of the decor, favors, etc. before the wedding and making sure everything looked beautiful. Their artistic talents and eye for wedding decor made our DIY centerpieces and decorations even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined!

At the end of the night they not only cleaned everything up, but also organized and loaded everything from the venue into our cars, which made the next day a breeze!

Crystal is well organized and knows how to run an amazing wedding, because of her and her team we were able to fully enjoy our day to the fullest!
We highly recommend Crystal and the entire Cherry Blossom team to any couple looking for wedding coordination!

I was initially hesitant to utilize a day-of wedding coordinator, believing that I could do everything myself and use the money towards another part of the wedding...I am so thankful that I changed my mind and booked Cherry Blossom Planning Factory! With a doubt, our wedding day would not have been as spectacular without them. Look no further. Seriously. Stop. You have found THE ONE. Hiring Cherry Blossom Planning Factory for Day of Coordination was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. I decided I needed help from a professional after saying yes to a big fat Greek wedding. Eloping in a rad dress with a photographer and a bottle of whiskey is much more my style so I was definitely in over my head. Crystal (head Ninja) is my hero and would be completely justified if she were to don a cape everyday. After contacting a few DOCs, I knew immediately upon talking to her that Crystal was different (thank goodness!). I decided to hire her despite the fact that I was getting married 4 hours from her base and at a venue she had never been to. Why? Because she is a superb human and a professional wedding planning badass! I was looking for someone who I could connect and be real with and that was Crystal right from the start. She is a smart, funny, organized, professional and creative. It felt like mine was the only wedding she was coordinating even though it definitely was not. She was always available (calls, texts, emails) for anything no matter how big or small. She helped me decide on décor, contact vendors, finish DIY projects the day of, and helped me to advocate for my own wants with unpleasant vendors. Her services went way beyond day-of! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and whatever problems may have arisen, I am none the wiser to them. Kristina (another Ninja) assisted Crystal the day of the wedding and was awesome as well! They think of everything and are prepared for anything. And they truly bring the warmth and glitter. Thank you Crystal and Kristina. I freakin love you. Hire the Ninjas!

Crystal is vibrant, flexible, knowledgable, well organized and accommodating. I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about working with Cherry Blossom Planning Factory. I had an 140 person wedding and hired Crystal for Day-of Coordination. Crystal answered my questions promptly and gave me options to make sure that my "wedding vision" came to life. Her outgoing personality was contagious. No matter how stressed I was, she had a way of making me feel like everything would be okay because she would make sure it would be. Her planning assistants, or wedding ninjas, were PERFECT on my wedding day. They were everywhere and no where at the same time. When I realized there was only one bartender at the bar instead of two - Cherry Blossom Factory took care of it. When the venue coordinator was trying to change the timeline the week before the wedding - Crystal made sure to clarify with the vendor how I wanted my day to go. My only regret is that I did not have Crystal throughout my entire wedding process from beginning to end. She's amazing!

I would give Crystal and her team 100 stars, 1000 tons of confetti and glitter, and all the rainbows in the world if I could! I can't say enough amazing things about them. Crystal is responsive, sensitive, organized, creative, bubbly, and a joy to be around - everything EVERY bride needs when planning a wedding. She was always available to answer questions and she was very flexible with meeting times & locations as well as changes leading up to the wedding. She was seriously my lifesaver the week of my wedding as Hurricane Matthew was threatening our area and even though I had an indoor wedding, we had to devise a back up plan in case my venue was shut down. Crystal was willing to run block for me, calling vendors and sorting out details. She was my rock during a pretty stressful time and I can't thank her enough! She also helped in picking up some items the week of the wedding which was a huge help! The day of the wedding was everything I wanted BECAUSE of Crystal, Katrina, and Amanda (and any other behind the scenes ninjas I may not have seen). EVERY BRIDE NEEDS A DAY OF COORDINATOR AND IF YOU WANT THE BEST, GO WITH CHERRY BLOSSOM! I was truly able to enjoy every moment of the day because the ninjas took care of everything. I was feeling stressed out and over wedding planning about three months shy of the big day. Crystal, the Head Planning Ninja at Cherry Blossom, helped me to pull a 180°. She was calm and reassured me that I was doing the right things and that there was no need to be stressed. She sat down and gave me a list of what I needed to accomplish by what dates. She helped me organize my next few months into checklists and got me back on track. She gave me the confidence to make decisions for what I wanted to do, not what others suggested I do. She was very funny, friendly, and kind. She was also real with me when I needed her to be, which was very much appreciated. Planning our wedding with Cherry Blossom was truly the best experience I could have. Crystal kept up with me through e-mails, over the phone, and through coffee shop dates. She and another of her Planning Ninjas ran my rehearsal dinner and it went off without a hitch, everyone in the wedding party knew what they would be doing for the ceremony, as well as where and when they needed to be there. Crystal is an excellent organizer and communicator. On the big day, she was busy working with my vendors and setting up, checking in with me on occasion to make sure everything was okay. But the day went off without a single snag or hang up. All the planning, all the meetings... they were well worth it for what was truly the most perfect day. Crystal is incredible at what she does, I am so thankful to have met her and to have had her guidance through everything.

Gosh, what can I say about Crystal and her team of ninjas? From day one, I knew that Cherry Blossom was the right team to help me plan my wedding. Their genuine excitement and care for every single detail of our wedding, really helped to push us through the stress of planning a wedding to the point where we were actually enjoying the day filled with vendor meetings.

One of the most helpful things that Cherry Blossom did was to really narrow down the number of vendors we had to meet with. Let's face it there are many caterers, florists, photographers, and DJs out there and it can be really difficult to pick, "the best" one. Cherry Blossom took a look at our personality and our ideas for the perfect wedding, and picked the vendors that they felt would meet those expectations. None of the vendors let us down!

In addition to the pre-wedding planning, Crystal and her team were FANTASTIC on the day of our wedding. I don't know how we would've gotten through the day without them. I had a ninja, Katrina, specifically assigned to me to make sure I had everything I needed, and I put that poor girl to work. The top hook of my dress decided to pop on the ride over from the ceremony to our reception. Katrina walked around with about a million safety pins to re-pin my dress every which way to make sure I wasn't dancing my first dance topless. She was a lifesaver!

Cherry Blossom is the best wedding planning crew out there. They are so professional, they know what they are doing, and I would trust them with anything, seriously! Any crisis you can imagine I'm sure they are ready for it, and any specific dream décor for your wedding I'm sure they can find for you. They were exceptional and really made our wedding the wedding of our dreams.

I hated the entire idea of having a wedding. As in was dragged (with much glitter, sweets, and good cheer by cherry blossom and crystal specifically) through the process for over a year. Crystal was amazing. When I was repeatedly blasé about all the events or sour about having to have a wedding at all (#families, #husband, #excusetoseedistantfriends) she reminded me why we originally wanted it (aforementioned hashtags) which brought round a lot of perspective. She involved my husband to be, maid of honor, and friends to keep it real and even picked vendors based on my personality, what I thought I wanted and budget. Up to the day before I was anxious and concerned (despite knowing she was spot on with literally EVERY vendor/venue). Then on wedding day I arrived and was blown away. As in stopped to catch my breath as I waited to join the ceremony in the reception hall which glittered straight out of my dreams. The entire day from wake up --> makeup --> sobbing parents giving me away ---> hilarious toasts --> boogie time and even the packed snacks as we made our getaway was phenomenal. Not to mention her Mary Poppins esque kit of "we can fix everything!!" Which came in really handy when a bridesmaid tried recreating Janet Jackson's super bowl wardrobe malfunction. Crystal was an absolute pleasure to work with over the entire course of wedding planning and brought about a perfect day for my family, friends and happily my (now) husband and I. We imagined weddings as stuffy affairs of pink chintz, lace, and awkward interactions. Instead, I can honestly look back and say it was the most memorable day of my life and a strong contender for the fondest day I've ever experienced. I cannot imagine it having been what it was without her. Would do it all again!!!

I know I've taken WAY too long to come back and review my vendors, but better late than never? In a way I'm glad I waited because since Crystal and her team of wedding ninjas took care of my wedding, I have been in several others and I did not know how much it really makes a difference to have such an amazing planning team!! Crystal is one of the most organized people I've ever met! Her floor plans, her timelines, her individual binder for each couple with all of their information, and more made her super prepared for anything and everything that came up during the process. We were planning from a distance and she was a pro at helping us narrow down vendors and knocking out several meetings all in a day while we could be in town. She was also professional and fun and can handle even the most difficult family members with finesse. Our wedding was a bit odd (we came in under light sabers, for example) and Crystal could get behind every idea that made sense and redirect us with the ones that weren't as easy logistically. I honestly can't think of one single negative thing to say about her and her team! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

We absolutely loved working with Crystal and her ninjas! They were so helpful in getting our destination wedding planned and turned it into everything we had hoped for and more. "Day of" is misleading because Crystal was insanely helpful for several months leading up to my wedding day. Cherry Blossom is the company you must hire! We had top-notch service and the pricing was affordable! We never once worried about a thing. Crystal even thought of the ring-bearer dogs and provided water and toys for them. She picked up last-minute items from our house and delivered them to the site. She brought back all leftovers and placed them neatly in our house. The refrigerator was filled with nicely packaged leftover food after the reception. Next time I have a big event, I will use Cherry Blossom again.

Crystal surpassed every expectation I ever had of a wedding coordinator, and my expectations were high. I hired Crystal for day-of coordinator services, but we were texting as early as a year before the wedding. She responded quickly and with detail from the very beginning, displaying extremely in-depth knowledge of the industry, providing guidance on other vendors, and keeping track of my every comment so that it could be included in the wedding.

I had initially been concerned that a coordinator might be too in-your-face during the day, but Crystal was legitimately like a magician. My day was surrounded by bridesmaids, family, and friends...but every time I had a question or didn't know was coming next, she would seemingly pop out of nowhere, quickly identify what I needed and provide it, and then disappear again. It almost made me laugh by the last time it happened. How did she know exactly when I needed her? She walked the entire bridal party through exactly what they were supposed to be doing, so there was absolutely no confusion on the day.

People kept asking me how our wedding was so perfect, and my answer has been Crystal. She coordinated with all of the other vendors ahead of time, kept me on schedule (without ever nagging!!), provided every document I needed in an easily accessible format, and even met with me in an emergency on the day before the wedding to completely re-do the seating chart. She was always calm, flexible, and knowledgeable, remembering things that I had forgotten and anticipating our needs. My husband asked after the fact how much we had paid and was shocked that we got the services that we did for the price--and he's frugal! If I had to do the entire thing over again, the first thing I would do before anything else is hire Crystal. Thank you for everything--and thank you to all the wonderful Ninjas!

Crystal is absolutely amazing!! Our May 2016 wedding seriously could not have happened without her. We considered organizing it ourselves and using family and friends to help out, but realized early on that we needed help. Crystal made my concerns and stress points disappear. Crystal and her team of ninjas are absolutely FABULOUS! We love her so much. My future sister-in-law happens to be longtime friends with Crystal, and I am so thankful that Savy helped us with this connection! Within hours of getting engaged last Christmas, Al and I received Crystal's business card, and instantly a massive weight was lifted from me.

I enjoyed every single conversation and meeting with Crystal. She is organized from the minute that you talk with her. Her personality is through the roof! She commands an amazing team. Cherry Blossom Planning Factory is top-notch, and absolutely worth every single cent! She bent over backwards with every single detail. Her check-in emails and texts were so warm and helpful. When I was stressing out or having an anxiety attack, I felt immediate calm when I got a call, a text, or an email from her. The wedding PDF was absolutely stunning - Every piece of information and a minute-by-minute timeline, all wrapped up in pink and white.

She has a fantastic group of vendors behind her. Through Crystal and CBPF, we found our DJ, flowers, and linens without any trouble! Crystal was an amazing, trusting guide through 10 1/2 months of planning!

I wasn't worried about a single thing during my wedding, and that was so amazing! I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day with my new husband, our families, and our friends, and that is one of the most precious gifts that I have ever received.

If you haven't heard about Crystal and CBPF through my mouth or my mom's, check them out! You won't regret it. She is worth her weight in gold, peace of mind, and stress relief! I hope to plan more events with CBPF throughout my life!

Crystal is the BEST!! I got married in Crozet, VA this past October, and even though my weddding was hours away from where she's located, she made the trip to be there, and did and INCREDIBLE job planning my wedding!! It was a dream come true, and absolutely everything went as planned (or if anything didn't go according to plan, I never knew it!) I absolutely recommend Cherry Blossom Weddings. They are worth every penny and more!!

Crystal was absolutely amazing!! I hired her for day of coordination about 9 months before the wedding date. I had already booked a few vendors and she gave me great suggestions for the remaining vendors. She was fun, happy and knowledgeable throughout the planning process. She emailed me monthly to check in and ask if I needed any help. She followed up with all the vendors multiple times prior to the wedding and made an extremely detailed day of timeline for the wedding day that saved me from having to explain everything to each vendor-she emailed it to everyone and adjusted it multiple times as more details were refined. Crystal and her team coordinated the rehearsal and made everyone feel welcome! On the day of the wedding, her team provided us with bobby pins to fix my hair at the venue after it began falling down, helped my fiance and I pass each other letters before walking down the aisle (we didn't do a first look), and gave one of the bridesmaids a safety pin after a dress issue came up. They helped everything run smoothly for us and allowed me to enjoy the wedding without worrying about any details. I would highly recommend them!!

Crystal and her team did a great job. We got married in a different city than the one we live in and she helped us find vendors that catered to our own personal style. Everyone she helped us find was great, from the DJ to the catering. Cherry Blossom Planning Factory was on top of every detail all through the planning (5 months of it) and especially on the day of. Would highly recommend Cherry Blossom to anyone planning a wedding!

I absolutely cannot imagine getting through the last few months with out Crystal & Patrizia! I am naturally a huge worrier and I did not worry about a thing since the moment they came on board for my wedding. They went above and beyond on every level! From giving me advice, helping me manage my DIY's, and controlling my huge wedding party, I honestly can say they were incredibly, vital to the entire process of planning my wedding. Out of all the money we spent on the wedding, the money we spent on Cherry Blossom Planning Factory was by far the best money we could have spent! Crystal and her ninjas at Cherry Blossom are top notch. Not only is this team as good as it gets in the wedding industry, their knowledge, pep and enthusiastic involvement really makes you feel like they are part of your wedding and care about your special day. I had a Robin Hood themed wedding which in itself was unique but it had a lot of decorations and attention to detail and Crystal and her team did an amazing job the day of the wedding and even the months prior helping organize and plan our event. The day of my wedding flowed seamlessly with her assistance and direction. Cherry Blossom is thorough, supportive, and overall, just amazing. At the end of your wedding you feel like you've gained a family member, not just a wonderful planner. We couldn't have asked for a better planner to help us with our day and we knew as soon as we met Crystal that she was the girl for us. You can't go wrong with allowing her into the folds of your wedding!

I'll admit, when my venue told me we had to have a day of coordinator for our wedding, I was annoyed. Another expense was not what I was wanting. That all changed the first day I met Crystal. She is SO sweet, kind, creative, helpful, and fun! I honestly feel like I gained a friend in her throughout the last few months of working with her. I was so impressed with her ideas when my mind went blank and her organization skills. I was in awe when she e-mailed me the day-of timeline and even more amazed by her and her equally awesome ninja's skills the day of my wedding. They were all so cool, calm, collected, and SO sweet! As Crystal suggested I get a drink at the bar before the ceremony, I suddenly panicked when I realized I forgot bar fruit! Katrina ran off like a high speed ninja and went and got fruit and the crisis was averted. Crystal totally saw and understood my vision for how I wanted my wedding decor to look and executed it BEAUTIFULLY. I am absolutely convinced my wedding went off without a hitch because of her and the amazing ninjas. Thank you SO much, ladies! You all ROCK.

My groom talked me into a wedding and said he would plan it. I knew this wouldnt happen, but couldnt fathom planning a wedding, so I looked into planners. CB stuck out for a few reasons - mostly b/c they were called ninjas! Who wouldnt want ninjas planning their wedding?! Crystal took time to get to know us & find out what mattered to us. W/the distance, a lot of contact was by phone & email. She is very responsive & tech savvy. When it was time to decide on vendors, we planned a trip to VB & Crystal scheduled every minute for us to make the most of our time. It was a blast & by the end of the weekend we had made most of the big decisions. W/each vendor, I could tell she “got” us.
3 days later, my fiance was diagnosed w/cancer. It was a shock, particularly after a fun weekend of wedding planning! He had surgery, then planning started for chemo. Our focus shifted to his health but we did still have a wedding to plan. Crystal handled the next few months amazingly. She kept us on track w/o putting pressure on us at a delicate time. He was in chemo for the last 3 months before the wedding & it was exhausting. The last thing we wanted was to deal w/tedious wedding details, but Crystal kept us on track & handled follow-ups w/vendors, etc. She did it all w/joy & energy. During that time we became FB friends, which gave me new insight into her life. Though we felt we had her undivided attention, it turns out she was planning other weddings too! Lots of them! Beautiful ones! & had a social life! Who is this super woman?
The wedding was perfect. It was gorgeous & went smoothly. Everyone said "Things will go wrong w/your wedding...just accept it & roll w/it..." BUT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! If anything did go wrong, Crystal handled it & still hasn't told me about it! We havent stopped hearing "That was the best wedding I've ever been to!" The attention to detail, creativity, boundless energy & sheer love of what they do cannot be topped.

I wish I could explain how amazing Crystal and her team were in helping me to coordinate my event. She was there for me every time I changed my mind on something with her help and further suggestions, even if it was something I changed my mind on a few days before the wedding to bring everything inside. :) When you hire Crystal, what you are getting is a stress-free day where you do not have to worry about anything at all and she and her team took my disorganized decor and did exactly what I wanted. The wedding ninjas must also be mind-readers! :) I also enjoyed their quirky, cute spunky attitudes and smiled each time I received an email promising me warmth and glitter.

In this industry, there are a lot of vendors out there. I have seen some other folks trying to be day-of-coordinators and wedding planners, because they enjoyed planning their wedding so much. I have then seen other brides' photos and tears that their day didn't turn out how they wanted, nor were they given what they were promised. I just feel so much better that I hired Cherry Blossom Weddings. Crystal and her team had a lot of integrity and fulfilled each and every promise they made me of having a relatively stress-free day. :) They brought out the day I envisioned and the day that I wanted. I feel that I have not only made a pal for life, but that I feel proud that I had the chance to work with such a great team to pull off a large event.

When deciding on this service, please take into account that integrity matters! You don't get a do-over on this day, but with a team like Cherry Blossoms you won't need that. :)

My (now) husband and I were married at the Half Moon Cruise and Celebration Center in Downtown Norfolk, VA on June 20, 2015 and it was the most magical day of our lives. We got engaged June 1, 2014 and immediately began plans for a June wedding the following summer. Once we booked the venue (which was the first item on our list!), I was recommended by our caterer (Omar's Carriage House) that we look into a day-of coordinator. Two coordinators were suggested to us and after we met with both, Troy and I immediately clicked with Crystal. She was very professional, incredibly sweet, and just sooo excited to help plan our wedding day! She offered an array of packages that would best fit our needs as a bride and groom, and we chose to be very hands-on with the process. I would research, find the vendors that I liked, and secure them for our day. Crystal would then take the reigns and be the liaison in coordinating their arrival times, etc. With such an unique venue, day-of coordination was essential due to the freight elevator that the vendors had to use to get into the building. Since Crystal was very familiar with venue, coordination and transitions were seamless. Not only was Crystal the orchestrator for our wedding day, she was always available via email, phone, or text message whenever I had questions on ANYTHING! Her recommendations were phenomenal; she referred us to our WONDERFUL officiant (Christina Rodriguez), our invitation designer (PaperDoll Designs) and day-of transportation (Orange Peel Transport), just to name a few. Honestly, I could not say enough about Crystal and her wedding ninjas at Cherry Blossom Weddings and I could not imagine planning my wedding without her! It was so comforting to know that I had someone to turn to when I got overwhelmed with the details. WE love you, Crystal and hope we can hang out soon!

Praise for Cherry Blossom Weddings! Crystal was our wedding 'ninja' throughout one of the most important and memorable events me and my wife have gone through together. Throughout the process, she was helpful in more ways than we could count. Dealing with the family and guests was stressful enough for us, so she was able to manage the vendors in a professional manner to ensure our big day was about truly about us and not about the vendors and all the "circumstances" that normally arise. Everything was planned accordingly well in advance, and if for some reason the timeline she handcrafts for you gets a little fuzzy during the day (in our circumstance our driver drove a little too quickly to the reception location), she was able to adapt and re-strategize, all while keeping it cool and collected, which then reflected back to me and my wife so we could enjoy ourselves the way we're supposed to. If you're looking for an event coordinator, look no further! Just ask for Crystal!

ohhhh man. Where do I start? We started planning for our wedding about 9 months before the big day. We knew we wanted to have it at the Half Moon Cruise Terminal and Celebration Center so we booked our wedding 5-10-15. We also went online and found a photographer, Leigh Skaggs. We fell in love with her and her work!

About 5 months before the wedding we realized that there was so much to do and neither one of us had the time to do it. The photographer, Leigh Skaggs, recommended that we call Crystal Beng from Cherry Blossom Weddings. It was the best decision we made! We told her our budget and gave her a general idea of what we wanted to do.

Crystal arranged meetings with all of the necessary vendors. She picked us up and drove us to each one. We went to Distinctive Events, Backstage Lighting, The New Leaf florist, Omar's Catering, and Astro DJ. We went to tastings together and we even had dinner with her and the officiant a few days before to go over the details of the ceremony. She has all the connections to make things happen.

She gave us advice and direction when we asked for it and at the same time she catered to what we wanted to do. We got to pick out the many pieces to the puzzle and then Crystal put all of those puzzle pieces together. She helped us with our timeline of events, venue layout, invitations, seating charts, and so much more. She is so organized and calm mannered, that when it came to our big day there were no surprises. Everything went better than we ever thought it could.

I couldn't have imagined trying to do this without her and her team of ninjas. And the cost of all of her services was only 6% of our total cost of the wedding. Talk about some "Beng" for your Buck!

My partner and I got married on May 9th at the Aquarium and we were getting overwhelmed with planning and working 40+ hours a week. We reached out to Crystal and her ninjas and it was worth every penny! From the very beginning Crystal was extremely organized, professional and was full of energy. She responded quickly to every question we had, provided guidance when we were lost, and was open to every idea we came up with (and she had bag full of ideas

Crystal was absolute perfection and was the biggest contributor to having a stress free wedding day. Her calming nature and extremely positive attitude was very reassuring. My bridesmaids were very impressed as well and went to her for various reasons, and every single issue was taken care of right down to having music while we were getting ready. Her organization and timelines are incredible and made sure all the things, I never thought of, were addressed. The room was set up to look even better than what I had imagined. Can we give her 100 stars out of 5? Crystal is (and was) absolutely AWESOME.

She's incredible at what she does, her organization is impeccable, she has countless connections in the industry, she's calm under pressure, and equally important -- she's an awesome person.

Leading up to the wedding, Crystal provided checklists and timelines and was ALWAYS available for answering questions or meeting us to help us figure out how we should move forward. (my wife had what seemed like one million Pinterest ideas, all of which Crystal helped to look through and help make happen)

As the wedding got closer, Crystal helped us to create the center pieces in all stages: gathering materials, putting them together, painting, etc. etc. This was a HUGE help.

Lastly, the day of the wedding, Crystal and team had everything running smoothly; there was zero stress for my wife and I, and we knew exactly what to do, where to be, and when.

Our guests commented on how smooth everything went, and as a planner, that's likely the best feedback she can get from those not involved in the wedding or planning.

We couldn't have done this without Crystal, and we recommend that nobody planning their wedding try. She's the best!

It has taken me a long time to write this review but it is no reflection on CBW! Crystal and Katrina were sent straight from heaven. I was planning from Tennessee and when I went back to Va Beach to meet Crystal, it took my husband and I all of 10 minutes in her company to know she was the right one for us. I still believe I did not pay nearly enough for the multitude of her services. While she was professional, she was also warm and down-to-earth. She didn't try to force me into a wedding filled with tulle and roses, but instead helped me craft my own vision of my wedding day. She also didn't shy away from telling me when things wouldn't work or be great ideas.

On the final day, Crystal and Katrina were PRICELESS! How could I thank Katrina more for bustling my dress and making sure my wedding day running shoes were under the table at our reception? Those actions made it possible to dance so hard that my guests still call me "hype bride"! They even made sure we had food when we got back to the hotel because you know we barely had the chance to take a bite of the dinner.

CBW was simply AMAZING. There are no words for how grateful we are to them for their services. If you guys are reading this, sorry it took us so long and we hope that many of our friends and family will be wise enough to choose you all in the future!

Crystal and her team are amazing! Crystal provided great support, advice and ideas prior to our wedding date, and proved to be a great resource as well as sounding board. She and her teammate showed up the day of our rehearsal and took care of everything...I didn't have to think of a single thing (or handle a single thing) the day before or the day of our wedding. Actually--she took care of everything so I didn't even have to think about anything (like clean up/packing) the day after. She's amazing. Crystal did an amazing job with our wedding and I would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married! She was very attentive, responsive, helpful, and prepared. She was also very organized and approachable and helped me think through lots of the details that I wouldn't have otherwise. I was starving right before I walked down the aisle and thought I might pass out but thankfully she brought a box full of goodies (nuts, Twizzlers, crackers)!! She also helped everything run smoothly throughout the reception so I didn't have to do anything or worry about anything, just focused on celebrating with my husband, family, and friends!

I cannot thank Crystal and her team enough for pulling off my perfect wedding. I worked with her for over a year perfecting my Virginia beach wedding all the way from Pennsylvania. She gave me guidance when I needed, helped me find vendors, and really was just there for me for anything I needed. The week before my wedding she handed out a timeline to all the vendors and I did not have to chase anyone down. I could not have had such a stress free day. She is priceless and her team members are so amazing. They helped with decor ideas and even helped me throw my random ideas into something presentable. Crystal was amazing! Planning a wedding is probably one of the most stressful things I think I have ever had to do but if I didn't have Crystal in my corner every step of the way I might have ripped my hair out. Crystal was very organized and listened to my ideas and was not shy to throw in ideas of her own. Anytime I had questions she was always right there with an answer. She had quotes sent out for my flowers and linens sent out and even picked them up for me and brought donuts :-). I couldn't have done any of this without her. Cherry Blossom Weddings is the way to go if you need help with planning any event...it's totally worth it!!!

We hired Cherry Blossom Weddings mainly for "day of" services and timeline/logistical help. But Crystal helped out from the day we hired her, from advice to brainstorming, to helping to coordinate my vendors. They were respectful and mindful of other vendors, and handled everything extremely professionally. At the reception, there were four "ninjas" and they worked magic!! I approached Katrina with a question about the lighting, and she answered "We're already working on it," before I even asked!! My glass was never empty, and my guests, my parents, and I never worried on the big day, and could just enjoy ourselves. Besides my dress, hiring Cherry Blossom Weddings was the best purchase I made for my wedding!

Ahh… How do I begin to RAVE about the impeccable service, we received from CBW (Cherry Blossom Weddings) aka “Wedding Ninjas”?!?

My now husband’s coworker referred their services without hesitation. Crystal the “Head Wedding Ninja” and Katrina “Day-of Ninja” were AMAZEBALLS!!! CBW took “Day-of Coordination Services” to a whole nother level! Crystal and her team went above and beyond from beginning to end and after ;) CBW are VERY knowledgeable industry veterans with phenomenal vendor relationships and vendor referrals. They were detailed (OCD), creative, problem solvers, enthusiastic and professionals that sparkled. FLAWLESS! The groom and I were worry FREE knowing that CBW had EVERYTHING under control or either done while being 10 steps ahead of the game! Crystal and Katrina truly SAVED our wedding. They made our DREAM wedding a REALITY!!! We could never articulate our bottomless gratitude to Cherry Blossom Wedding Ninjas!

I have really enjoyed working with crystal from the very first day of meeting her. At first I was unsure if I should hire a day of wedding coordinator but I'm so happy I did. Not only was her personality bubbly and made me excited and free from the stress of the wedding, she became a friend during the whole process and was very organized, Katrina was also an amazing person to work with, I promise you having them on your team for your wedding, the day of your wedding you will wake up as I did, stress free because your confident that crystal and Katrina has everything under control.

Crystal and her team of wedding ninjas were absolutely FANTASTIC in assisting in the planning for our September 2013 wedding in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Not only was Crystal (and Katrina) willing to travel down to the Outer Banks, but she show her normal high level of enthusiasm about it and made our event better than we could have ever imagined.

Throughout the planning process, Crystal was always available for questions or recommendations we had -- everything from how to do unique wedding programs, to wedding insurance, to calming us down when we were getting really stressed! Throughout the wedding weekend, she kept everyone busy yet calm and, in sharing our overall vision, knew exactly what needed to be completed. I'm sure there were hiccups along the way, but my husband and I (or at least I!) never had any idea.

I STRONGLY recommend using Cherry Blossom Weddings for your Day-of event coordination as we did. We couldn't have had a better experience!!

From the first day I met Crystal and Katrina, we knew everything was gonna be perfect. Their professionalism and dedication was outstanding. The people from Cherry Blossom Weddings were amazing and the best decision I could've made for who to help me with my wedding. Destination wedding in Virginia in less than 6 weeks of planning time. I thought I could do it all myself. Running out of time. I received a referral from another wedding planner for Cherry Blossom Weddings. When I spoke to Crystal on the phone she put all of my worries to rest. I asked her a 100 times can we pull this off in this amount of time. She reassured me she had done weddings in less time. My intuition had to let Crystal take over and let her do her job. I was set on having a beach wedding then Crystal suggested the Spirit of Norfolk, a ship. We talked over the phone since I was in Indiana and she was in Virginia. She automatically gave me great ideas and suggestions. She asked the right questions and kept me calm and collected during the entire process. She would not give me more tasks to do than I could handle. I found a picture of flowers that I absolutely loved on Pinterest. I emailed those to her and she found the perfect florists to recreate those flowers. I've had so many compliments on the flowers. Thanks Studio Posey in Norfolk,VA. Crystal had so many ideas and recommendations for us. She works with a lot of great vendors. Incredible Edibles-bakery, Delta Studio Productions-videographer and All-You-Photo-photographer. Crystal was able to be reached at some crazy hours. I was able to call, text or email her. She was available and responded quickly to all my needs. She done anything and everything for us that was asked of her within reason. She met with vendors and ran errands for me. I can't say enough wonderful things. She even decorated the hotel room for the evening. A special thank you to Katrina for fixing my dress and being there the day of the wedding. You were everywhere at the right time and place. You guys are a blessing! Keep up all the positive energy and work. It was an amazing experience to work with great people. I would recommend hiring you for any event no matter what!

Crystal was a fabulous wedding planner!! She went above and beyond my expectations. She was so professional yet fun to talk to and share ideas with. Crystal was truly a wedding fairy godmother on my big day. She took the stress and worry away by making sure vendors were ready, setting the finishing touches on décor, keeping everyone on schedule and making sure the 12 groomsmen, my husband insisted, on were well behaved. She has years of experience and was always organized and timely for our meetings, but that is not what makes her AMAZING. She really cares about her brides and just wants to see them happy. It is like having a friend that is talented, organized and wedding guru make sure your day is perfect. It’s obvious she loves her job and I can’t wait to throw another party so I can work with her again.

Best investment of our wedding! We were out-of-towners in the VA Beach area and Crystal was absolutely helpful in all aspects of our wedding. Two Words: Fabulous Ninjas
Crystal and her team are nothing short of rockstars. I can't even begin to count how many times I told Crystal that through our planning. I hired her as a day of planner but she was so helpful in the time leading up to the wedding. Just checking in to make sure I was on track, needed any help with timing, vendors, contracts, etc. Our situation was unique, as I work in the wedding industry and plan events as well, so she and I totally GOT each other and I was able to edit and converse easily with her on planning and execution. Even though I felt pretty organized, she took it to a whole new level. Her "master PDF" is truly master and her ninja images to indicate the wedding party is just precious. Besides being an ahhhhmazing planner, she is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She takes interest in you and your vision and really helps bring it to life. On the day of, they completely transformed into their ninja alter-egos and moved between the church and venue seamlessly. The set up they did was insanely perfect and to the t how I thought it would be- I would not have changed a single thing! She and her team were great at keeping our vendors informed and on the right track for the day and leading up to it. I can't thank her enough for her generosity through the planning process and to my family at the end of the evening by helping pack the car and figure out transportation back to my house ;) I kind of don't want my planning to be over, because that means not as many emails and chats with her but I am so grateful for her wonderful assistance and our new friendship.

Cherry Blossom Weddings was absolutely fantastic! Crystal was a life saver throughout the whole planning process and made our wedding day go off without a hitch. She is super thorough in all aspects - creating timelines, coordinating the vendors, organizing the bridal party, etc. She helped me with countless last minute errands, assembled the centerpieces, made sure I ate the day of (which is easy to forget! :) )... I could go on and on! I knew I would have absolutely nothing to worry about with Crystal and Cherry Blossom Weddings on my side, and I was right! I don't even know where to start to let you know just how amazing how they were to work with!! I mainly worked with Crystal, (but I worked with some her awesome employees as well!) and she does such amazing things for you! She was so much fun to work with, and was always there for you whenever you had something to ask! She just knows what needs to be done, and she also thinks of things you probably would have never even thought to think about! Working with Crystal and Katrina of Cherry Blossom Weddings was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. I honestly never thought I would need a wedding coordinator, but after working with Crystal and Cherry Blossom Weddings, I know how wrong I was. These women make sure the only thing you have to do is show up and have a great time on your big day. Working with Crystal and Katrina was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. One big selling point is that Crystal has years of area experience, so she has worked with many different local vendors and helped refer us to reputable professionals that were able to work within our very tight budget. She saved us money on really good vendors, at every step of the way.
In addition to that, Crystal should have a cape because she saved us on more than one occasion. When our first venue fell through before we could sign a contract, Crystal quickly (in a few hours) found us five other options available on our date and within our budget. When we weren't sure how to get our self-stocked bar items to the venue, Crystal offered to pick up and deliver everything we needed. She helped us find a DJ, reasonably priced limo – she literally did everything we needed and more. She was professional, dedicated, had excellent ideas (without ever being pushy), supported every decision we made and knew every detail of our day from top to bottom. Her attention to all the little details gave us complete faith that our day would run smoothly - and it did. These people have passion for what they do, and you can tell they are genuinely happy making sure your wedding is amazing. We absolutely cannot give high enough praise – hire these people for your wedding and will be so happy you did.

Crystal and the ninjas are AMAZING! I met with Crystal about 3 months before the wedding, very impressed but still asking myself do I really need a day of coordinator? It was the best investment I made. I can honestly say I have never heard anyone say that nothing went wrong at their wedding. I CAN! Crystal and team did not miss one beat. She took care of all the vendors, the set up, break down and all those little details that get lost in planning a wedding. I decided to cut cost and make my center pieces. I thought they looked tacky, but after Crystal set it up, it was exactly my vision. She took care of the rehearsal and decorations for the rehearsal dinner. She made sure everyone stayed on time, including the groom ( who is usually late) Her expertise in helping me get solutions to problems when planning my wedding was priceless. I will use her and the team for any event I have going forward. You will not be disappointed if you hire Crystal and the ninjas.

Crystal and her team is very thorough. Not only do they go above and beyond on the day of but the help you receive leading all the way up to is priceless. Crystal is so down to earth and pleasant to deal with and she knows so much about all the things I never thought to even ask.
