My husband and I adored Carol and the CCL team. We hired Carol as our month of planner, but her services definitely extended further in helping us keep things together. She was so on top of everything for our wedding and was there to help us walk through anything we needed. She was able to give us amazing recommendations for our photo booth, makeup, and DJ all of which we loved. Carol was such a great support system especially the week and day of which of course is the most hectic time. She kept a cool head and a positive attitude the entire time even when there were a bunch of last minute changes. Everything went off without a hitch but at no point did we feel like we were on a tight or strict schedule. There was always room for us to actually enjoy our wedding which really made the night perfect. I don't think I could have done this wedding without CCL

I am SO happy I worked with CCL Weddings to help plan my wedding! I worked with Cat and Bethany, and they made everything so easy and seamless! They were both on top of all of the small details, and they made sure we were always on track! They even thought of the MOST creative seat installation for us! My husband and I are into escape rooms, so CCL thought of a beautiful backdrop with little puzzles to give our guests to solve to get their seats! It was such a hit with our guests!!!

Cat was even able to smoothly navigate through all of the minor bumps that came along. The actual wedding day was perfect, and I was not stressed at all! I was able to enjoy my wedding day and soak in all of the special moments! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Planning a wedding during lockdown can be very stressful without the right support and guidance. Cat was very supportive and attentive from the start addressing our needs and concerns with our destination wedding. Her experience in the industry was very helpful when it came to choosing our vendors as she gave us many options.

We hired CCL to plan our destination wedding week (3 events). We knew that we would need a top-tier team because we wouldn’t be able to commit as much time to wedding planning due to work, so hiring a wedding planner was the first thing on our list after we got engaged. We interviewed a few other planners, but Cat and Carren were a dream to work with from the very first call. We were excited after reviewing their portfolio—they have a ton of experience and really specialize in highlighting the uniqueness of the couple and making events feel very personal, which is always my favorite part of a wedding! We really could not have asked for more in a planning team: Cat and Carren are incredibly patient, organized, creative, and really know their stuff. They are supportive, responsive, and great at researching, and they expertly managed communications with our potential and actual vendors. They had every base covered and taught us so much along the way—the depth of their knowledge is truly impressive and you will get the benefit of that if you hire them. They were able to advise on the more technical aspects of a wedding in addition to design, wording, the latest trends, managing tricky issues with guests, etc. They were direct and honest throughout the process, and we really valued their insights and suggestions but they were never pushy about it. And on top of all of the planning and coordinating duties, they always had a listening ear. The level of care and detail they give to their weddings is unbelievable. We were especially impressed with them during the week-of, as they wrangled our wedding party and handled all of the last minute bumps with grace and confidence. This is a team you can trust to get things done.

A tip to the engaged couples: looking back on the experience, it honestly made ALL the difference to know that we could rely on them completely and that they would be able to handle anything that came up. Because of how organized and prepared they were, we had very little to do in the weeks leading up to the wedding and were able to focus on celebrating during the week-of. Amazing! If you are looking for planners that you can trust to have your back and guide you through what can be a very stressful time for most people, you NEED to hire CCL. My husband and I constantly said throughout the process (and even now, tbh) that they were the best wedding-related decision we made. Because of them, each of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and by the end of our wedding week, they were all members of the Cat and Carren fan club too.

Cat and her team were so amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive and was able to get us everything that we could've asked for AND MORE. They took what we rambled about and made it into a cohesive, stunning, and dreamy wedding for both us and our guests. I trusted them fully with the design and organization/planning of the wedding. She had so many great recommendations and had many connections in the vendor space, which I fully used and loved. We couldn't have asked for a better team, truly. I am still so so happy with how the planning went and how smoothly the evening played out. We literally had so much fun at our wedding and did not feel stressed about what we needed to do-- we just ate, danced, and admired everything.
