Blown Away

My husband and I adored Carol and the CCL team. We hired Carol as our month of planner, but her services definitely extended further in helping us keep things together. She was so on top of everything for our wedding and was there to help us walk through anything we needed. She was able to give us amazing recommendations for our photo booth, makeup, and DJ all of which we loved. Carol was such a great support system especially the week and day of which of course is the most hectic time. She kept a cool head and a positive attitude the entire time even when there were a bunch of last minute changes. Everything went off without a hitch but at no point did we feel like we were on a tight or strict schedule. There was always room for us to actually enjoy our wedding which really made the night perfect. I don't think I could have done this wedding without CCL

The best wedding team ever

I am SO happy I worked with CCL Weddings to help plan my wedding! I worked with Cat and Bethany, and they made everything so easy and seamless! They were both on top of all of the small details, and they made sure we were always on track! They even thought of the MOST creative seat installation for us! My husband and I are into escape rooms, so CCL thought of a beautiful backdrop with little puzzles to give our guests to solve to get their seats! It was such a hit with our guests!!!

Cat was even able to smoothly navigate through all of the minor bumps that came along. The actual wedding day was perfect, and I was not stressed at all! I was able to enjoy my wedding day and soak in all of the special moments! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

We love Carol!

Our wedding day went as smoothly as it did because of Carol. She was on top of everything and made sure we were stress-free on the big day. Carol’s professional yet friendly personality made it seem like we were working with our longtime friend throughout the planning process. Carol truly made our day perfect

My husband and I first met Carol about a year before our wedding. She made use feel at ease and supported throughout the entire process. Carol left no stone unturned when it came to making our wedding a day to remember. She had a clear check list that kept us on track. She thought of important details for the day we never thought to consider. Most importantly, she made sure my husband and I were stress free on our wedding day. She made sure we focused on enjoying the day and spending time with our guests. We were so lucky to find CCL and in particular Carol. I have recommended her to anyone planning an event. The best experience we could have possibly hoped for!

We hired CCL to plan our destination wedding week (3 events). We knew that we would need a top-tier team because we wouldn’t be able to commit as much time to wedding planning due to work, so hiring a wedding planner was the first thing on our list after we got engaged. We interviewed a few other planners, but Cat and Carren were a dream to work with from the very first call. We were excited after reviewing their portfolio—they have a ton of experience and really specialize in highlighting the uniqueness of the couple and making events feel very personal, which is always my favorite part of a wedding! You should check out the beautiful weddings on their website if you haven’t already.

We really could not have asked for more in a planning team: Cat and Carren are incredibly patient, organized, creative, and really know their stuff. They are supportive, responsive, and great at researching, and they expertly managed communications with our potential and actual vendors. They had every base covered and taught us so much along the way—the depth of their knowledge is truly impressive and you will get the benefit of that if you hire them. They were able to advise on the more technical aspects of a wedding in addition to design, wording, the latest trends, managing tricky issues with guests, etc. They were direct and honest throughout the process, and we really valued their insights and suggestions but they were never pushy about it. And on top of all of the planning and coordinating duties, they always had a listening ear. The level of care and detail they give to their weddings is unbelievable. We were especially impressed with them during the week-of, as they wrangled our wedding party and handled all of the last minute bumps with grace and confidence. This is a team you can trust to get things done.

A tip to the engaged couples: looking back on the experience, it honestly made ALL the difference to know that we could rely on them completely and that they would be able to handle anything that came up. Because of how organized and prepared they were, we had very little to do in the weeks leading up to the wedding and were able to focus on celebrating during the week-of. Amazing! If you are looking for planners that you can trust to have your back and guide you through what can be a very stressful time for most people, you NEED to hire CCL. My husband and I constantly said throughout the process (and even now, tbh) that they were the best wedding-related decision we made. Because of them, each of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and by the end of our wedding week, they were all members of the Cat and Carren fan club too.

DREAM Wedding and Team

Cat and her team were so amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive and was able to get us everything that we could've asked for AND MORE. They took what we rambled about and made it into a cohesive, stunning, and dreamy wedding for both us and our guests. I trusted them fully with the design and organization/planning of the wedding. She had so many great recommendations and had many connections in the vendor space, which I fully used and loved. We couldn't have asked for a better team, truly. I am still so so happy with how the planning went and how smoothly the evening played out. We literally had so much fun at our wedding and did not feel stressed about what we needed to do-- we just ate, danced, and admired everything. Best Wedding Planner Ever!

Catherine and the CCL team was so amazing. I personally have been in my share of weddings and I can say without a doubt that Cat and her team provides the best service, really truly cares about our special day and overall happiness. As a guy, I never thought I would need a wedding planner because I thought it would be easy. Boy, I have never been so wrong in my life. Without the CCL team, our day wouldn't have come together and I would have missed out on one of the best moments of my life. If you are on the fence or even slightly considering, just do it. I promise you that you won't regret it and it will be worth every penny.

If you do decide to go with another planner or no planner at all, just remember this post because you will be coming to read this when you regret it.

I started writing this review the second we started working together...

I’m a wedding photographer that has photographed well over 500 weddings, and have worked with literally hundreds of vendors.

From the second we started working together for N+L’s wedding, I was just absolutely jazzed to be working together.

From the start I felt like I was in good, supportive hands, and that Carol had a clear and expansive understanding of L+N’s vision AND prioritized ensuring that as a vendor I clearly understood their vision as well.

Long before the wedding I had diagrams of every environment, timelines, a family shot list, and more. I had SO much information that was very easy to understand and allowed me to really visualize every step of the wedding day. As a photographer, we often have to think this stuff all out as we go, working on the fly to bring someone’s vision to life.

I had so much laid out before I even stepped foot at the venue, that when I did the day before the wedding, I knew immediately this wedding was going to be a blast, and be so incredibly enjoyable. I knew where my light stands were going to go in each environment, where and how I was going to do portraits and how the sun would impact things, I could visualize every step of the day and what I needed to do to photograph it — all typically stuff I need to figure out the day of the wedding as I’m photographing.

Given how thorough, kind, informative, clear, and organized Carol was with me, and all of the other vendors, I cannot imagine how much of a blissful journey this had to be for our couple.

I swear at every wedding I have ever been to there has always been some kind of kerfuffle to solve — weddings are just such big productions that inevitably something does go wrong. There wasn’t any with CCL Events at N+L’s wedding despite so many moving parts and such a large vendor team. I credit CCL Events with that accomplishment as they provided so much incredibly knowledge and information around the wedding day and made it seamless for any of us to be apart of the wedding day production team.

Guaranteed you will be stress free on your day

Our wedding venue (The Ebell of Los Angeles) recommended CCL Weddings as our day-of coordinator and we got to work with Ashley Sun! Ashley and her 2 assistants were lifesavers during the day-of, making sure every detail was attended to, the schedule/flow was on track, and overall helped our day come to life! Her team even helped sew my bustle back after my dress wanted to fall apart during the reception!! Ashley set us up with worksheet from the very beginning and checked in every few months to make sure everything was on track, and was so easy/fun to work with!! We only got to work with CCL for day-of/month-of but I can only imagine how amazing their full planning & design services are! They are so professional and experts in this space. Working with CCL Weddings is like having your BFF plan your wedding

I started working with Carol from CCL weddings about 6 months prior to my wedding in Santa Monica, CA. Once I met Carol, my overall anxiety about my wedding went down a couple notches. She provided me with a couple tasks at a time and a due date and we met periodically to discuss our progress. She was always super professional and efficient which I appreciated. Our meetings usually lasted no more than an hour but we were able to cover a lot of ground per session.

My actual wedding day was a breeze. I was worried that there would a lull in the program or that the schedule would feel too rushed, but the evening went along at the perfect pace! Carol built in 10 minutes of down time for me and my husband to catch our breaths after the ceremony during which she had hors d'oeuvres delivered to our room. Carol and her staff were so generous and helpful to us and our guests. With all the excitement of the day, I was so grateful to have Carol's calm and supportive energy around me. When my husband and I were taking photos on the beach during the cocktail hour, Carol walked across the beach to hand deliver one of the appetizers that we hadn't tried yet! She definitely went out of her way to make sure we were able to enjoy our wedding fully. To my surprise, we were actually able to relax and enjoy our dinner. My husband and I were able to just be in the moment without having to think about the logistics. When we returned to our room, we found saved slices of wedding cake and all of our wedding items neatly packed! I'm so happy with how everything turned out!

Positive Vibes

Professional and Amazing Experience

o Huge thank you to our wedding coordinator Maggie for the amazing job that she provided for our dream wedding. From the beginning, she was very professional, organized, and experienced in all aspects of wedding planning. Her meeting agendas and to-do lists were extremely helpful keeping us on track so we wouldn’t feel too overwhelmed with the whole planning process. Our wedding day was stress free because of all the pre-planning, high level of communication, and detailed schedule. Maggie even met with us additional times than required on our contract because that is the type of person she is, she goes above and beyond for her clients. We were able to be fully present on our wedding day, and truly enjoy our experience together as husband and wife because Maggie and her team handled all the day-of responsibilities. Our family and friends even commented on how smooth the day went. If we could do it all over again, we would hire Maggie and her team immediately, but since they already helped us plan our perfect wedding, we highly recommend that you hire her for your perfect wedding. I can't even describe how amazing Cat and her team are. From start to end, Cat gave nothing but the best in helping us plan our wedding. She really helped bring our wedding to life. Cat helped us build a budget from the beginning and found us the perfect vendors that complimented our wedding so well. All of the vendors spoke so highly of Cat, which speaks volumes in any customer service industry. Hiring Cat was probably the best decision that we made in our entire wedding planning process! I still dream about the wedding and how everything went better than we could've imagined. And none of it would have been possible without Cat's help. Our coordinator Maggie and her team were incredible. I have never seen a coordinator so on top of everything--cool, calm, and collected. Thanks to her professionalism and skill set, we experienced zero stress during our wedding (which included 225 people). Maggie had an impressive command of every component over a 13-hour day that included so many moving parts. But she killed it. And we are forever grateful for her preparation, communication and hard work--which culminated in a flawless wedding.

There aren't enough of the right words to express how thankful we are for Cat and her team. We had so much fun at our wedding, completely stress-free and also, well-fed. Cat guided and supported us through every single step of the planning process, which extended beyond the wedding day, e.g. name changing, etc. From the outset, she focused on making the wedding our own. Where do I even begin? Even before I got engaged, I knew it would be a dream come true to have Catherine design my wedding (thankfully my fiancé agreed on CCL!). From the very first phone convo with her, I knew she had the must-have bubbly, fun personality and the industry expertise (SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING!! SHE HAS SEEN EVERYTHING UNDER THE WEDDING SUN!) and straightforwardness to cut through the nitty gritty of planning. I really appreciated her honesty when asked for her opinion on ideas -- as a new bride-to-be, sometimes you just don't know what works and what will be good for your guests or yourself! The long monthly to-do lists were worth it and actually pretty manageable. The lists force you to really decide what is important and kept us super on track. LITERALLY we were done with the big rocks a little over a month before our wedding! Can you imagine not having to worry about the wedding and being done with 99% of it all one month before the big day?! It is possible, WITH CCL BY YOUR SIDE!!

Our coordinator was Carol, and she was such a pleasure to work with. She is detailed and organized, and makes sure that your wedding party and all vendors are in the loop at the right time. Few days before the wedding, there was a minor hiccup (my fault entirely, and I was going to be ok with things as is.) but she was an absolute doll and fixed it, without even me asking her! I basically notified her about it in the evening time, explained the situation and how I tried to remedy it to no success. The very next morning, she called me and told me she worked it out with the vendor granting us a rare favor! I don't know what or how she did it, but magic! The day of the wedding was flawless. No complaints or issues from our 280+ guests because Carol and her team took care of everything!! THANK YOU CCL WEDDINGS! 100% recommend!!

We planned our wedding from afar and CCL coordinator Ashley was extremely helpful in checking in with vendors, ensuring we were adhering to contract deadlines and guidelines as well as organizing all the moving parts. She was in constant contact with us throughout the process and truly created some impressive organizational tools that made the day of a breeze. She was thoughtful about small touches and detail-oriented to make sure all the moving parts coordinated well together. She kept all of our family and wedding party in the loop for all events the weekend of the event- ALL of my wedding party was impressed by her organization and commented so. MAGGIE WAS AN ABSOLUTE GOD SEND!!!!!!! She was so friendly and professional all throughout. I was in the process of starting my own business around the same time as the wedding and was overwhelmed with all the stuff that was on my plate. There is absolutely NO way my wedding would have been a success without her. She came early and stayed way later than anyone expected for her to stay. I felt absolutely calm and relaxed through the wedding day madness because of her. CCL is incredibly professional and prompt. It is amazing how much information Catherine holds in her head and all of the small details that she remembers about everything I told her I wanted. My wedding was like a dream come true and it truly surpassed all of our expectations. She was always available, responsive, and she could read our emotions very well. I don't know how she took a vision that was in our minds and created a wedding that was more than what we envisioned, but she did. Every small detail felt like it was tailored to our personalities and what we wanted. Catherine did not do a generic wedding for us, she made it very personal and intimate. Every person I have talked to has mentioned to me that my wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended and there is absolutely no way I could have done it without Catherine. She came to us highly highly recommended from our friends, and we will continue to pass the word along. She is the best!

Catherine and Liz, who guided us through every step of the arduous and long wedding planning process, were not only thorough but also great thought partners. Getting a wedding planner was a no brainer. Catherine is such a joy to work with - her creativity, organization, and infectious energy never ceases to amaze me! The months leading up to my wedding were full of so many different vendor transitions, but Cat was always on top of things to make the bumps in the road as smooth as possible. We couldn't have survived with out her guidance and experience!

Our month-of coordinators, Connie and Carol make such an awesome team! They complement each other very well and always kept me stress-free! Both were so unbelievably organized and remembered everything I made mention - even down to the fact that I'll need to have Pepcid 30 mins before the consumption of alcohol (you know, that aZn glow)! They were meticulous in their execution of all of our details on our wedding day. We were so blown away when we initially walked into the ceremony area, as well as the reception room. It looked SO AMAZING!!! Connie and Carol were so attentive and did everything to help me feel completely present with my husband and the rest of our family and friends. We loved every single part of our wedding day so much that we wish we could do it again!!!

Catherine and her team is truly EXCEPTIONAL! Planning a wedding can definitely be exciting but overwhelming, but with Catherine's help, creativity, and feedback it definitely made the experience easy, fun, and enjoyable. She took the time to get to know us, and applied our interests and hobbies to make our wedding a true reflection of us. I think this is one of most unique about Catherine's service so special because she uses each different couple's interests and applies it to her work. She also makes the wedding work load a lot more fun by completing "to do lists" that doesn't seem like work at all. We seriously had the best wedding experience, and our wedding came out to be truly spectacular. We are so thankful to have had Catherine and her team on our wedding day!

Working with CCL was simply amazing. The day of our wedding went by without a hitch. Maggie and her team were completely on top of the timeline and kept the momentum moving from ceremony to dancing. My wife and I are located across the country, but wanted to have our wedding in Los Angeles since we had met there and had family there. CCL made things so easy for us helping plan and coordinate with our venue, which wasn't the easiest considering the venue was affiliated with the City of Beverly Hills and that we had so many vendors. They kept communication lines open with all vendors, groom and bridal parties, and most importantly, my wife! The day was amazing and all my plaudits and props go to CCL and Maggie for making everything as perfect as could be!

I don't even know where to begin! Cat and her team are absolutely AMAZING!!!! After doing extensive research on multiple wedding websites, instagram, etc, I quickly stumbled upon CCL Weddings and instantly fell in love with all the weddings they had done. Each wedding was so beautiful yet unique and represented the couple so well. So of course it was a no brainer that I wanted to use them for my own wedding!
I have several girlfriends who are planning weddings right now and I told every one of them that hiring Cat was THE BEST decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning process. Sure, doing this takes away a good chunk of the wedding budget but trust me, in the end it will save you time, money, headache, sweat, tears, and most importantly your sanity!! You only get married once and you should truly enjoy the entire wedding planning process! Cat has been in the industry for almost a decade now so she knows all the minute details one wouldn't normally think of and offers great advice based on what has and has not worked for her and her clients in the past.
Cat makes sure to incorporate all the details you want while staying within your budget. My husband is SUPERR OCD and particular (for example, when we were finalizing our rental items he wanted to see a picture of how the bread baskets would look like............) and in the end even he had nothing to complain about and was 100% happy with our wedding. This goes to show how amazingly patient, sweet and personable, and dedicated Cat is! She was always super quick to our emails (even taking photos of our seating arrangements in the car when she was driving to the airport) and text messages. Not only is she the best at what she does, she is such a beautiful and inspiring person who can light up a room just by walking into it. We love you, Cat!!
Bottom Line: BOOK CAT NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!! It will be the best decision you'll make in your wedding planning process (or even your life)!!

From the start to the end, CCL weddings has helped our dream wedding come true! Maggie was our coordinator and she was amazing! She is extremely organize and prompt at responding to all my emails and answering any wedding questions I had! My husband and I couldn't be any more thankful to her and to CCL weddings for being there for us. I would highly recommend them and if I had the chance, would want another wedding again!

Hiring CCL to be our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Our coordinator, Maggie, was organized, responsive, and super helpful. We met her when she was working at one of friend's wedding, and seeing how well that wedding turned out, we reached out to work with her right the way! The name "day of coordinator" is rather misleading, as Maggie started helping us with our wedding few months before the wedding. Being from New York and having our wedding in LA, Maggie was instrumental in making our wedding dreams come true. She let us ship all our wedding purchases to her LA residence so we wouldn't have to bring them all the way from New York. Our venue is also rather strict and required all the vendors to do a walk through before the wedding, Maggie coordinated everything and made sure it went smoothly while we were in NY. During the day of the wedding, Maggie made sure we were on schedule and ensure that we were well taken care of! The day went by so perfectly, and it would not have been possible without Maggie!

Hiring a wedding planner / designer was probably the BEST decision we made for our wedding. I did not stress ONE bit during our over year long engagement. Eunice of CCL Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was ALWAYS so sweet, caring, understanding .. she really makes you feel like you are planning the biggest even of the year (which it was :) ) Being that we were in SF, she was always very flexible with telephone calls or video calls. CCL Weddings has got it DOWN - they send you to do lists about once a month. And believe me when I tell you .. AS LONG AS YOU STICK TO IT, YOU ARE GOOD. Granted some of the to do lists require probably a lot of research, thought, discussion with your significant other, it really makes the whole wedding process easy to follow and stress free.
The other important reason why they were great .. on the day of the wedding it WILL be hectic. Even though we had a small 80 people wedding, there's just so much going on. Having a planner and coordinator keeps you on time with the timeline, coordinates with all the vendors, and at the end of the night when you're a hot mess they make sure everything you brought to the wedding leaves with you :) HAHA
Okay suffice to say, do yourself a favor, make the planning easy for the best day of your life and HIRE CCL Weddings!! SPECIFICALLY Eunice!!

Cat and her team are really amazing! From the planning process all the way through the wedding day and after, she made sure that all our questions were answered (extremely quickly). Her to do lists and planning tools are very helpful during the process and she kept us on track. We had a lot of fun during our planning sessions just hanging out with her too! We loved that she got to know us both and designed a wedding that showed who we are, individually and as a couple, in all the details. We got married at a Malibu Rock Oaks (the venue is amazing). We interviewed 6 different wedding planners and Catherine stood out and was the obvious choice. Having a wedding at this vineyard is very tricky being that there is no perfect layout for this venue. Catherine and her team went above and beyond to transform a this venue into a dream come true. The day we had our first meeting she was extremely organized and very professional by presenting us with upfront expectations such as budgets, logistics and venue design. Everything was perfect because she is very creative and had a mass amount of sources from caterings to rentals. We never thought we could relax and truly enjoy our wedding day. Her assistant and her team is absolutely top of the line. Catherine's personality and high energy makes sure that everything goes perfect. Words can't express how happy and thankful we are... It has been 7 months since we got married, and so this review is long past due. Since then, me and my husband have been basking in our newly wed bliss. This may I say, is due largely to the fact that all the stress from the months of planning, and might I say a bit of arguing with the fiancé (just at times, and which is expected, as most would say) was whisked away the moment our Big Day had come, was so enjoyed, lived and executed like a fairytale.
From the first meeting with Catherine, I knew she would be the one to be able to put my visions to reality. She was organized, prompt, always responsive, and full of feedback. She took time to understand my vision, and while always trying to execute it, was very respectful of my budget. She was more than just a planner, she was a friend throughout the whole process. I can go on and on about my positive experience with her during the planning process, but I can not say enough about her execution on the day of. Our wedding was above and beyond what I could have imagined, and all our guests had such an enjoyable experience. We are still getting compliments (which I love) of how beautiful, FUN and well organized it was and I always put it to Catherine. She and her team were on top of everything, and we fully were able to enjoy our time from start to finish, for that reason. I sincerely could not have imagined a more seamless day, and I have only Catherine to thank for that. Catherine and the entire CCL team were the best choice I've ever made my entire life, as I often say so to my now-husband, who likes to respond to my statement with "yeah, your OTHER best choice, other than saying yes to me." :D He's right, but it goes to show how amazing the entire wedding planning process with. Catherine came highly recommended by a friend who had gotten married 2+ years prior. Ever since then, Cat had planned two other weddings for two other girls I know of, and every single one told me hiring her equals to headache-free. I am all about headache-free as I have very little patience, so it was a no brainer that I'd call her up to schedule a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I am not sure about Cat, but I liked her right away, and so did my then-fiance. She was organized and creative, showed up at our meeting with two giant portfolios of examples and you just know right off the bat that she is experienced and knows her stuff. At the same time, she's fun, funny and personable, so easy to talk to and has every quality that you'd want in a friend. Right then and there I knew I'd want her to plan our wedding for us, because she wasn't someone I wanted to just hire and have an employment relationship with, she was someone I wanted as a friend who happens to be a professional wedding planner. Cat was everything I had just described above and then more in the next ten months of wedding planning. She was so on top of things, kept me organized and sane and she just seemed to know me so well. The wedding planning process itself was so much fun and easy that I wish the wedding date was much further down the road just so I could stay in this planning phase with her. Not enough space here for me to keep on gushing about her and CCL, but trust me, hiring her = most beautifully amazing wedding you'll ever have in your life, headache-free also!

The best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning was having Cat be our wedding coordinator! I couldn't have asked for a more PERFECT wedding. Wedding planning is one of the hardest things to do, and CCL Weddings made everything so easy. From day one, we had a great conversation with Cat and got the ball rolling. She understood our personalities and really accommodated in every way possible. Then as we worked with Gloria Lee to plan out the ceremony and logistics, we also had a great experience. Honestly, words can not express how amazing and essential CCL has been to our wedding. From the start, Cat, was on top of everything and made sure to ask us exactly what we wanted/what we envisioned for our wedding. She really listens to what we had to say and made suggestions accordingly. Cat handled everything... like literally everything so well, I had no doubts or concerns about our big day. She thought of things that we didn't even know we had to think about or consider. She made planning a wedding look easy breezy which is a great testament to her skills and abilities. Every vendor that we had that day (photographer/ videographer/ dj etc) raves how amazing she is and that we picked a great person to handle our even.

She has an amazing team of girls and Christina, who we were lucky to have day of the wedding, was literally an extension of Cat. She made sure everything ran smoothly and stress free. My husband and I really enjoyed our wedding and had a lot of fun being in that moment that CCL put together.

This wedding was planned with us living overseas in Hong Kong and CCL based in California. Aside from the distance we were planning a 3 day event for our wedding weekend. CCL was very good at staying on top of emails and communication and was available for us at anytime! I highly recommended CCL for being organized, thorough, and on the day of very creative with the final touches for our big day. CCL also has a ver good relationship with many vendors and have great chemistry with them. Catherine and her team were absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend!

I used day-of coordination with CCL and I'm so glad I did! Having peace of mind the day of the wedding was priceless! My coordinator, Maggie, was so knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and available. She arranged for the perfect number of phone and video meetings - not too few, not too many. Since I was planning the wedding from another city and wasn't able to be present for a walk-through meeting just before the wedding, she made herself available to go in my place! The service was phenomenal and I would recommend any and all services provided by CCL for any of your event planning needs!

I always knew that I would want a wedding planner but my husband wasn't quite on the same page at first. That all changed after our first meeting with Catherine :) She was so informative and we knew we would be lost without her. Over the months of emails and planning, she kept us on track with everything and developed the perfect vision for our big day. My husband and I can both be indecisive but Catherine was always able to guide us to make the right decisions. She came up with many wonderful ideas for our wedding and we were so thankful for her creativity. It was so exciting to see everything come together on the actual day and I really didn't want the day to end! Where to begin...I can't say enough good things about Catherine and her team. Quite honestly, working with Catherine was the BEST part of the wedding planning process. She is extremely professional, organized, responsive, creative and intelligent. She allows the client to share their vision and ideas, but provides excellent suggestions when asked -- advice that made things so much better. She is honest and certainly doesn't try to push vendors on you. In fact, she would give practical advice about which items were worth the splurge and which you could easily save money. I wish I had another big event to plan just so I could work with Catherine again. She comes with the highest recommendations and I would refer my closest friends and family to her company.

Catherine and her team are the best!!! After briefly speaking to Catherine on the phone the first time, I knew I wanted to hire her to help plan our wedding. We brain stormed with Catherine what we wanted for our wedding and she came up with lots of creative ideas. She suggested the perfect venue for us and introduced us to awesome vendors. Catherine kept us on track by sending us to do lists every couple of weeks and she was super organized. We would email her questions or concerns and she would respond within 24 hours (sometimes at 3:00 am in the morning). She barely sleeps (I don't know how she does it). We always looked forward to meeting Catherine to discuss wedding details. She is one of the most down to earth, funny, and hardworking individuals I know!

When we walked into our venue the day of the wedding, we were blown away!!! Seeing everything come together and all the details was amazing!! Catherine and her team made sure we were ok on our wedding day. They brought us food, water, bustled my dress and even hid us from our guests so we can take a little break from taking pictures. Our guest had an amazing time and loved all the details at our wedding! Catherine and her team really bought our dream wedding to life!

Having Catherine and her team made wedding planning really fun and stress free. We heard plenty of horror stories from our friends about them planning their own wedding. In the beginning, I wasn't sure if I wanted to hire a wedding planner because of the cost but honestly it is worth very penny!! I can't recommend Catherine and her team enough!!! They were one the best decisions we made for our wedding!!!

I cannot say enough about Cat Leo and her business, and specifically Christina Lee, who was our "Day of" planner for our Palm Springs wedding. Though we retained Christina's services for only the immediate event coordination, I felt like I had an advocate at my side throughout the last few months of planning. On the day itself, she took care of EVERYTHING -- I had no worries whatsoever. Her timeline was perfect and well-planned, her interaction and coordination of my vendors was kind and professional, and her spirit and handle on the event was noticed by every single one of my wedding guests. Best of all, Christina was someone who I actually LIKED and wanted at my side on my wedding day. She truly made our beautiful day possible. I would recommend CCL without hesitation, and their rates are very competitive in this often overpriced industry.

Catherine and her team at cclwedding was exactly what we were looking for. We seriously couldn't be more grateful for her service especially since we gave her a short notice. Our wedding was far away in Venice and she was professional and efficient (even with language and cultural differences) and surpassed our expectations.

We knew what kind of wedding we wanted but when we needed advices Catherine gave her opinions and everything turned out to be perfect. When we thought some vendors were expensive she would help us negotiate or compare prices from different vendors (since we wee in Venice we didn't have a very clear idea of how everything would cost), I found that to be very helpful and it really showed that she cared. I would recommend her to all my friends and bride to bes, I'm sure you would find her as lovely as we did.

I worked mainly with Catherine throughout the entire wedding planning process,about 7 months.It seems like this girl does not sleep!Whenever I emailed her with a question, she would seemingly answer me within seconds to minutes.I also worked with her associate Jessica, who was present at all our planning meetings and just the nicest person ever.She would diligently take notes and help out.My favorite memory of Jessica was during our cake cutting when she was crouched below the cake table so no one would see her and she wouldn't be caught in the photos, and coaching us to "cut a piece in a pie shape now, now feed each other. now get your champagne, interlink arms, and drink!". Honestly, the wedding planning was entirely too consuming for my fiance and me (who work ridiculous hours),but with the help of Cat and her team,our big day turned out to be the wedding of our dreams and we could not have asked for more.There are a seemingly endless amount of details and decisions to make, but Cat would make sure we stayed on top of things by giving us "to-do lists" every few weeks.During and after our big day, many of my guests commented that whoever planned our wedding did an AWESOME job. As the bride I was oblivious to everything that was going on around me as I was getting ready, but Cat and her team of FOUR girls worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect and in place.They are multilingual which helped significantly as one associate spoke in Chinese to communicate with the caterer. My mom especially was blown away by their professionalism, polish, and thoroughness.Not to mention they are the nicest girls ever.I remember when I was on the brink of a meltdown because of a rift between my hairstylist and maid of honor over my hair,I saw Cat come in to the room and it was such a relief to see her. I knew everything would be okay.You will not regret hiring CCL to give you the peace of mind that you will have the wedding of your dreams.

CCL is the best decision we made! Catherine felt like our best friend. She is not only really good at what she does, but you can tell she really LOVES what she does! Catherine was always available and helped make all our decisions.We {bride and groom} were both super busy with school but she made it work...even taking us out for lunch meetings. We talked about table linens over chinese chicken salad at Joan's on Third....like we were best friends. She will give her all to make it the best experience possible and for you to love your day!

Cat is very organized. She gave us to do lists that kept us on task and never behind on anything. She got us connected with some great vendors. She was very professional but again felt like your closest friend. You would never even guess she is juggling multiple weddings at once. She knows wedding details...what looks good/what doesn't. She understands your vision and makes it better and puts YOU {bride and groom} into all the details... making it very personal.

Cat made everything run smoothly, made our day very special and everything we imagined. She kept us calm and happy the entire time and the process fun! I may have even teared a little when I saw her for the first time at our wedding. :) Our first look was magical.

Catherine and her team were absolutely phenomenal! I couldn't have done it without the help of their stellar team. They went above and beyond what was asked of them and were so accommodating. My husband and I had the most incredible experience with the CCL team. They planned and executed our wedding in Palm Springs PERFECTLY, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. During the planning process they were patient, accommodating, and well-organized. Our wedding had pretty elaborate plans of creating a surprise wedding reception that none of the guests knew of, so we definitely needed the perfect team to execute it all. I cannot recommend Catherine's team enough. They were one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding, and one of the FIRST people we contacted and booked before planning the rest. Having a coordinator and planner is vital to your wedding, and CCL is the best out there. I'm so thankful we trusted our wedding in their hands and now all our friends and family cannot stop raving about that day.

I cannot say enough about Catherine and her team; mere words will not justify her production. She is first-class, a visionary, accessible, a queen and her domain: details…and hopefully now, someone I can call a friend (after the hell I inflicted upon her during the process start-to-finish). Despite this, her level of service never waned and made it a priority to power through. Catherine was always helpful, available, comforting when needed and never forgot the bigger picture. I think the best compliment we can offer is the universal sentiment among our guests: “That was the best wedding ever!” Undoubtedly all her clients and their guests probably felt exactly the same way which is a testament to her and the customized experience she provides each client.

“Standard” or “generic” is not in her vocabulary nor is cutting corners. Each couple’s workflow varies but she will adapt and most importantly keep you on track. My wife and I didn't have many suggestions of our own so she took it upon herself to assess our story, personality, style, etc. and ran with it.

Every couple’s story and circumstance is unique and she’ll do everything in her power to convey it. Absolutely zero regrets from me and my wife.

I can't even begin to sing praises for Robin Kim at CCL and her team. From the moment we booked her, she kept us on track with everything. I had most of my wedding figured out. Robin provided great suggestions to the few components we hadn't finalized. As extremely busy individuals, we didn't have time for a million emails. Robin immediately understood how we best communicated and catered us with everything we needed and wanted. Reminders were gentle and we appreciated her for her general enthusiasm to help our wedding be exactly what we wanted. I would recommend CCL and Robin Kim again and again. You were the integral cog in the wheel that helped keep the bride sane. Without you, I would have been a ball of nerves. The day went off without a hitch (that we know of)! We were recommended Catherine and CCL by my cousin who is friends with Catherine's sister. I checked out her blog and was immediately impressed by her work. What made CCL even more appealing was that all the styles of the weddings were so different. It showed me that she really catered to what her clients wanted. Catherine was so patient along every step of the way because I really had no idea what I was doing and did not know all the intricacies of wedding planning. She was quick to respond to our questions/emails and pays amazing attention to detail. No matter what kind of help we needed, she was there for us, from planning secret surprises during the wedding or giving us tips on things to see on our honeymoon. We really felt she cared about us and helping us plan our dream wedding. Catherine somehow manages to be very organized and meticulous, yet easygoing and friendly at the same time. She helped us get the job done without the stress that usually comes along with wedding planning. CCL Weddings gave us the wedding we dreamt of. We highly recommend Catherine! We chose the Stunning package (full planning) and worked with Catherine for almost a year before our wedding. She was very accessible and had a great attention to detail which was very important to us since the wedding was held at our house. Her experience and knowledge with vendors and setting up the venue made the whole process so easy. Trust me, having the ceremony and reception for 200 guest at a house is no small feat. Moreover, Catherine thought of every last detail and executed them seamlessly. I was the most relaxed bride because she took care of everything. Also, our invitations and paper goods were all printed by her and they turned out really nice. We cannot thank her enough for taking on our wedding and working with difficult parents and requests. Hiring CCL was the best decision we made and worth every penny.

Catherine and her team performed above and beyond my expectations of what a planner does. Catherine was very responsive and I typically got a reply back within the hour. Me and my husband have not been to many weddings so we were very thankful that Catherine was able to guide us the entire way. We worked with Catherine and CCL Weddings for our wedding in downtown LA this past August. To be honest, we were hesitant on hiring a wedding planner at first, thinking we could handle most of the planning ourselves. However, after working with Catherine, it was quickly apparent that we had NO IDEA of what it took to plan and execute a wedding, especially a wedding we would remember forever and be exceptionally proud of! From the beginning, Catherine was able to meet with us, discuss themes, suggest ideas, and coordinate in a professional yet friendly manner. She has so much creativity, a good sense of what we wanted, and also a way of focusing us when we didn't know what we wanted. Even more importantly, Catherine and her team were able to execute our vision to perfection. We can't imagine how much work went on behind the scenes, but our wedding day went almost flawlessly. The issues we did have with vendors, Catherine followed up on immediately, showing us she truly had our best interest in mind even after the event. Hiring her ended up being not just a matter of convenience or stress relief, but truly an investment in service and creativity. We could not be more pleased, and we see Catherine and her team at CCL, not just as extremely capable and talented event planners, but also as friends that we will want to keep in touch with for a long time.

Catherine was our wedding planner and she was amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding, but not all the details were clear. Catherine was able to turn the ideas into a clear vision and her execution was perfect!
I was a bit overwhelmed during the planning process but Catherine was very responsive and took a lot of the pressure off. She is very dedicated and passionate about her work. We had such a great time working with her and her staff. Her staff was also amazing and was very accommodating throughout the wedding.
We were stress free on our wedding day!

Where can I start about how happy I am with CCL Weddings and my event coordinator Carren Cheung?

First off, I loved wedding planning with CCL because honestly.. they got me instantly. They were absolutely amazing, responsive, creative, friendly, and so much more. Carren, my lovely day-of coordinator, did an amazing job. Carren made my day so relaxing and stress-free. She was on top of it and made my day go smoothly! My dearest friend even hired a flash mob last minute and Carren made it happen without me even knowing! She is so sweet, kind, and knows how to get things done. She's a wonderful coordinator and words can't describe how she got this wedding coordinating thing down!

Working with Cat, Maggie and Liz from CCL Weddings was the best choice that we made. Many, many people along the process told me and my husband (!) that we were the most stress-free groom and bride-to-be they had ever seen. That's ALL thanks to Liz, Maggie and Cat. They were there every step of the way to meet with vendors, deal with contracts, venue set up, negotiate, and re-negotiate on our behalf. Both my husband and I have demanding jobs, so the ladies at CCL afforded us the opportunity to actually ENJOY our planning process. They were all mindful of our budget, always trying to find workarounds to get us the best wedding for what we wanted to spend without sacrificing the overall feel. At times, it can be quite intimidating to plan your wedding (and all the baggage it comes with), but we always felt comforted being in CCL hands. The best quote from our friend after the wedding? "It looks like it belongs on Pinterest!". Brides: Do yourself a favor and DON'T do it on your own. Your wedding day is supposed to be fun, stress free and about your relationship. CCL was more than amazing! I am a bride that lives abroad in Shanghai, China with my wedding venue located in Laguna Beach, CA. As you can imagine, with the distance, planning from afar can be a LOT of work. CCL made the process easy and enjoyable. Catherine became my best friend during my engagement. She's not only creative, organized, and on top of things, she was also fun to work with. I'm really particular with organization and prompt emails, and Catherine has never failed to continue to impress.

If I could give more than five stars, I would... in every category. CCL Weddings & Events was uh-maz-ing. All of my guests have told me how beautiful, great, fun, etc. my wedding was! Everything about my wedding was a reflection of me and my fiancee and from the beginning to the end, from the save-the-dates to the ceremony programs, were one cohesive design/theme. CCL works with you to make sure that your wedding is not just unique but a wedding that expresses you and your loved one. All of your guests, especially the ones closest to you, will leave your wedding thinking, "wow, that wedding was so (insert name) and (insert name)!"

Before hiring CCL Wedddings & Events, I tried to convince my fiancee that I could do all the planning myself (I'm a guy...), but looking back now I would say my biggest regret is not hiring CCL sooner. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, stop thinking about it and go with this one, I promise you that you won't be disappointed. Cat was our wedding planner and we could not have asked for such a dedicated coordinator. She went above and beyond what we expected from her. Our wedding was so beautiful with the hand made signs and altar decorations. She is very creative and helpful. Her staff was very helpful throughout the day of the wedding as well. She was very prompt in communicating via email. Since the very beginning when we first met Cat, she was willing to help and give us advice so that our wedding would become exactly what we dreamt about.

Our wedding had multiple strong personalities involved (ahem...parents). We also had two different receptions and a bunch of curve balls thrown in a day before our wedding. Catherine and her team were effortless, patient and kind the whole time. I don't think we could have pulled off a wedding with 650 people, two receptions and strong personalities without her. I can't recommend her services highly enough. I have already referred her to my brother whom is engaged. During the wedding planning, everyone would comment how calm my fiance and I looked. Our wedding was three days ago, and it was absolutely perfect and stress free. We enjoyed the whole day and we received so many compliments. CCL is worth every penny.

My husband and I hired CCL Events for Day-of Coordination for our wedding. I cannot begin to tell you how above and beyond they went for us. From my initial interview with our Coordinator Robin, I knew CCL really took their business seriously. Throughout the entire process, Robin made it a point to get to know me as a friend so that she could make important decisions on my behalf on our wedding day. Being only the 2nd Indian wedding she coordinated, Robin went out of her way to learn about my culture and traditions which spoke miles about her professionalism and dedication to her craft. Coordinating an all-day event for over 350 people is not an easy feat, but Robin made it look that way. The entire day flowed seamlessly (which is AMAZING for an Indian wedding) and everyone had a wonderful time. In fact, many of our guests complimented the smooth transition from Ceremony, to Cocktail Hour, to the Reception. Thanks to Robin, Catherine and the entire CCL team for making our wedding day perfect! You truly played in integral role in making our dream wedding a huge success!

what a horrible bride i am.. completely forgetting to share my raves for Catherine now that i'm married. She is so awesome!! She's so happy bubbly yet super professional. don't let her age fool you, she's actually has so many more years of experience than other coordinators, PLUS she's not a niche coordinator. she's been there, done that, HAha

Honestly, i was a pretty laidback bride (okay, let's say that's an huge understatement) but like all other brides, wanted the wedding to flow smoothly without a hiccup. Especially with getting ready at the salon, then bridal dress shop, a first look, church ceremony, then separate reception. Okay, so that's being demanding. Regardless, Catherine handled everything so well that you wouldn't even know there were even any issues. During my consultation with her, & this is even before i hired her, she offered so many helpful hints/ tips/ & even referrals. Actually, she started to coordinate my wedding right then & there. her work ethics are supurb, she gets along wonderfully with all the other vendors, and take everything wedding off your hands a month before your big day. she was so much more than just the month-to-day wedding coordinator. i promise, you & your husband will fall in love with her. hire her before your wedding date gets booked, you won't regret it.

Catherine Cindy Leo and her staff are amazing!!!!! Hiring Cat was truly the best investment we made. Cat literally made sure that everything was taken care of, from dealing with my complicated venue to dealing with my strict church coordinator. I felt like she took most of the stress away from me.
I really feel like we got way more then we paid her to do. She is easy to contact and will always respond back to you. Most importantly, she not only cares about your wedding, but she truly cares about you as a person. I can go on and on about Cat! She's creative, fun, professional and easy to get along with.

Catherine and CCL Weddings was the best decision I made. I had 5 months to plan my wedding while living in a different country. I was in town for only three weeks and we did a chunk of the planning then and while abroad Catherine made the process so smooth. She gave me tasks and everything was so well organized. Both my family and my husbands family was so pleased. On the day of the wedding our family and friends were amazed at the professionalism and smoothness of the wedding. I wouldn't change a thing and everything was perfect.

Catherine is the closest I will ever get to meeting a super hero.

Love Catherine! Would not hesitate to recommend her again to anyone in less than minute. This seems to be a common theme in Catherine's reviews, but my fiance (now husband!) and I always talk about how hiring Catherine was hands down THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. I feel like I could ramble on and on about how great she was but I will try to keep this somewhat short and narrow it down to these highlights:

1) We were 100% stress free during the entire wedding planning process. We knew everything would be taken care of because Catherine would constantly provide a detailed checklist of all the things we needed to do. AND if you are lazy about some things like me and don't feel like putting in the time and effort to do some of the tasks (like finding a guestbook) you can just tell her and it will magically appear before you on your wedding day! ;)

2) We were 100% stress free during the wedding itself. I cannot tell you what a huge difference it makes to have a coordinator on the day of your wedding. Thanks to Catherine and her assistant Liz (who was also amazing), we were able to socialize with our guests, have fun, and relax with the knowledge that Catherine and Liz were somewhere out there, running around, whipping all the vendors in shape, and making sure everything was running smoothly. In fact, both the groom and I received several comments on how calm we seemed on our wedding day.

3) Catherine had several tricks up her sleeve that actually helped us SAVE money by hiring her. She did a great job of cutting costs at the right places in order to allow room to splurge a bit in others to deliver the perfect outcome within our budget.

4) Catherine was so responsive with emails and gave us so much attention, it made us feel like we were her only clients and she was dedicating all her time and effort to creating a dream wedding for us. I am always shocked when I look on her blog and I see all these other beautiful weddings that she has been working on because I really cannot imagine how one person can do so much!

But despite all those things, the one thing that truly makes Catherine stand out from the rest (besides her super-human energy... seriously, WHERE DOES ALL THAT ENERGY COME FROM???) is her genuine passion and love for what she does. Catherine, thank you for being you.

One word to describe Catherine Leo is AMAZING. She is simply the best. She helped coordinate our wedding with 350 guests and everything was perfect. She made sure every detail was set up exactly the way we had discussed and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. She is not only organized but definitely has an eye for creativity. Catherine was the best decision that Jon and I had made for our wedding. Jon and instantly knew after our first meeting that we were in good hands. We quickly learned that Catherine truly cared about our wedding being the best reflection of us. Our wedding was planned for about 14 months. As most couples would stress, we were completely relaxed and assured throughout the ENTIRE 14 months. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we will forever be grateful for the job that Catherine and her team did in turning our dreams into a reality.

Jon and I had a very "ambitious" wedding in mind. We weren't sure if it was even possible to execute some plans. Details such as a Fried Station, Smores Station, and a Grilled Corn station were a few to name that Jon and I envisioned for our wedding. Luckily, Catherine was able to create everything for us perfectly that our guests continue to praise us today!
Catherine was professional, polite, and timely. Most importantly, she was cognizant of the budget that we had set. We trusted her completely in every single detail.

Besides our planning process being amazing, the day of the wedding was also spectacular. Jon and I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed every minute. We knew that there wasn't anything that Catherine couldn't handle. The overall flow of the wedding felt complete and calm. Because I was so satisfied with the wedding itself, Jon and I were able to fully concentrate on each other. We both fell in love all over again as we became one family. It was amazing to celebrate with our friends and family in a wedding that was the perfect reflection of us. Our friends have not stopped complimenting us that it was "the best wedding they have ever been to!"

Lastly, Jon and I are so grateful to have gained a friend. My favorite process of it all was that we met someone amazing. Catherine exudes someone that is selfless and passionate about life. Jon and I always left our meetings feeling completely inspired. She deeply cares for people and it easily reflects in her work. When you have a planner that cares about you, your wedding will turn out to be personal and intimate. I honestly miss the wedding planning process because it was extremely fun working with Catherine. I highly recommend her for all your events.

Catherine Cindy Leo was our BEST investment throughout the wedding planning! She efficiently worked with our budget, cut cost wherever possible, without compromising our vision and the overall quality of the event. She was easily accessible, and consistently delivered on promises and deadlines. I have said it over and over again...her services are worth every single penny, and I would absolutely, without a doubt, recommend her to my own family/friends. But the best part about knowing Catherine is that at the end of it all, when the dust settles, you part ways knowing that you've gained a friend. Thanks you so much for everything Catherine...our wedding was EVERYTHING we imagined it to be!

I Love Catherine from CCL Weddings!!! Always knew she threw Amazing Weddings and was Great at what she does, so I had no hesitation in choosing her to be my coordinator. She was always so punctual, organized, high energy, dependable and most importantly.. kept the day running smooth and under control. We couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding coordinator. Catherine is simply awesome. She goes above and beyond, and was always available (phone and email) to answer our countless number of questions. She has a lot of experience under her belt, and was always willing to share her tips and honest opinion with us.

Catherine is sweet and easy to get along with, yet down-to-business when it comes to making sure all your vendors are in line. She won't drop the ball.

If I ever get married again, I'd book her again (joking - I love my wife).

If you don't want to be stressed out on the day of your wedding, definitely book her.

My husband and I still talk about how hiring Catherine as our wedding planner was the best decision we made! We hired Catherine because we both work full-time and just didn’t have the time to figure out all the little details. Catherine took care of all the little details and more and helped us stay on top of the things we needed to do. We have a lot of friends who mentioned that wedding planning was so stressful and that they fought so much with their fiancé during the entire process. My husband and I did not feel this way at all and was able to enjoy the whole planning process and the day of our wedding. We also felt that Catherine helped save us money, in that she was able to rent things that we probably would’ve just bought, and also was able to purchase things for a lot cheaper than we would have. Catherine was very easy to work with, very responsive and professional. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a stress-free wedding.

My husband and I would like to preface the review by stating that for any bride-to-be, it's a very, very wise investment in general to hire a wedding coordinator/planner. We knew a day-of coordinator would be essential so that I could “let go” and fully enjoy the wedding day without getting caught up with logistics and being approached by vendors throughout the day. I wanted to enjoy the moment with my husband and, without distractions, celebrate with family and friends. At first, my husband didn’t feel the need to pay a lot for a wedding coordinator. Now he does not regret hiring a coordinator.

Of all the potential coordinators we could’ve hired, Catherine was the best match for me. I was looking for someone who was just as “A-personality type” as me, detail-oriented, organized, creative, and positively "obsessive" as I am. There was something with my initial phone consultation with Catherine that made her stand out compared to everyone else (and the other coordinator I was debating to hire seemed great as well). I knew I could trust her completely.

My husband and I agree that Catherine was the best investment of our wedding dollars. She quickly adopted my vision for the wedding and helped make it into reality. Through the entire process, she provided constructive feedback and practical ways to incorporate my ideas in the most cost-efficient way possible (because we wanted to be strategic and mindful with our budget, and she completely respected that). She not only is very talented at coordinating but she's well versed at designing weddings. She has a true eye for what looks good for particular themes. Though Catherine might be considered “young” in wedding industry standards, she has a lot of insight and such great relationships with many vendors. Vendors speak positively of Catherine, and that speaks volumes about her as a professional in this competitive industry.

Catherine eased the never-ending chaos of wedding planning by keeping me "ahead" of everything in terms of organization, by making sure I did not miss a single detail and helping me to finalize my wedding day timeline and anything else I needed to complete well in advance. Our client meetings during the engagement process were opportune to brainstorm, finalize details, and get to know each other. Because of Catherine and her organization and assistance, I was able to spend the two weeks prior to my wedding to focus on my family and personal details. Catherine makes herself happily accessible to all her clients. The big difference that distinguishes Catherine is that I knew she regarded my wedding as just as important as I did, which makes her a trustworthy professional.

While it is important how helpful Catherine was during the engagement, what really matters is the day of the wedding, right? For the week before the wedding day, she was very organized and kept me on target to make sure she had everything she needed. She made sure to understand how I wanted every detail to be laid out. She coordinated the rehearsal efficiently while also making sure everyone knew their roles. She brought along a team of capable assistants for the day-of. Catherine’s coordination resulted in not one vendor approaching me that day. Catherine and her team took initiative to ensure the day went smoothly. The entire wedding was seamless. She didn't have to, but I had an after party after the reception and... as sweaty and tired she must have been after the wedding, she happily came to the afterparty to make sure everything was going smoothly and stayed with us until my husband and I left our guests. I felt completely at peace with having everything in her and her team’s hands.

I can attest to the fact that Catherine is an amazing coordinator. She is energetic and passionate about wedding celebrations, and that is reflected in her attention to detail and the quality of work she produces for her clients. If you want an adept coordinator you can completely trust with your wedding, it's Catherine.

Working with Catherine Cindy Leo was one of the best decisions I made. She was expertly able to execute the wedding that I have always imagined. I hired her for the "Month of/Day of Coordination" and I do not know what I would have done without her expertise, professionalism, and overall enthusiasm for weddings.

My venue, the Cravens Estate required a lot of outside rentals and I knew that it would be a headache to manage all those vendors. It was such a godsend having Catherine contact and work with all the vendors. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Most people say that last few weeks of the wedding is the most stressful time, but I was able to enjoy time with my family and friends and did not have to worry about a thing. She was in constant contact with me and updating me with any changes. I literally just showed up to the wedding and it all seemed to magically happen.

I was very impressed by her availability and the ease of communication. I never expected to receive a response instantly to the many emails I sent her, but she was so responsive!

If you were to work with Catherine, you would not be disappointed at all.

Catherine Cindy Leo Weddings and Special Events is the way to go!

Catherine is a class-act: punctual, professional, charming, resourceful and truly great at her job.

We worked with Catherine as our "day of coordinator" for our DIY Bohemian Palms Springs wedding at Korakia, and at our first meeting she blew all the other candidates out of the water with her creativity and clearly rock solid work ethic. She proved to be always two steps ahead and flexible when we changed our plans, which was often. With our wedding Catherine had a lot to handle, as we were creating a lot of elements ourselves, including home-brewed beer, music, flowers, decorations, hiring waitstaff, photobooth, etc. She shined when it came to understanding our vision and executing it.

Even though she was our "day of coordinator" Catherine made herself available months before the wedding, showing a true commitment and high level of responsiveness.

She has a wealth of knowledge about vendors, rentals, liquor/beer amounts for guests, the list goes on. Her experience in this industry shows, and you will see it at every turn--she never said "I don't know." She always had a great, creative answer, or took a moment to come up with a solution.

With Catherine running things, we knew that we could sit back, relax and enjoy our special day. She went above and beyond at every turn, and made our wedding a truly special and amazing event.

Catherine is highly recommended. She is the best!

I found Catherine online on Style Me Pretty originally. Her blog and her website caught my eye with just how dedicated she is to her career and how giving she is to her community. She had just started a new feature where she donates a part of her Coordinator fees to a charity for the bride and groom. I thought that was sweet.
When I finally met up with her, I didn't even want to meet with any other planners. She was the one and only planner I met with and I just decided to sign up.
We had 6 months to plan a small (80+ guest) wedding at a private home location in the backyard. I probably drove her positively nutty with all my changes and micro-managing in that time. But she was always patient, immensely helpful, and gave me her opinion and input. She responds fast to all my email inquiries. She was seriously so easy to work with. The whole planning process was really a breeze, especially during the count-down 1-month out crunch time. I barely had to do anything.
On the eve of the event and the day of the event, Catherine helped transform the entire backyard of my parent's home into a beautiful dream. My family and guests were amazed at the transformation of the venue. With LUNA RENTALS help, my wedding was truly fun, quirky and beautiful!
I know many weddings want to follow many traditional routes, but my hubz and I totally skipped out on those stuffy and sometimes boring aspects of weddings and just focused on FUN. And Catherine was just fine with that. She considered me to be edgy, I call it kooky. But the end result was still fantastic!
If you are looking for a great gal to plan your wedding, you don't have to look any further. You won't find anyone else who loves her work and her clients as much as Catherine does.

How do I describe how important Catherine was to my wedding. Well, let me start from the beginning and mention that about 10 months before my wedding, I was under the impression that I did not need a wedding planner. My wife disagreed. But now, one month after my wedding, as I look at my guest' pictures and videos, I am glad I went against my gut feeling and agreed with my wife's intuition. Catherine was responsible for making a dream wedding and reception come true for my wife and I. She included elements which made our wedding/reception unique and one-of-a-kind. She was so organized and on-top of everything whether it was meeting times, payment reminders, or any of the millions of others things which come up during a wedding/reception. I have nothing but great things to say about Catherine and her services provided. If there are two pieces of advice I can give all future brides and grooms, it is:
1) Hire a wedding planner. It will make your wedding/reception so much more unique, amazing, and enjoyable.
2) Use CATHERINE.
