We found my ring at Carter's after a fair amount of searching, both in person and online. They were great at making a custom version of a ring they had and using our stone for the center stone. We were so happy with the final outcome. They even resized it when it needed to be resized. I would highly recommend them.

We got our engagement ring here and also our bands. The people that work there are so honest and helpful and so caring. I have brought my ring to get size and sauntered together and there was no extra charge, and both time the rings came out great !

After a terrible experience looking at rings at a different jeweler, where we had been flat out reprimanded for waiting until four months out to shop, insulted and pressured to buy a specific piece right then and there, I was apprehensive about walking into another jewelry store. However, from the moment we arrived at Carter’s we were put at ease. We were greeted right when we walked by one of the dealers, who congratulated us and asked us our names, something the other place hadn’t even bothered to do. He even chatted with us for a bit about our wedding plans and put us at ease that four months out we still had a good amount of time to pick out a ring. Before we even got to examine the rings I was already feeling much better about the entire process.

He was warm and friendly, giving us plenty of options to consider with no pressure to decide on the spot. He was very knowledgeable about each ring and was up front with the pros and cons of each. We ended up selecting two gorgeous rings which together came in under our budget – a even bigger plus! They even had my engagement ring polished right there just for looking and did so again just before the wedding. I cannot thank you guys enough for turning a stressful project into an enjoyable experience, and we still love our rings!
