Brooke helped plan and organize our rehearsal dinner for 90 guests and a welcome party for 200 guests in Hot Springs, VA. Since our family is not local and had only seen the venue once or twice in person, planning from a distance could have been stressful. Brooke made us feel completely at ease while sourcing, managing, and communicating with all vendors. Her communication was outstanding—she was always prompt, detail-oriented, and equipped with pricing, photos, and reviews. If she didn't have an answer offhand, she immediately researched and gathered direct feedback. Despite having never met her in person until the day before the event (we coordinated entirely via phone, email, and Zoom), we felt total trust in her. She executed our vision for the decor, flow, and logistics perfectly. Her priority was ensuring a memorable, stress-free weekend, and she went above and beyond at every step—from letting us ship items ahead of time to handling vendor logistics and event setup.

Event 2: Wedding Day
Brooke was indispensable on our wedding day. She kept the bride completely at ease and ensured everything ran smoothly from morning prep all the way to the afterparty. Two specific moments highlight her incredible resourcefulness and calm under pressure:

Emergency AV Sourcing: Just two hours before the ceremony, the venue informed us they could not supply a speaker or microphone. Without skipping a beat, Brooke took charge. She double-checked the hotel, called our venue from the night before, arranged to borrow their equipment, drove to pick it up, and had it set up before anyone even realized there was an issue.

Seamless Rain Plan Execution: Five minutes before guests were set to walk outside for the reception, Brooke calmly approached us to let us know a storm was rolling in quickly. She presented clear options, and when we decided to move to our indoor backup location, her team executed the pivot flawlessly. Within 15–20 minutes, all chairs, decor, and guests were transitioned inside. It looked so beautiful and ran so smoothly that you would have thought it was Plan A all along.
