Less then one month before our wedding, we had to fire our original event coordinator/ manager. It was the best blessing in disguise, Brielle stepped in and handled the event way better then our original planner could have.

Brielle and her team beautifully executed our wedding day in a tropical storm. When it looked like we were going to have to pivot to a rain plan, Brielle first hopped on a phone with me to calm me down! Then she hopped on the phone with us along with my parents to ensure that our rain plan was just as beautiful, if not, more beautiful then our original plan. This meant working with my mom and florist at 11:00pm the Thursday before the wedding to change our alter arrangement. When it came time for the physical rehearsal she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do and handled questions kindly and professionally. When it came time for wedding day, her team crushed it. They helped me get ready, cutting loose strings off my dress, fashion tapping my moms dress, shuttling the girls under umbrellas in the rain, getting espresso martini out of my dress and more. When the rain plan led to less time on the dance floor, they worked with the other vendors to extend the night so we could continue to party. And to top it all off Brielle and Maggie, were at our hotel at 1:45 in the morning transferring our stuff into our wedding suite. Hire Brielle, it’s the best decision you’ll make!!

Brielle is the absolute best. I don't even know where to begin with this review. Hiring her was the best money we spent on our wedding by a mile. In fact, she's probably my favorite vendor I've ever worked with, wedding or not. When we realized we needed help just two months before the big day, I reached out to 19 different wedding planners. Brielle was the only person who responded by asking detailed questions. She really cares about you and your vision and making the day go smoothly. It's obvious she takes a lot of pride in her work -- for good reason! We really appreciated how she kept communications positive and upbeat while also making sure we stayed on track and pushing us just the right amount when needed. With vendors, she's clear and organized and tactful. She's also a total pro when it's showtime. Multiple people in our wedding party commented about how helpful Brielle and her assistants were, both during the rehearsal and on wedding day when questions came up. If you want to feel confident about your special day (as much as that's possible!), get Brielle on your team. We're so grateful to have worked with her, and we can't recommend her highly enough! Our only regret was not booking her earlier in the process. If you're lucky and she's available on your date, book her immediately!

Brielle and her team are amazing! We first connected because Brielle was planning a wedding at our venue the day before ours. I was so impressed with her that I asked if she would coordinate our wedding as well. I am so grateful that she agreed to take us on.

Brielle recommended some amazing vendors for us to work with, who we absolutely loved and did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately, we also had a few other vendors who were less than ideal. Brielle made our wedding flawless. It simply would not have been the same without her leadership, vision and expertise. From our first call with her all the way to the wedding day, she brought clarity, comfort and total ease to the planning process. She helped us define our vision, played a crucial role in the design elements of our wedding planning, and, come wedding day, the way she executed our vision was beyond our expectations. She has excellent connections to many different vendor teams in the DMV area, which made her an excellent resource when trying to select florists, caterer, venue, and so much more. She even helped us stick to our budget.

She always mentioned that she would plan the day so that each moment could breathe, and we very much felt that on our big day. We did not feel rushed or that we could not enjoy everything that the day had to offer. We truly could NOT have pulled our wedding off without Brielle and her team! Our very first intro call lasted almost two hours because of how thorough Brielle was and how excited she was to share her knowledge and help us conceptualize how we wanted our day to be.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brielle, owner of Brielle Davis events, for our wedding in September 2021. Brielle exceeded my expectations and nailed our event. Brielle was able to bring our vision to fruition, which was no easy feat considering our original plans were interrupted by the pandemic. Despite us having to reschedule multiple times, Brielle was able to work with us and our vendors to make sure we had the wedding we always wanted.

Apart from the visual aspects of the wedding, Brielle's interpersonal skills are top notch. She is so professional and works hard to build relationships with your vendors, and she also was able to work well with my husband and me despite our different personalities. Brielle also made our families at ease on the day-of and helped us all really enjoy our special day.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Brielle. I'd hire her a million times over again.

Let me just start by saying that Covid turned our wedding planning upside down - we had to postpone our reception from August 2020 to August 2021, change venues after our original venue was sold and, on top of that, our original planner moved out of state and could no longer help us. Enter Brielle and her team - we hired Brielle only a couple of months before our postponed reception, and she was just incredible! She spent so much time talking to us about our vision, was super responsive to emails and texts, and was very organized and hands-on especially as we faced new challenges. Everything went so smoothly thanks to her and her two assistants - we could not have asked for a better planner!

I dont know how I would have gotten through my wedding or wedding planning without Brielle. I am very type A and I was really looking for someone who could be me on the day of my wedding. We hired Brielle as a month of coordinator but she went leaps and bounds above that! We ended up postponing our wedding (twice) due to the pandemic and Brielle was right beside us while we made the decision. She offered us unbiased opinions and advice as we made the difficult decision. She helped us reach out to all of our vendors, helped me figure out what to say to each of them, helped decode contracts, solve problems, and just be a shoulder to lean on during a really difficult time for us - and mind you, this was well beyond a “month” from our wedding by this point.

As we finally approached our day, she took over all of the details, and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress heading into the wedding day. Brielle had everything under control. She masterfully put together my vision in how I wanted all of the decor set up and our venue to look, and everything was an absolute dream come true. She had two assistants day of who were so attentive to both the bridal party and any guests. It felt like we had extra friends while we were preparing for the ceremony. The day went SO smoothly, and if there were any problems, I wasn’t aware of them, and neither were any of my guests. It’s been two months and my mom is still raving about Brielle. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for help during this time!

Brielle was instrumental in helping us navigate the chaotic, uncertain, and stressful months leading up to our COVID-era wedding. Due to local restrictions we ended up having to scrap our original plans and re-imagine our day with a little more than a month’s notice from our date. Brielle hustled to identify the decisions, limitations, and provided recommendations and options at every turn, while still respecting our needs and expectations. We most appreciated Brielle’s organization, transparency, and proactivity leading up to and during the event. All of our guests raved about her and her team too. She’s a great communicator and true advocate for her clients and is constantly looking for ways to put the bride and groom at ease and allow them to experience their event and vision.
