  The Best Planner!

  Less then one month before our wedding, we had to fire our original event coordinator/ manager. It was the best blessing in disguise, Brielle stepped in and handled the event way better then our original planner could have.
  
  Brielle and her team beautifully executed our wedding day in a tropical storm. When it looked like we were going to have to pivot to a rain plan, Brielle first hopped on a phone with me to calm me down! Then she hopped on the phone with us along with my parents to ensure that our rain plan was just as beautiful, if not, more beautiful then our original plan. This meant working with my mom and florist at 11:00pm the Thursday before the wedding to change our alter arrangement. When it came time for the physical rehearsal she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do and handled questions kindly and professionally. When it came time for wedding day, her team crushed it. They helped me get ready, cutting loose strings off my dress, fashion tapping my moms dress, shuttling the girls under umbrellas in the rain, getting espresso martini out of my dress and more. When the rain plan led to less time on the dance floor, they worked with the other vendors to extend the night so we could continue to party. And to top it all off Brielle and Maggie, were at our hotel at 1:45 in the morning transferring our stuff into our wedding suite. Hire Brielle, it’s the best decision you’ll make!!

  Brielle cares!

  Brielle is the absolute best. I don't even know where to begin with this review. Hiring her was the best money we spent on our wedding by a mile. In fact, she's probably my favorite vendor I've ever worked with, wedding or not. When we realized we needed help just two months before the big day, I reached out to 19 different wedding planners. Brielle was the only person who responded by asking detailed questions. She really cares about you and your vision and making the day go smoothly. It's obvious she takes a lot of pride in her work -- for good reason! We really appreciated how she kept communications positive and upbeat while also making sure we stayed on track and pushing us just the right amount when needed. With vendors, she's clear and organized and tactful. She's also a total pro when it's showtime. Multiple people in our wedding party commented about how helpful Brielle and her assistants were, both during the rehearsal and on wedding day when questions came up. If you want to feel confident about your special day (as much as that's possible!), get Brielle on your team. We're so grateful to have worked with her, and we can't recommend her highly enough! Our only regret was not booking her earlier in the process. If you're lucky and she's available on your date, book her immediately!

  Incredible!

  Brielle and her team are amazing! We first connected because Brielle was planning a wedding at our venue the day before ours. I was so impressed with her that I asked if she would coordinate our wedding as well. I am so grateful that she agreed to take us on.

  Brielle is the best!

  Brielle made our wedding flawless. It simply would not have been the same without her leadership, vision and expertise. From our first call with her all the way to the wedding day, she brought clarity, comfort and total ease to the planning process. She helped us define our vision, played a crucial role in the design elements of our wedding planning, and, come wedding day, the way she executed our vision was beyond our expectations. She has excellent connections to many different vendor teams in the DMV area, which made her an excellent resource when trying to select florists, caterer, venue, and so much more. She even helped us stick to our budget.
  
  She always mentioned that she would plan the day so that each moment could breathe, and we very much felt that on our big day. We did not feel rushed or that we could not enjoy everything that the day had to offer. Several guests asked about Brielle because they were so struck by her organization and how well she managed the day. We 10/10 recommend working with Brielle, and could not have imagined our wedding year without her. Thanks so much Brielle, we can't thank you enough!

  The only reason we stayed sane while wedding planning :)

  We truly could NOT have pulled our wedding off without Brielle and her team! Our very first intro call lasted almost two hours because of how thorough Brielle was and how excited she was to share her knowledge and help us conceptualize how we wanted our day to be.
  
  Over the course of 10 months, our monthly calls and many, many emails helped us stay on track. Brielle connected us with 90% of our vendors, helped us navigate changing COVID-19 protocols, created a stunning design board, and created the all around perfect wedding we dreamed of. She went above and beyond at every turn and we remarked through the whole process how incredible was and how lost we would be without her. Highly recommend!

  Brielle and her team get it done!

  Let me just start by saying that Covid turned our wedding planning upside down - we had to postpone our reception from August 2020 to August 2021, change venues after our original venue was sold and, on top of that, our original planner moved out of state and could no longer help us. Enter Brielle and her team - we hired Brielle only a couple of months before our postponed reception, and she was just incredible! She spent so much time talking to us about our vision, was super responsive to emails and texts, and was very organized and hands-on especially as we faced new challenges.   Best Decision Hiring Brielle & Team

  I dont know how I would have gotten through my wedding or wedding planning without Brielle. I am very type A and I was really looking for someone who could be me on the day of my wedding. We hired Brielle as a month of coordinator but she went leaps and bounds above that! We ended up postponing our wedding (twice) due to the pandemic and Brielle was right beside us while we made the decision. She offered us unbiased opinions and advice as we made the difficult decision. She helped us reach out to all of our vendors, helped me figure out what to say to each of them, helped decode contracts, solve problems, and just be a shoulder to lean on during a really difficult time for us - and mind you, this was well beyond a “month” from our wedding by this point.
  
  As we finally approached our day, she took over all of the details, and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress heading into the wedding day. Brielle had everything under control. She masterfully put together my vision in how I wanted all of the decor set up and our venue to look, and everything was an absolute dream come true. She had two assistants day of who were so attentive to both the bridal party and any guests. It felt like we had extra friends while we were preparing for the ceremony. The day went SO smoothly, and if there were any problems, I wasn’t aware of them, and neither were any of my guests. It’s been two months and my mom is still raving about Brielle. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for help during this time!

  The ability to work with Brielle and her team was a gift in and of itself.

Brielle hustled to identify the decisions, limitations, and provided recommendations and options at every turn, while still respecting our needs and expectations. We most appreciated Brielle’s organization, transparency, and proactivity leading up to and during the event. All of our guests raved about her and her team too. She’s a great communicator and true advocate for her clients and is constantly looking for ways to put the bride and groom at ease and allow them to experience their event and vision. Brielle Davis Events facilitated a memorable and special event, and we would very strongly recommend them. They produced an extremely special COVID-era wedding, which requires a new standard of skills and knowledge this team definitely has.

  Best Decision of Our Wedding Was Hiring Brielle

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Brielle, owner of Brielle Davis events, for our wedding in September 2021. Brielle exceeded my expectations and nailed our event. Brielle was able to bring our vision to fruition, which was no easy feat considering our original plans were interrupted by the pandemic. Despite us having to reschedule multiple times, Brielle was able to work with us and our vendors to make sure we had the wedding we always wanted.
  
  Apart from the visual aspects of the wedding, Brielle's interpersonal skills are top notch. She is so professional and works hard to build relationships with your vendors, and she also was able to work well with my husband and me despite our different personalities. Brielle also made our families at ease on the day-of and helped us all really enjoy our special day.
  
  I don't have enough positive things to say about Brielle. I'd hire her a million times over again.

  brielle Davis was the planner for a wonderful wedding I attended a couple of years ago and was enthusiastically recommended by my friends, the parents of the bride. I am grateful for the recommendation! Brielle is a wonderful combination of detail-oriented, focused professional and amiable charmer. She was adept at managing the decision making process with a relatively light touch and humor. Her vendor network is extensive and strong. Many guests at the wedding commented on the efficiency and helpfulness of Brielle and her energetic staff.

  I don't usually get a chance to do this, but I am happy to leave a review in this case! As a wedding DJ who likes to be in control of everything, often (most) of the time it is difficult to work with a wedding planner. That was most definitely not the case for my most recent wedding with Brielle.
  Not often do you work with someone who works so cohesively with all of the vendors present, as opposed to just "bossing" their way through the day. Brielle was timely, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. As a vendor, I HIGHLY recommend Brielle Davis Events if you are in the market for a wedding planner that will make both you, as well as all of your vendors, happy!

  The Best Day!

  I do not even want to imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without Brielle! When I got engaged, my mom and I contemplated whether we wanted to get a wedding planner or try to handle it ourselves, and we can both honestly say that a wedding planner was the best investment throughout our entire wedding planning process, and Brielle was the BEST choice. Brielle asked questions about everything to make sure she had the best understanding of our vision for the day, and then she made it happen! Our day ran so smoothly thanks to Brielle's thorough planning and her awesome staff there to make sure we had everything we needed. From the table settings, meal options, decorations, florals, doggy treat bar, pictures, etc....Brielle made our day absolutely perfect and we could not be more grateful!

When I got engaged, my mom and I contemplated whether we wanted to get a wedding planner or try to handle it ourselves, and we can both honestly say that a wedding planner was the best investment throughout our entire wedding planning process, and Brielle was the BEST choice. Brielle asked questions about everything to make sure she had the best understanding of our vision for the day, and then she made it happen! Our day ran so smoothly thanks to Brielle's thorough planning and her awesome staff there to make sure we had everything we needed. From the table settings, meal options, decorations, florals, doggy treat bar, pictures, etc....Brielle made our day absolutely perfect and we could not be more grateful!

  I cannot possibly say enough positive words for Brielle. She was a total lifesaver at our wedding. WHATEVER we needed, or any questions we had, Brielle was there to solve the problem and help us feel calm the entire wedding process. Not only did Brielle help us with "Month of" things, but she helped us the entire wedding process answer questions and help with guest lists. If you are in the least bit wondering, "Do I need to hire a planner?" YOU DO. Brielle and her team were so fun, polite, and professional and did whatever they needed to do to help our wedding run smoothly. They set up all the decorations we brought, they were in constant contact with vendors, they even put blankets on the chairs for guests for our chilly ceremony.   Oh my gosh where do I even start with Brielle?! Hands down, hiring Brielle as our day-of coordinator was the BEST decision we could have made for our wedding!!! As an extremely type-A, OCD control freak, I knew we needed to hire Brielle the first time I met with her. Throughout our entire first meeting all I felt was a sense of total calm while talking to her and listening to her planning stories and experiences. After hiring Brielle, she was extremely involved throughout our process. Any question I had I could ask her, and receive an answer within a day. She became a “friendor” to us and we loved talking to her! She had incredible recommendations about everything wedding-related, and great advice for any question we could think of. We had several meetings with her and always had so much fun! Brielle handled all of our logistics on the wedding day and put together perfect timelines that each vendor was able to follow. When I say that literally not one thing happened on our day that was unplanned for, I mean it. Brielle was an absolute rockstar, and our family and friends still cannot stop talking about how amazing and on her game she was!!!   there isn’t a character limit large enough to stop me from writing how fantastic and amazing it was to work with Brielle and her team. My husband and I live in New York and got married in DC. We had no idea how much work was needed to make our wedding day as seamless as it was. Brielle was on phone calls with us, emailing our vendors, reading our contracts, coordinating loading times with vendors/pick up times, and a long list of other behind the scenes items that don’t cross your mind immediately when planning a wedding. I could not be happier that we chose Brielle- she is spunky, fun, full of energy, always smiling, and genuinely loves the hospitality industry. She gives more than 100% and delivers beyond what is expected. We had a semi Orthodox Jewish wedding with several traditional elements that she went above and beyond on to take the time and learn the meaning behind the details. This certainly wasn’t required of her but she knew it would help ensure the best day possible. We are so thankful we found her and we can honestly say that the wedding of our dreams would not have been nearly as spectacular without her. She and her team came prepared with everything possible from bandaids to water to tide to go pens. I can not recommend her enough!!!!

  Made Our Wedding Day Near Perfection

  My wedding day would have been 100% perfect if the weather had cooperated and stayed a nice Spring day it was supposed to be. But that was pretty much the only thing out of Brielle's control.
  She did such an excellent job to make sure we had a wonderful day, and we absolutely did! We truly enjoyed ourselves and were happy to know Brielle and her team were handling things.
  I knew when we phone interviewed her that she was the one! I knew she was gonna deliver for us and after talking to her I told my now husband I didn't want anyone else to coordinate our wedding!
  Brielle is professional, super insightful, gives great recommendations/advise; she’s totally on it! She has a great personality and bring on a high level of experience, which makes it easy (at least for me) to trust her and to trust that she wants the best for us.
  Any a day-of coordinator has limited planning support within their contracts, but I think Brielle’s services are a huge for those bride who need a little extra help. I had no bridal party and no support from family as most are out of towners; so her services were super helpful to me. As I felt a little shaky with some issues that came along during the late planning process, she really helped me feel more confident with my bride-self and the decisions I was making. She helped me see that as the bride, things are done how I visualize them and how I want them on my big day!
  She'll let you know the real deal quickly to avoid making mistakes that will make you go over budget (if you ask). In turn, her honesty really helps keeps those "bridezilla" requests in check! (I don't think I was one of those brides, so says every bride out there! HA!) If you have a limited budget, she really cares to help you stay within that budget; however, if you can go spend a little more, she will let you know what items are worth splurging vs. what you should consider skimping based on your needs.
  My advise is you hire someone who is experienced in the wedding world, who is honest and trusts their own abilities and lets you know what they can and cannot do for you (rather than having a "yes" person coordinate your wedding and then find out too late they can't deliver.) For me and my husband, Brielle delivered big! Thank you so much for everything, you made our wedding day a dream come true!

  To say that Brielle and her team exceeded our expectations as our Day of Coordinator is an understatement. Brielle was there for me from day one (leading up to our April 2019 wedding), asking all the right questions to not only meet me where I was at with my vision- but helped me get everything to the next level. She went above and beyond the call of duty consistently in the months that led up to our special day in addition to providing me vendor support and amazing planning tools. Both my husband and I are artist/designers and I have a lot of experience planning events (ladies & gents- you CANNOT do this alone!). I held every decision pretty close and was seriously afraid of letting go at first. I very soon understood that Brielle’s talent was so far beyond my own and felt a HUGE weight lifted off me knowing that she would make sure everything was as perfect as it could be. I really feel like she put her whole heart into creating our vision and supporting every other vendor to do their very best. She was always 200% present and had amazing energy always. Whenever Brielle was involved, I could just breathe calmly and confidently knowing I was in good hands. I was already impressed, and then met her day of staff Sara and Hunter who were equally amazing. Our wedding was a tight ship, which allowed everyone involved and in attendance to have the most amazing time. I got (and still am receiving) so many compliments about them from our bridal parties, vendors, and wedding guests.   Amazing Planner Turned Friend

  Brielle and her team (Sydney, Lauren, and Riley) were the best! We felt so fortunate to plan our wedding with her over 11 months. She provided amazing vendor recommendations, answered all of our questions (many of them which were asked more than once due to nerves), and delivered the most amazing wedding! We feel like we stole something because Brielle was so wonderful and so affordable! We loved her so much when we met her that we wanted to work with her even though she told us up front that her own brother was getting married the same weekend and she wouldn’t be able to be with us the day of the wedding. Regardless, she was with us every step of the way and we always felt like the center of her universe! We ended up only being sad that she wasn’t there because she’s become a friend through it all and we wanted to celebrate, but she sent an amazing team and everything went off perfectly. I wish we could get married every weekend to get a chance to work with Brielle and our vendor team all of the time, but if you’re getting married, you shouldn’t even hesitate to hire Brielle!

  Brielle is incredible. We hired her about a month before our wedding after having a freakout that the last minute and day-of details would be too much to handle on our town. We were totally right! But Brielle jumped in immediately and took care of things that we didn't even know needed to be done. My husband and I instantly loved her personality and work style and could tell that she was worthy of our confidence to make sure that our wedding was executed seamlessly. Having her working with us eliminated 95% of our wedding stress (that last 5% wasn't going anywhere, no matter what). We can never thank her enough for being so thoughtful, responsive, and organized and for everything she did to make sure that our wedding was absolutely perfect.
