We truly could NOT have pulled our wedding off without Brielle and her team! Our very first intro call lasted almost two hours because of how thorough Brielle was and how excited she was to share her knowledge and help us conceptualize how we wanted our day to be.
Over the course of 10 months, our monthly calls and many, many emails helped us stay on track. Brielle connected us with 90% of our vendors, helped us navigate changing COVID-19 protocols, created a stunning design board, and created the all around perfect wedding we dreamed of. She went above and beyond at every turn and we remarked through the whole process how incredible was and how lost we would be without her. Highly recommend! -

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brielle, owner of Brielle Davis events, for our wedding in September 2021. Brielle exceeded my expectations and nailed our event. Brielle was able to bring our vision to fruition, which was no easy feat considering our original plans were interrupted by the pandemic. Despite us having to reschedule multiple times, Brielle was able to work with us and our vendors to make sure we had the wedding we always wanted.
Apart from the visual aspects of the wedding, Brielle's interpersonal skills are top notch. She is so professional and works hard to build relationships with your vendors, and she also was able to work well with my husband and me despite our different personalities. Brielle also made our families at ease on the day-of and helped us all really enjoy our special day.
I don't have enough positive things to say about Brielle. I'd hire her a million times over again. -

I dont know how I would have gotten through my wedding or wedding planning without Brielle. I am very type A and I was really looking for someone who could be me on the day of my wedding. We hired Brielle as a month of coordinator but she went leaps and bounds above that! We ended up postponing our wedding (twice) due to the pandemic and Brielle was right beside us while we made the decision. She offered us unbiased opinions and advice as we made the difficult decision. She helped us reach out to all of our vendors, helped me figure out what to say to each of them, helped decode contracts, solve problems, and just be a shoulder to lean on during a really difficult time for us - and mind you, this was well beyond a “month” from our wedding by this point.
As we finally approached our day, she took over all of the details, and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress heading into the wedding day. Brielle had everything under control. She masterfully put together my vision in how I wanted all of the decor set up and our venue to look, and everything was an absolute dream come true. She had two assistants day of who were so attentive to both the bridal party and any guests. It felt like we had extra friends while we were preparing for the ceremony. The day went SO smoothly, and if there were any problems, I wasn’t aware of them, and neither were any of my guests. It’s been two months and my mom is still raving about Brielle. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for help during this time! -

I don't usually get a chance to do this, but I am happy to leave a review in this case! As a wedding DJ who likes to be in control of everything, often (most) of the time it is difficult to work with a wedding planner. That was most definitely not the case for my most recent wedding with Brielle.
Not often do you work with someone who works so cohesively with all of the vendors present, as opposed to just "bossing" their way through the day. Brielle was timely, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. As a vendor, I HIGHLY recommend Brielle Davis Events if you are in the market for a wedding planner that will make both you, as well as all of your vendors, happy! -

I cannot possibly say enough positive words for Brielle. She was a total lifesaver at our wedding. WHATEVER we needed, or any questions we had, Brielle was there to solve the problem and help us feel calm the entire wedding process. Not only did Brielle help us with "Month of" things, but she helped us the entire wedding process answer questions and help with guest lists. If you are in the least bit wondering, "Do I need to hire a planner?" YOU DO. Brielle and her team were so fun, polite, and professional and did whatever they needed to do to help our wedding run smoothly. They set up all the decorations we brought, they were in constant contact with vendors, they even put blankets on the chairs for guests for our chilly ceremony. To top it off, Brielle even got out her sewing kit to butle my dress when a button popped off. Brielle made us feel comfortable and relaxed and helped make our vision come to life. -

there isn’t a character limit large enough to stop me from writing how fantastic and amazing it was to work with Brielle and her team. My husband and I live in New York and got married in DC. We had no idea how much work was needed to make our wedding day as seamless as it was. Brielle was on phone calls with us, emailing our vendors, reading our contracts, coordinating loading times with vendors/pick up times, and a long list of other behind the scenes items that don’t cross your mind immediately when planning a wedding. I could not be happier that we chose Brielle- she is spunky, fun, full of energy, always smiling, and genuinely loves the hospitality industry. She gives more than 100% and delivers beyond what is expected. We had a semi Orthodox Jewish wedding with several traditional elements that she went above and beyond on to take the time and learn the meaning behind the details. This certainly wasn’t required of her but she knew it would help ensure the best day possible. We are so thankful we found her and we can honestly say that the wedding of our dreams would not have been nearly as spectacular without her. She and her team came prepared with everything possible from bandaids to water to tide to go pens. I can not recommend her enough!!!! -

My wedding day would have been 100% perfect if the weather had cooperated and stayed a nice Spring day it was supposed to be. But that was pretty much the only thing out of Brielle's control.
She did such an excellent job to make sure we had a wonderful day, and we absolutely did! We truly enjoyed ourselves and were happy to know Brielle and her team were handling things.
I knew when we phone interviewed her that she was the one! I knew she was gonna deliver for us and after talking to her I told my now husband I didn't want anyone else to coordinate our wedding!
Brielle is professional, super insightful, gives great recommendations/advise; she’s totally on it! She has a great personality and bring on a high level of experience, which makes it easy (at least for me) to trust her and to trust that she wants the best for us.
Any a day-of coordinator has limited planning support within their contracts, but I think Brielle’s services are a huge for those bride who need a little extra help. I had no bridal party and no support from family as most are out of towners; so her services were super helpful to me. As I felt a little shaky with some issues that came along during the late planning process, she really helped me feel more confident with my bride-self and the decisions I was making. She helped me see that as the bride, things are done how I visualize them and how I want them on my big day!
She'll let you know the real deal quickly to avoid making mistakes that will make you go over budget (if you ask). In turn, her honesty really helps keeps those "bridezilla" requests in check! (I don't think I was one of those brides, so says every bride out there! HA!) If you have a limited budget, she really cares to help you stay within that budget; however, if you can go spend a little more, she will let you know what items are worth splurging vs. what you should consider skimping based on your needs.
My advise is you hire someone who is experienced in the wedding world, who is honest and trusts their own abilities and lets you know what they can and cannot do for you (rather than having a "yes" person coordinate your wedding and then find out too late they can't deliver.) For me and my husband, Brielle delivered big! Thank you so much for everything, you made our wedding day a dream come true!
BTW - her team are the sweetest people I’ve met! They were so friendly and helpful. I wish them the very best!!! -

To say that Brielle and her team exceeded our expectations as our Day of Coordinator is an understatement. Brielle was there for me from day one (leading up to our April 2019 wedding), asking all the right questions to not only meet me where I was at with my vision- but helped me get everything to the next level. She went above and beyond the call of duty consistently in the months that led up to our special day in addition to providing me vendor support and amazing planning tools. Both my husband and I are artist/designers and I have a lot of experience planning events (ladies & gents- you CANNOT do this alone!). I held every decision pretty close and was seriously afraid of letting go at first. I very soon understood that Brielle’s talent was so far beyond my own and felt a HUGE weight lifted off me knowing that she would make sure everything was as perfect as it could be. I really feel like she put her whole heart into creating our vision and supporting every other vendor to do their very best. She was always 200% present and had amazing energy always. Whenever Brielle was involved, I could just breathe calmly and confidently knowing I was in good hands. I was already impressed, and then met her day of staff Sara and Hunter who were equally amazing. Our wedding was a tight ship, which allowed everyone involved and in attendance to have the most amazing time. I got (and still am receiving) so many compliments about them from our bridal parties, vendors, and wedding guests. They were always a few steps ahead (literally, appearing like magic sometimes), anticipating needs and ensuring that everyone was cared for and that we had a great time. I really miss working with Brielle- she is seriously the best. So please, just do yourself a favor and stop looking- just hire Brielle Davis Events and enjoy every second of your perfect wedding. It will be the best money you spend on your wedding. Thank you Brielle and team for making our day beyond our wildest dreams! -

I do not even want to imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without Brielle! When I got engaged, my mom and I contemplated whether we wanted to get a wedding planner or try to handle it ourselves, and we can both honestly say that a wedding planner was the best investment throughout our entire wedding planning process, and Brielle was the BEST choice. Brielle asked questions about everything to make sure she had the best understanding of our vision for the day, and then she made it happen! Our day ran so smoothly thanks to Brielle's thorough planning and her awesome staff there to make sure we had everything we needed. From the table settings, meal options, decorations, florals, doggy treat bar, pictures, etc....Brielle made our day absolutely perfect and we could not be more grateful! -

Brielle and her team (Sydney, Lauren, and Riley) were the best! We felt so fortunate to plan our wedding with her over 11 months. She provided amazing vendor recommendations, answered all of our questions (many of them which were asked more than once due to nerves), and delivered the most amazing wedding! We feel like we stole something because Brielle was so wonderful and so affordable! We loved her so much when we met her that we wanted to work with her even though she told us up front that her own brother was getting married the same weekend and she wouldn’t be able to be with us the day of the wedding. Regardless, she was with us every step of the way and we always felt like the center of her universe! We ended up only being sad that she wasn’t there because she’s become a friend through it all and we wanted to celebrate, but she sent an amazing team and everything went off perfectly. I wish we could get married every weekend to get a chance to work with Brielle and our vendor team all of the time, but if you’re getting married, you shouldn’t even hesitate to hire Brielle! -

Brielle was AMAZING throughout the entire process - seriously one of the best decisions we made! One of the first questions she asked us was how we imagined our wedding day, we both answered with "fun and relaxed" and she did everything to make that happen! Thanks to Brielle we look back at the day and remember no stress or headaches, only the good times! Plus she hooked us up with an amazing calligrapher and really helped us bring our vision to life. Brielle Davis was the glue that held our wedding day together. The day of our wedding went smoothly and was so perfect thanks to her and her assistant. We hired her for day of coordination, but her help was far more extensive than just one day. Her communication, resources, and organization helped us stay on track for planning. Brielle cares so much about making the wedding go the way her clients want them to go and her professionalism is unbridled. Hiring her was the best decision I made when wedding planning! -

To say that Brielle was the most important decision we made for our wedding would be an understatement. She doesn't know how or when to put in less than 200% effort and everything she touched was perfect. No task was too big or too small. Her connections to quality, reliable vendors was spot-on and her advice (sometimes in response to emails and texts sent at odd hours!) about anything from timeline to small decor details and everything in between was beyond helpful. She took our vision and made it a reality, seemingly effortlessly! From our rehearsal the day before to her helping us pack our getaway car the night of... I never doubted that she had everything handled with the utmost care. THANK YOU Brielle for giving us a fairytale wedding :) -
Joanne Sent on 06/20/2018I started this journey thinking I don't need a wedding planner. I'm type A and I love planning events. At the start of my planning process, I was convinced that I could do everything by myself and needed neither help nor influence along the way. It's incredible how misguided I was. Seeing how other friends fared in their planner-less weddings made me realize there is no way I can have a wedding where I keep my sanity not only leading up to the wedding, but on wedding day without a planner.
Brielle Davis is phenomenal - as a planner, confidante, designer, and to my happiest surprise, friend. Brielle guided me through the wedding process very early on. She knows what works, has the connections, experience, and is crafty with her budgeting solutions. I couldn't have asked for more in a wedding planner. She is incredible with spreadsheets and has a program she uses to keep all of your wedding needs in one easy place brides can easily access. That tool saved my sanity so many times in such stressful planning moments. Everyone who came in contact with her, commented on how on point she was, from my parents, friends, maids, in-laws. It was fantastic hearing the affirmation in our wedding planner choice!
My wedding truly was perfect from beginning to end. People say something always goes wrong on wedding day, well not with Brielle. She ran a tight ship with her staff. The wedding was individualistic, romantic. elegant, fun, and, most important, me. She captured my vision and knew how to execute it! I highly recommend her to plan your wedding because Brielle just excels at this!
I am so thankful to have had Brielle guide me along the way. I was so fortunate and lucky to have her by my side with planning our wedding. I wish I could be more eloquent because Brielle really exceeded expectations and there isn't enough I could say to capture that feeling. She is phenomenal and worth every penny (and more)! -

She is an incredible person to be around, extremely organized, and a patient planning partner (at times even acting almost like a therapist/counselor!). She and her assistant were so on top of things on the wedding day that I likely still don't know of things that may have gone awry (although I did hear of a few days after the wedding, so I know they happened). I did partial planning with Brielle, and throughout the year as things came together she was there every step of the way. No detail was too small or large, and she stepped up in ways that we couldn't have imagined. At the end of the day, I knew that I could trust her to make decisions on my behalf, and she did so wonderfully. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or seamless day, and it was in no small part due to Brielle and Josh's hard work. I don't wish for another wedding so that I can work with Brielle (happy with the one I got!), but I do wish that my friends will hire her so we can share another wedding together! -

Sarah Sent on 07/30/2017We are so happy we hired Brielle to coordinate our big day. Though we hired her as a day-of coordinator, she did so much more. She initially met with us in person about 11 months before our wedding and we clicked with her right away. From day one she was organized and detail-oriented. She checked in with us every couple months through email to make sure we were on track with planning and offer suggestions when we got stuck in certain areas. She helped us source some of our other vendors and recommended ones who would fit within our budget and overall wedding vibe. In the days leading up to the wedding, she contacted vendors to confirm last-minute details, and she directed our rehearsal to make sure our wedding party and family members knew exactly where they needed to be and when.
On our wedding day, Brielle (and her assistant, Sydney) did so much to ensure that everything went smoothly—coordinating vendor arrivals, setting up decor, managing the timetable, and taking care of so many little things so that we could enjoy our day and not have to worry about anything. For example: providing first aid, gluing wrist corsages, bringing us food, keeping track of my bouquet every time I left it somewhere, gathering people for photos, gently keeping guests' behavior in check, cleaning and packing up at the end of the evening—Brielle was prepared for anything and she handled all situations with tact and professionalism. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out, and we know Brielle had a lot to do with that! She's the best!
