Where do I even start!! Choose Bridge Creek!! We had our wedding at Senate Garage on October 25th with Bridge Creek. I have Celiac disease so can't eat any gluten and they were able to create a completely gluten free menu including all of the passed apps, cocktail hour stations, courses, and desserts!! Guests were SHOCKED to find out that everything was gluten free. Some favorite dishes were the mini lobster tacos, chicken & waffles, fresh pulled mozarella station, and the raw seafood station! The food is still being talked about by our guests two weeks post wedding and how amazing everything was. It seemed everyone was satisfied.
Samantha and Jessica were amazing to work with! From initially booking with Bridge Creek, very quick response times, our food sampling day, and everything in between, we are so happy we chose to work with them. Throughout the planning process, they always made sure to respond and answer every single question I had. I could feel that they genuinely cared about the quality of everything and how our wedding would turn out. They created the most beautiful layout from our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour to our reception indoors. I felt totally stress-free knowing Samantha would be there on the day leading the charge to make sure everything looked perfect and was in place.

Bridge Creek was incredible to work with for our wedding in Kingston. We planned our wedding ourselves and they were very responsive and detailed during the planning process which put our minds at ease. The food was also very good, with the Hors d'oeuvres deserving a special shout out, incredible. Everything went so smoothly for our wedding and the staff were great to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Hire this caterer!!! The team at Bridgecreek made our wedding complete. Our family-style meal was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. The portions were large enough for everyone. The canapés were scrumptious and they even accomplished our dream of a poke station. This talented, creative team is eager to work with couples on their vision and delivering a memorable meal.

We had a great feeling about Jessica and her team from the beginning, and our feeling was confirmed. At the tasting she asked the right questions, offered alternatives, and we worked out a plan together. Our reception was Halal, which might have raised issues with some caterers, but not Bridge Creek. Her responsiveness to emails and a visit to our home to insure helped iron out any of the fine details necessary for a top notch reception. One thing that marks a great caterer is its staff, who performed their responsibilities very professionally. They showed up on time and went right to work in a very efficient manner. We did not feel rushed or chaotic... everything was done. Additionally, clean- up was also done extremely well. The equipment suppliers noted how well it was done. We would definitely use Bridge Creek again.

When my wife and I decided on a venue in the Hudson Valley, our next step was to find a caterer. Our venue had a suggested caterer, but they were severely over priced, and very difficult to work with. That’s when Bridge Creek Catering came in. From the very first email, to our wedding day, our experience with Bridge Creek was nothing short of amazing! They were extremely helpful and responsive via email, and assisted us in planning every detail of our wedding day! Their food is absolutely amazing, with tons of options to choose from. On top of that, Bridge Creek took care of all the coordination with the rental companies, and guided us through every major decision. When it came to the day of our wedding, everything was perfect and exactly as my wife and I imagined. Samantha, the event coordinator at Bridge Creek Catering, was our day-of coordinator, and our special day couldn’t have gone as perfect as it did without her! She was absolutely amazing and made sure every single detail of our wedding went as planned! On top of that, all of Bridge Creek’s staff were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the entire wedding. Overall, my wife and I would highly recommend Bridge Creek Catering to anyone looking for an amazing and professional catering experience! Where to even begin with Jessica and Bridge Creek Catering?! From our very first email inquiry to over 80 emails through one year of wedding planning to finally having our big day, everyone with this group was nothing but fantastic. Catering and service is such a staple to a wedding day and was one of the vendors I was most nervous about booking. My husband and I were looking for someone who would work with us and meet us at our ideas and needs for budget, experience, and food/plating type.

Jessica was our main contact and planner at BCC and she was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic from our first exchange. She was unlike the other cold and very to the point package offers. She immediately offered to chat over the phone about not only BCC’s usual role and offerings for weddings but also ways she could brainstorm a plan for our wedding day that was in line with exactly what we imagined. Throughout our year plus of working together she was very consistent and prompt with her communication, always very professional, and extremely helpful with a list of things longer than I can even write. In an endless exchange of emails she was always there to solve problems, answer questions big or small, and take on tasks and organization without even asking. I was blown away by her very clearly organized and ironed out preparation and execution of wedding planning. For example, Jessica offered sample wedding day timelines, finalized menus, and complete venue blueprints (with multiple rearrangements and touch ups) for me to work with often before I had even thought to tackle these myself. As an overly organized bride this made me so happy and made my planning of décor, schedules, and seating charts infinitely easier. She approached all of these items with nothing but excitement and always with ensuring I was able to get exactly (or as close to as possible) what I wanted and needed. Our wedding was held at Senate Garage, where BCC is a regular vendor and I was so grateful for this given Jessica’s familiarity and experience with the venue and her already established relationship with our venue coordinators. I have no doubt that Jessica and her team do fabulous work at all places but I was grateful for this cherry on top combo. Another added bonus to BCC is their fun and up to date Instagram account by Samantha. I loved following the events that they hosted leading up to our wedding and of course adore the reel that they created of our own wedding day. This is a small but noticeable detail to brides, showing that BCC is proud of displaying their work and truly present and invested in their client’s events and the big role that they play in them.

We asked a LOT of Jessica and her team in terms of décor, tablescapes, and dinner timing. They happily took on the responsibility for our place settings, tablescapes, and venue décor with the additional help from our venue DOC’s and PERFECTLY completed our vision. They seamlessly executed rather quick course turnarounds in order to get through speeches and get to dancing as I hoped for and still later had dessert prepared and displayed (with an even better donut display than I had imagined, all without asking!) in time before our photographer left. Jessica and her team did this happily and gracefully.

Our guests all raved about the passed appetizers at cocktail hour and there was plenty to go around, with the staff doing an excellent job of making rounds to all of the guests. We were so happy with our decision for a duet plating of chicken and salmon for dinner and were impressed by the quality, taste, and portioning of dinner. I told Jessica that I have never attended a wedding that I didn’t leave hungry from until ours.

An overall incredible group to work with, outstanding service, a beautiful execution of the best day of our lives, all while offering tasty food to experience it with. BCC was a huge piece of our wedding day and we could never thank them enough for all of their hard work in everything they gave us on this day!

I've been a DJ in the industry for over 35 years, the last 12 running my own Wedding DJ business in the Hudson Valley. I've seen my share of caterers over the years and I can say that, without question, Bridge Creek is in the top of the pack. Amazing food and amazing communication which for a DJ is crucial to running a smooth event.

Bridge Creek is the BEST there is. TJ, the head chef, is so incredible. He is a genius, outrageously talented, and an overall joy to interact with because he is so kind & genuine. We were obsessed with our food, and all of our guests were too! People have been raving about how delicious everything was. You seriously cannot go wrong with Bridge Creek; just know you'll be getting high quality, insanely yummy food that will 1000% impress everyone. And they had a TON of options to choose from. Truly elite!!!! Now onto Jessica, the staff and our experience / their service. My god, I could cry thinking about working with Jessica over the years. She is such an amazing human; we instantly felt so safe and taken care of as soon as we started working with Jessica and her team. Jessica is so fun & sweet, organized, thorough, proactive, supportive, all the things. We couldn't have done anything without Jessica. Bridge Creek made our wedding PERFECT. It was such a joy working with Jessica leading up to the wedding; I cannot say enough how helpful she is. And the day-of was seamless, beautiful, perfection. The staff was amazing. All around just an impeccable catering company!!! We owe Jessica, TJ and the team EVERYTHING for making our wedding soooooo top-tier!!!!!

From the moment we had our private tasting, we knew Bridge Creek was special. We met the head chef, consulted on what we loved, and collaborated on our menu in real-time to personalize exactly for what we wanted for our wedding. Every single person we worked with at Bridge Creek was professional and personable. Our guests raved about the bartenders and servers - commenting on how attentive and friendly everyone was. And of course, ALL of the food the desserts were out of this world. 10/10 - Bridge Creek is the best!

Jamie, Jessica, and the entire team at Bridge Creek were absolutely fantastic!! I am SO thrilled that we decided to work with them. Every step of the process was easy and also fun! AND the food was FANTASTIC! So many friends came up to us throughout the night commenting on their meals, salad, even to make sure we knew how delicious the bread was! (Which then reminded us to make sure we sat down to eat). The team also sent us home with an amazing box of leftovers of our dinner options and dessert. Food was a huge priority to us and we were so thrilled to find a company that not only had amazing food but also offered such amazing support and detailed planning. From our first proposal, they provided us with extremely detailed information. They took care of setting up all the rentals with the rental company (events unlimited) and provided us with a great seating chart, timeline, and more. On top of having all of this detail, they were extremely communicative, flexible, and kind. Anytime I had big questions they were more than willing to jump on the phone to chat through everything with me. They were especially helpful the week leading up to the wedding as our weather outlook was not great and they were calling for rain on the day of the wedding. We were so close to being in the clear for our ceremony and cocktail hour, but had a downpour right before the wedding began - and the entire team worked so quickly to move everything under the tent and still make it feel AWESOME! I also wanted to note how great the tasting and then cake-tasting experience was. My husband was unable to join me so my man of honor and I drove up to Bridge Creek for the tasting and it was a really lovely experience. They also made an iconic dessert from my hometown (Gooey Butter Cake from St. Louis) and were so open to adjustments to make sure it tasted like home! We opted for a small ceremonial cake as we were doing a large dessert table so did not place too much pressure on the cake element. Well - the cake was DELICIOUS! When we went to pick up our 3 samples, they were not only delicious but so beautiful. I could go on and on about how wonderful Bridge Creek was. So I want to comment on one last element. The Staff. The staff was kind, attentive, and worked diligently to make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more!
