HVC Ceremonies is an incredible wedding event team to work with on your big day! We not only worked with Jeanne, the owner, but her assistant, Chrissy, as well as her bartenders and nanny! I could not go anywhere on my wedding day without a guest telling me how amazing the bartenders were; they received endless compliments and were so accomodating to our guests - very sweet & fun as well! They were slinging drinks and getting down on the dance floor; so awesome to see! The nanny was wonderful as well; very trustworthy and kept in contact with my sister the entire time. We had never left our son with a non-family member before - he is only 3-months-old - but it was a great first time experience! She even picked him up from the venue since we were running late. Jeanne would not hire somebody she wouldn’t trust with her own kids!!!

Jeanne & Chrissy set-up our wedding so beautifully and ensured everything was done perfectly! Always listen to Jeanne; she is a BASILICA HUDSON expert and knows the venue in & out. She has a whole list of rentals as well - highly recommend the greenery package & swing. The guests LOVED the swing!

We got married on our property on 9/14/24 and hired Hudson Valley Ceremonies,and worked with Sandra. We can not say enough great things about Sandra! From the very beginning she was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions about everything related to the wedding with the added complexity of hosting it on our property. She helped us narrow down vendors, worked out our vision and flawlessly execute our wedding. Besides always being available to us before the wedding, her and Mary did an amazing job the day of. We really couldn’t have done it without her. Thanks again!

We were married at City Winery Hudson Valley on 9/30/23 and are thrilled we decided to work with Hudson Valley Ceremonies for our big day! Sandra O'Connell was wonderful to work with - from the very beginning she helped me narrow down which vendors to work with - all of whom were incredible industry professionals - and she was always there for any question I needed clarity on. On our actual wedding day her and her assistant Mary were on site from the early morning through to the end of our reception - and the day could not have gone smoother. It was so comforting to have them coordinating with our vendors and the venue throughout the day - there wasn't one question I needed to answer because they were so on top of it - so I truly got to focus on the excitement of the day instead of the logistics. There were a couple items that were brought to my attention throughout the night, and Sandra was always right there to swoop in and help correct. Also the little very important things like gathering all of our cards and personal items before the night was over and bringing back to the bridal suite - I never would have had the capacity to do it all.
