Experience
Before becoming an Interfaith minister, Reverend Olivieri was a Wall Street broker and successful business owner. However, it all changed for him after the tragedy of 9/11. Rev. Olivieri worked at the World Trade Center and lived in the same neighborhood. This earth-shattering event changed his perspective, and guided him towards a spiritual path. Now he practices as both a minister and practitioner of Unity Principles and faith.

Reverend Olivieri has studied and is familiar with traditions and spiritual practices of many faiths. He welcomes all religions, interfaith and secular traditions in wedding ceremonies, and is happy to learn about your individual faiths and desires for the big day. Louis took so much time to get to know us, meeting with us multiple times and creating a ceremony that was deeply personal and meaningful. He didn’t just ask us questions and put together a standard ceremony... he listened to our story, learned what mattered most to us, and helped bring our faiths together for the ceremony.
Throughout the wedding planning process, Louis was always there with support, encouragement, and guidance. He checked in with us, helped us navigate stressful moments, and made us feel like we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared.
Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful and exceeded every expectation we had. We only ran into the issue of asking for a no phones ceremony and that being a little confused. In the end, we are glad we have the pictures, but make sure you are clear with your expectations!
