Rev. Louis and his team provided the best services for our wedding we could’ve asked for. From planning to execution, everything went very smoothly. He created and officiated a ceremony that captured the love my (now) husband and I have in our relationship perfectly.

We are not local to the Hudson Valley area, so though we did not meet in person until the wedding day, Rev. Louis was able to get to know us very well during our over-the-phone meetings and understand what we wanted for our ceremony. Our goal was to find an officiant who could create a ceremony that merged our religious and non-religious backgrounds, while highlighting the personal aspects of our relationship. The ceremony he created for us perfectly captured those ideas; he structured the ceremony such that between the religious elements, he could include personal anecdotes and inject a little humor at the right moments, which made our ceremony feel perfectly fit to us as a couple.

He had a pre-determined structure in the process of creating the ceremony, which was really comforting as we felt like looking for a non-traditional ceremony/officiant left a lot up to us to figure out. He recommended a variety of different elements to include in the ceremony throughout the planning stage of the process, some of which we ended up including that we never would’ve thought of otherwise, and became some of the most memorable, heartfelt parts of the ceremony.

He also informed us on the day-of that he was dealing with a health issue, but he was well enough to show up for our big day with a smile on his face and a fellow officiant on hand in case he was unable to officiate for us. This was above and beyond what we expected; his commitment and organization to ensure a back-up plan was in place was a very reassuring certainty on a day full of variables and potential for things to go wrong.

He performed the ceremony so well; he had lots of positive energy and liveliness in his voice when speaking about the two of us that was very sincere. Many of our wedding guests came up to both Rev. Louis and us to share how beautiful they thought the ceremony was. He was very helpful too when it came to the various cues for us to walk to a certain spot or respond at the right time. He gave little nods and whispers to us, which was very reassuring to us both, being so nervous in the moment. I felt as though even if the worst case scenario happened and my mind went completely blank, he could navigate the situation without anyone noticing things weren’t going to plan (thankfully that did not happen, but the feeling of security in the chance it could’ve was very valuable).

I could not recommend someone more highly than Rev. Louis to another couple as their wedding officiant. His dedication and ability to connect everything one could want together to create a beautifully meaningful and personal ceremony was beyond my expectations, and made our wedding ceremony unforgettable.

Reverend Louis officiated my wedding ceremony on 8/8/25 and my husband and I are so thrilled with how amazing Rev Louis was! We spoke on numerous occasions prior to our wedding to discuss how we wanted the ceremony to be - he got to know us in order to personalize our ceremony to us! He made our ceremony sentimental with a flare of light humor to hit on all the sweet emotions! He was absolutely fantastic and would recommend him 10/10!

Reverend Louis was the easiest choice we made through the whole process. He has the best personality and is very knowledgeable and helped us through it all. We loved having him as part of our ceremony and our guests couldn't agree more.

Rev Lou was an absolute joy to work with in preparation for our special day! His pricing is very straightforward and fair - and super accommodating and customizable to whatever you may need to have the ceremony of your dreams. Not only that, but he is super personable and caring and made us and our family all feel super comfortable before and during the ceremony. He shared insights from his experience which helped us navigate stresses in the planning process -- none caused by him or his team, but by external factors - read family ;). He was great at rolling with changes and was flexible, but helped keep the ceremony on track for what we wanted as a couple. He is thoughtful and kind, and he truly was our rock throughout the ceremony. We cannot thank you enough, Rev. Lou! If we could give you a million stars we would!

Rev Louis was great to work with! He's incredibly personable, knowledgeable and flexible. He really put us at ease when we were stressed about the ceremony and made the whole experience seamless. I would recommend him to everyone I know and can't imagine our wedding without him.

Reverend Louis and Hudson Valley Wedding Officiants were absolutely incredible! They officiated our outdoor Halloween wedding, and even with the chilly winds, Reverend Louis brought so much heart to the ceremony. He was professional, calming, and truly took the time to understand our story, which made the ceremony feel deeply personal and meaningful. We’re so grateful for his flexibility, kindness, and dedication. Highly recommend!

My husband & I got married this past October and we loved working with Rev. Louis. He was funny & easy to work with. We added a blessing of the rings with a personalized ceremony, and it was worth every penny. My guests loved how he included our fur baby in the ceremony. I would recommend working with him and added the special touches.

Rev. Louis Zeppone was a delight to work with. He was very down-to-earth and funny. We loved our conversations with him during the planning process. There was never a dull moment. The day before the ceremony, he gave a clear rundown to everyone. During the ceremony, our guest loved him. Many came up to us and asked where we found him because he was just amazing. People started crying, and once he spoke, he lightened the mood and made the ceremony memorable. People loved hearing him speak, and so did we. Trust me, you won't regret hiring him!

Reverand Lou was fantatstic. Very easy to work with since day 1. Gave us a ton of options to tailor our ceremony exactly how we wanted it. Did a great job during the ceremony too. Added some unexpected humor that everyone ate up while still keeping it serious and religous.

A lot of people commented on how good he was and our parents were very happy we were able to get a reverand to officiate a wedding outside of the church.
