Where do I start, from my initial meet with Reverend Lou before the pandemic I knew he was my officiant. From our initial meeting he was kind, professional and just a good hearted soul. He took the time to learn who we were as a couple. He Wanted to learn about our family and customs. He created a custom ceremony symbolic of who were. Pandemic hit! Our wedding had to be rescheduled….I coordinated my reschedule around his availability. Reverend Lou was amazing throughout the process. His office super professional and buttoned up. When we met right up to the ceremony he was more than I could have wished for. He was on time and the ceremony til this day is the highlight of our wedding. Everyone of our guests raved about the ceremony content, his delivery, his amazing robe, and his demeanor. He is the greatest officiant you will ever meet. For an amazing ceremony reverend Lou is the real deal. Did i mention we love him! Amazing human being. His office and staff were extremely responsive, professional and checked in with us frequently. Every ceremony he creates is unique.
I’ve been to weddings after mine and the officiants cannot compare to him. Polished, poised, professional, creative, articulate, empathetic, humble, funny as heck and most of all amazing at his craft.

Reverend Louis officiated my wedding ceremony on 8/8/25 and my husband and I are so thrilled with how amazing Rev Louis was! We spoke on numerous occasions prior to our wedding to discuss how we wanted the ceremony to be - he got to know us in order to personalize our ceremony to us! Rev Lou was an absolute joy to work with in preparation for our special day! His pricing is very straightforward and fair - and super accommodating and customizable to whatever you may need to have the ceremony of your dreams. Not only that, but he is super personable and caring and made us and our family all feel super comfortable before and during the ceremony. He shared insights from his experience which helped us navigate stresses in the planning process -- none caused by him or his team, but by external factors - read family ;). He was great at rolling with changes and was flexible, but helped keep the ceremony on track for what we wanted as a couple. He is thoughtful and kind, and he truly was our rock throughout the ceremony. We cannot thank you enough, Rev. Lou! If we could give you a million stars we would!

Amazing Reverend!
Rev. Louis Zeppone was a delight to work with. He was very down-to-earth and funny. We loved our conversations with him during the planning process. There was never a dull moment. The day before the ceremony, he gave a clear rundown to everyone. During the ceremony, our guest loved him. Many came up to us and asked where we found him because he was just amazing. Reverand Lou was fantatstic. Very easy to work with since day 1. Gave us a ton of options to tailor our ceremony exactly how we wanted it. Did a great job during the ceremony too. Added some unexpected humor that everyone ate up while still keeping it serious and religous.
A lot of people commented on how good he was and our parents were very happy we were able to get a reverand to officiate a wedding outside of the church.

Reverend Louis married us in November and made our ceremony truly unforgettable. From our first phone conversation through our initial in-person meeting, he was warm, funny, and incredibly genuine. The best officiant in the Hudson Valley
Rev Louie was the best officiant we could’ve asked for! When my husband and I decided to have wedding ceremony on site at our venue, we were unsure how it would be possible to incorporate religion being that we both grew up Catholic. Rev Louie laid out all of our options with incorporating religion into our vows all while keeping the ceremony light hearted and fun. He had our guests interested and engaged. We had guests come up to us afterwards saying he was perfectly well spoken and also entertaining.
Prior to the wedding he and his team were very responsive, flexible, and accomodating. Although we only worked together for a few months, Rev Louie felt like an old friend. Super easy to talk to and made us comfortable. We were both nervous for the ceremony portion of our wedding so he sat with us and our bridal party beforehand and went over everything until we felt confident. He also may have whispered some ques to us when we froze up, LOL. I couldn’t recommend him more!

He walked us through the whole process from beginning to end in great detail and left no stones unturned, answering all our questions and putting us at ease. Incredible Ceremony—Would Recommend to Anyone!
Reverend Louis did a truly incredible job officiating our ceremony. From the beginning, he was clear and communicative and we knew that we wanted him to officiate. Rev Lou went over each individual segment of the ceremony with us so that we could decide which elements were most important and tailor it to fit our family. He did a wonderful job incorporating elements of our story so that it really felt like “us”. As a couple with family members from different religious backgrounds, we appreciated the flexibility of being able to incorporate the traditions that were most important to us without it feeling overwhelming the non-religious guests. Rev Lou was prepared and professional, and made sure that everyone knew their part by running a rehearsal in the space beforehand. It was such a special day and we had several guests come up to us to tell us how much their enjoyed the ceremony and how friendly and personable Rev Lou was to them. I chose Rev Louis after he officiated my siblings ceremony in 2020. I knew he was the right choose for my now husband and I for our 2024 wedding. Rev Louis is caring, kind, and perfectly curated a special ceremony for us that made our guests laugh, cry, and smile. Rev. Louis was absolutely tremendous throughout our entire wedding process. He was extremely kind and easy to reach in the months leading up to the wedding and was excellent in his preparation and delivery. Throughout the planning process we had multiple meetings with Rev. Louis to share our story and custom craft the elements of our ceremony. It was a huge help to work with a team that is so accommodating and Rev. Reverend Louis officiated our wedding in May, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to ensure my wife and I were aligned on our vision for the ceremony. He crafted a personalized ceremony that reflected us perfectly—including a special touch to include our dogs.
Reverend Louis didn't just use the information we provided; he truly listened and got to know us. Amazing and Experienced Officiant
Reverend Louis was a joy to work with. When we think about our time speaking with and planning things out with him, it’s one of many fond memories of our wedding, rather than “working with a vendor”. Rev. Louis brings an incredible wealth of experience and firsthand knowledge to the process, is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, and his clear passion for his work immediately put us at ease. When we were rehearsing, he made sure that it was organized and everyone knew their role during the ceremony, their place to stand or sit, and the flow of the event.
The ceremony itself was everything we asked for and more, knowing exactly what to do when our suggestions or ideas may have been vague, and crafting the perfect moment for us. He was thoughtful and generous with his time and support outside of the ceremony, and we can’t recommend him enough.

My husband and I got married in October 2023. When we first met Reverend Lewis, two years before, via a phone call, we knew from that immediate moment that we were in the best hands for our ceremony. Reverend Lewis has an amazing sense of humor, smart, and is so kind. He took the time to get to know us not only over the phone, but through a detailed questionnaire. We went with the package that included personalization. My biggest concern was that we would have an officant that sounded like they were hired and paid for, and with Reverend Lewis it was as if he knew us for years and years. The entire ceremony was flawless, he had just the right amount of humor, emotion, and power behind all of his words. He listened to us and translated our love story into beautiful ceremony speech. Reverend Lewis’ presence put both of us at ease on our wedding day, so we could focus on us. All of our guests were so impressed with the ceremony, nothing was off about the speech (no “wtf” moments). Everything was simply us. We highly recommend Reverend Lewis to anyone if that wants a personalized ceremony that will be one you’ll never forget.

Wonderful Personalized Ceremony with Rev. Louis
My husband and I were married in July 2023 at the Peak Lodge at Killington and Reverend Louis was our officiant. He made our ceremony so special and personalized it wonderfully. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand what was important to us, listening to how we envisioned our wedding ceremony and offering guidance and recommendations on how to incorporate elements that were important to us. He went above and beyond and delivered a ceremony that was more than we could have hoped for. We felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning and on the day of our wedding, it felt like we had known him for much longer than we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or officiant and we highly recommend Reverend Louis.
I'd also like to mention Rosemary, who provided us with information on the offerings and the overall process and assisted in scheduling calls between us and Rev. Louis. She was very responsive and kind and the process was seamless.

Rev Lou was amazing. From the start of the wedding planning process, until the day of the wedding. Any questions we had, he always had an answer too. He was very flexible with hours and availability to talk. Even when my fiancé wasn’t able to make our phone conference due to work, he was still willing to talk and didn’t have me reschedule. It was special to me to have Rev Lou officiate our wedding specifically because he officiated my brothers a few years prior and did an amazing job! I would recommend him 100x over.

Reverend Louis helped us out in a pickle when our hired officiant was no longer available a few weeks before our wedding. He was so kind, caring and calm. Our veto money was personalized to my husband and I- he included all the feels from pulling on your heartstrings not leaving a dry eye in the crowd to laughter and humor! I literally couldn’t be happier with the services that Rev Louis provided for us. I had an absolute horrible morning and everything went wrong the morning of my wedding. By far my favorite vendor to work with!!! Rev. Louis made our ceremony feel extra special! After booking my Venue and deciding to have the ceremony on-site… I started to regret not having a traditional Catholic ceremony in a church. After finding Hudson Valley Officiants and speaking to Rev. Louis I knew we where in good hands. He was able to add Catholic elements to our ceremony while also making everyone feel included. Reverend Louis is the only officiant we will ever use.
There was one vendor who truly strived to make our Wedding Day as special as it could be, although he felt more like a family friend than a vendor. We were honored that Reverend Louis was able to officiate our wedding. He took the time to get to know us personally so he could create a ceremony that truly spoke to who we were as individuals and as a couple.
Reverend Louis took the time to explain every part of the ceremony with us and with our wedding party. He was courteous, personable, professional, and a downright joy to have standing with us at the altar. He was able to streamline the process for us, making a rather stressful day no stress in terms of the ceremony. He even gave us queues off mic if we needed them.

Reverend Louis is THE BEST
I knew once I saw the amazing reviews of Reverend Louis on Wedding Wire, that he was going to be the perfect fit for us. Not even 10 minutes into our initial meeting in his office did me and my fiancé look at each other and nod in agreement that we wanted him as our officiant! Reverend Louis is so open and welcoming, and is not afraid to add some light hearted jokes into your ceremony (with our permission of course). Our ceremony was so beautiful, I highly recommend the personalized ceremony, so worth it. Reverend Louis from beginning to end made our wedding so special and easy going. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Amazing and unforgettable experience
Reverend Louis made our wedding beyond amazing and special. The personalized ceremony made it feel like the Reverend knew us our whole lives it was very personal and intimate. Our friends and family were all moved and touched by his kind words, wisdom and compassion and also his amazing sense of humor that set us at ease as we were both extremely nervous. Where do I start? First and foremost, I would like to thank Rev. Louis for being a part of our special day. Rev. Louis of Hudson Valley Officiants was AMAZING! He officiated our August wedding at West Hills Country Club and he exceeded all of our expectations. Due to the pandemic, our wedding was postponed and of course that was nerve wreaking. Being so uncertain and not knowing if the rules and regulations were going to change in a day. However, upon meeting Rev. Louis, some of those nerves were put to rest! He was such a breathe of fresh air and ray of sunshine! My fiancé and I met with him about 3 weeks before our wedding and had about a 2 hour in person meeting. We didn’t even realize how long the meeting was because the conversation was so authentic. His overall personality was great but it was his sense of humor that revealed we made the right choice. He was extremely detailed and explained the process of the ceremony clearly. We left with no questions and the biggest smiles on our faces.
Fast forward to August, Rev. Louis arrived on time to the venue and had a brief review of the ceremony with us and our bridal party. He officiated our wedding beautifully, just as we discussed and expected. He worked extremely well with the other vendors as well. Our guests raved about the ceremony and really enjoyed it. They said it was short, sweet, but included everything it needed.
We are extremely grateful and satisfied of the service we received and would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Rev. Lou was awesome!! He officiated over my wedding earlier this year and I could not have asked for a better officiant. Rev. Lou spent a lot of time getting to know us as a couple and put together an absolutely beautiful ceremony. If you are looking for an officiant in the Hudson Valley than look no further than Reverend Louis! He is the best! Rev. Louis was very accommodating and easy to work with when it came to rescheduling our wedding in November of 2020. In the weeks leading up to our wedding in October 2021, Rev. Louis was very responsive to our email questions and even spent time with us on the phone going over every detail our wedding. We wanted to be able to write our own vows, have some religious aspects for our parents, and have a fun and lighthearted ceremony. Rev. Louis did it all! On the day of our wedding he arrived in a timely fashion and went over everything one more time before the start of the ceremony! Our ceremony was everything we wanted it to be – we laughed, cried and we got married! It was perfect. We definitely recommend Rev. Louis!

Wonderful Ceremony
HV Officiants was with us every step of the way with planning our wedding! They were very responsive to emails and video chats. The Zoom calls while planning our ceremony were so important to us being that we lived out of state. I never had a worry while planning our wedding. Rev Jun was wonderful. I rarely write reviews these days, but I felt that Rev Louis from Hudson Valley Officiants did a FABULOUS job officiating my wedding ceremony this past September. Rev Louis was so patient in explaining the process and answering all of my (many) questions. Every interaction I had with him was so positive and put me at ease that everything would go smoothly. He took the time to speak with us several times on the phone to iron out the details and tone that we wanted. When the day finally arrived, the ceremony was light-hearted, yet really meaningful and sweet. 5 Stars!

Best Ceremony Ever!
My family was very against us not getting married in a church. Despite their concerns we chose the option best for us and went with Hudson Valley Officiants. It was the best decision ever. The ceremony was extremely personalized and on top of it our family absolutely loved it. We received multiple compliments on the beautiful ceremony. My grandmother even mentioned: "I was really worried that you were not going to get married in a church but that was the best ceremony I've ever attended. It was beautiful."

The Absolute Best
Rev Lou is the absolute best! 5 years ago, he married us and made the ceremony of our dreams. When my husband and I had a baby this past year and was thinking of christening options, our first thought was him. When we called him, he remembered us, our families, and it felt like we just saw him yesterday. He did an amazing job, especially since we are not religious. His COVID protocols made us feel safe. I have no doubt that he can make your day special as well. He will be in our lives with every milestones in our family. I cannot recommend enough!

Rev Aniceto was amazing!
Rev Aniceto was absolutely amazing! From our first meeting we knew he would be the perfect fit to officiate our wedding. He showed up early on our big day, always with a smile and as nervous as we were he took time to have a private meeting in the bridal suite to prep us and make sure every key member of the ceremony felt confident and prepared for our big moment! The ceremony was beautiful, Rev Aniceto was well spoken, clear, heartfelt and made everyone laugh as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant on the happiest day of our lives. We are so happy Rev. Louis officiated our ceremony! Days before my mom passed away this year, I told her that my (now) husband and I were going to elope at Mohonk and she loved the idea. I hadn’t looked into this and knew nothing about making this happen. Fortunately, Rev. Louis did! We wanted someone to get us married quickly, but we didn’t want the ceremony to feel impersonal and bureaucratic. He was perfect. Our two witnesses raved about him as well. He was responsive and helpful during the whole process and the ceremony was beautiful. I recommend him without any hesitation! We feel so lucky he was a part of our day.

Ask & You Shall Receive
We had a non denominational wedding and it was exactly that and more. Every single person at our wedding came up to us and was reving about the wedding. Usually nobody remembers the ceremony, but everyone remembered ours. Our officiant Reverend Louis was serious when he had to be, but we wanted a lightharded ceremony and he was hilarious at the perfect times.
We were originally supposed to have the wedding outside, but due to weather we had to change it, but our officiant was able to pivot with whatever was thrown his way. We truly are extremely happy with how Reverend Louis conducted our ceremony!
♾% you should go with this officiant. Also when you do if you feel like you will be nervous during the ceremony you should ask for a not so serious ceremony. Your guests will love it and you will have a laugh that will easily break up your nerves and get you to relax

Intimate Backyard Ceremony During Covid
Rev. Louis officiated our wedding in August 2020. We ended up having to move our reception date to 2021 due to COVID but still had a small backyard wedding on our original date.
His ceremony was beautiful and we appreciated his lovely and intimate wording. It made our day all the more special and our family loved how he spoke about marriage.

Such an amazing/thoughtful ceremony!
