Joey is an incredible DJ and a charismatic emcee who absolutely knocked it out of the park for our wedding! We’ve received so many compliments from guests about how great he was and how much fun they had on the dance floor.

From start to finish, Joey was the picture of professionalism. He responded to every question quickly and clearly, and it was obvious that he truly listened to us. He understood exactly what music mattered most, and he has a flexible system for must-plays, do-not-plays, and special requests.

He also brings a lot of thoughtful touches—like surprising us with the light sticks we were debating and capturing fantastic behind-the-booth and ceremony videos. His care, talent, and energy made the night unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend Joey more highly!

An ode to DJ Joey G; I booked Joey 12 hours before my wedding. We’d never met or spoken before. The music at my wedding had been my #1 priority — I spent months curating a lengthy ‘do NOT play’ playlist as I work in the industry and have heard 1,000,000 hours of wedding playlists. I needed something different. My original DJ cancelled on me the night before the wedding due to COVID and Joey happened to be DJing at the venue I work at. My boss sprinted over to the wedding he was working to ask if he was available to DJ for me the very next night. By some miracle he was available and agreed to do it!! THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING joey and I maybe spoke for 15min about the necessary details and I nervously sent him my DNP playlist. He accepted the challenge and my god we were blown away. Everyone was on the dance floor and we danced until 3am. Joey extended our set 3 or 4 times it was unbelievable. Look no further for your wedding DJ Joey is the MAN!!!!!!! DJ Joey G was a calming presence and guiding light throughout the whole wedding planning process. We Truly felt like we could reach out to him whenever with any questions or changes. His response time is almost immediate. He played all our must play songs, handed out our props, made our requested announcements, and was just overall able to read the vibe on the dance floor and adapt to keep people up there all night long!

DJ Joey G is the best DJ around. My husband and I knew immediately after our initial meeting that we wanted him to be the DJ for our wedding. So much so, that we got about halfway home and immediately drove back to his office to let him know. Joey brought energy, fun and kept the party going. He was responsive every time we had a question, he made the planning process seamless with his online client portal, and he was extremely organized. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. His package prices are reasonable, and he’s got some great add-ons as well. We utilized his photo booth, and it was a hit with all our guests. We also chose to use what Joey calls “Dancing on the Clouds” during our first dance; it made it so much more beautiful and special. He took care of our ceremony music as well, and everything went perfectly. Joey was phenomenal from start to finish and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for any event! When it came to our actual wedding day, OMG!!!
Absolute perfection! For the ceremony, Joey legitimately cued me to walk at the exact moment in the song I wanted to, he is the best! The reception was EPIC. I’m not lying when I say we danced for 3/4 of the night. This is SO not typical. Usually 50% of the time (or more) is spent seated, but not at our wedding. Joey had everyone, and I mean everyone, up dancing - even my 84 year old great aunt! We ended the night with a 2.5 hour dance set - which is unheard of. Joey kept everyone out of their seat and on the dance floor, because he knew EXACTLY what to play. Thank you for truly the best night ever!!

DJ Joey was a consummate professional and a joy to work with. He was always responsive, meticulous in his planning, and completely understanding in all of our requests. It never felt like he was trying to push add-ons or anything on us. He made it clear that the day was about us - there was no self-promotion and he never went off script with the playlist.

Joey brought high quality equipment and did a great job in MCing when needed and doing announcements to guests. He set up the audio for the ceremony (music and microphone for the pastor). The wedding entrances and first dances went smoothly and he blended the songs well. The planning process was quick and efficient (2 meetings via zoom, a few texts, and a website with an online tool for song selection as well as a form for information he'd need to run the show).

The pricing was fantastic, especially with the photobooth and attendant addition. He even offered a teacher discount which I was truly grateful for. I could not recommend Jade Entertainment more and am so happy with how great the elegance during the day and party atmosphere for the night turned out!

DJ Joey is the guy you need for your next event. Joey brings the energy, positive personality and just a great/ fun person to be around. He always plays the best music. I am a wedding videographer and anytime Joey is the DJ, the dance floor is packed. I highly recommend DJ Joey to handle your musical needs at a party!

If I could leave Joey more stars, I would. Music was one of the most important things to us when planning our wedding because it either makes or breaks the reception. The music was BY FAR the best part of our wedding. Joey knew that we wanted everyone to be on the dance floor for the entire night and they were! He read the crowd and played music that had people out of their seats the whole time. Our guests kept saying they didn’t take their phones out the entire night because they were too busy dancing, which is exactly what we wanted. Leading up to our wedding, Joey was attentive and answered all of our questions. I am already trying to think of other events that we may need a DJ for so that we can work with Joey again. Thanks so much Joey for making our wedding AMAZING!!! We had so much fun!!

To say Joey was the best DJ we could have hired is an understatement. We first heard about Jade DJ Entertainment a few years ago after Joey was the DJ for my husband's sister's wedding. He kept everyone up and dancing the whole night! I always said to my husband that we have to hire Joey for when we get married and he didn't disappoint!
