Where do I even start!! Choose Bridge Creek!! We had our wedding at Senate Garage on October 25th with Bridge Creek. I have Celiac disease so can't eat any gluten and they were able to create a completely gluten free menu including all of the passed apps, cocktail hour stations, courses, and desserts!! Guests were SHOCKED to find out that everything was gluten free. Some favorite dishes were the mini lobster tacos, chicken & waffles, fresh pulled mozarella station, and the raw seafood station! The food is still being talked about by our guests two weeks post wedding and how amazing everything was. It seemed everyone was satisfied.
Samantha and Jessica were amazing to work with! From initially booking with Bridge Creek, very quick response times, our food sampling day, and everything in between, we are so happy we chose to work with them. Throughout the planning process, they always made sure to respond and answer every single question I had. I could feel that they genuinely cared about the quality of everything and how our wedding would turn out. They created the most beautiful layout from our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour to our reception indoors. I felt totally stress-free knowing Samantha would be there on the day leading the charge to make sure everything looked perfect and was in place.
I super highly recommend choosing Bridge Creek, you don't even need to look else where! Thank you so much Bridge Creek for creating our dream wedding!! We will always be grateful for you guys!! -

Bridge Creek was incredible to work with for our wedding in Kingston. We planned our wedding ourselves and they were very responsive and detailed during the planning process which put our minds at ease. The food was also very good, with the Hors d'oeuvres deserving a special shout out, incredible. Everything went so smoothly for our wedding and the staff were great to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Hire this caterer!!! The team at Bridgecreek made our wedding complete. Our family-style meal was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. The portions were large enough for everyone. The canapés were scrumptious and they even accomplished our dream of a poke station. This talented, creative team is eager to work with couples on their vision and delivering a memorable meal. -

We had a great feeling about Jessica and her team from the beginning, and our feeling was confirmed. At the tasting she asked the right questions, offered alternatives, and we worked out a plan together. Our reception was Halal, which might have raised issues with some caterers, but not Bridge Creek. Her responsiveness to emails and a visit to our home to insure helped iron out any of the fine details necessary for a top notch reception. One thing that marks a great caterer is its staff, who performed their responsibilities very professionally. They showed up on time and went right to work in a very efficient manner. We did not feel rushed or chaotic... everything was done. Additionally, clean- up was also done extremely well. The equipment suppliers noted how well it was done. We would definitely use Bridge Creek again. -

Where to even begin with Jessica and Bridge Creek Catering?! From our very first email inquiry to over 80 emails through one year of wedding planning to finally having our big day, everyone with this group was nothing but fantastic. Catering and service is such a staple to a wedding day and was one of the vendors I was most nervous about booking. My husband and I were looking for someone who would work with us and meet us at our ideas and needs for budget, experience, and food/plating type.
Jessica was our main contact and planner at BCC and she was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic from our first exchange. She was unlike the other cold and very to the point package offers. She immediately offered to chat over the phone about not only BCC’s usual role and offerings for weddings but also ways she could brainstorm a plan for our wedding day that was in line with exactly what we imagined. Throughout our year plus of working together she was very consistent and prompt with her communication, always very professional, and extremely helpful with a list of things longer than I can even write. In an endless exchange of emails she was always there to solve problems, answer questions big or small, and take on tasks and organization without even asking. I was blown away by her very clearly organized and ironed out preparation and execution of wedding planning. For example, Jessica offered sample wedding day timelines, finalized menus, and complete venue blueprints (with multiple rearrangements and touch ups) for me to work with often before I had even thought to tackle these myself. As an overly organized bride this made me so happy and made my planning of décor, schedules, and seating charts infinitely easier. She approached all of these items with nothing but excitement and always with ensuring I was able to get exactly (or as close to as possible) what I wanted and needed. Our wedding was held at Senate Garage, where BCC is a regular vendor and I was so grateful for this given Jessica’s familiarity and experience with the venue and her already established relationship with our venue coordinators. I have no doubt that Jessica and her team do fabulous work at all places but I was grateful for this cherry on top combo. Another added bonus to BCC is their fun and up to date Instagram account by Samantha. I loved following the events that they hosted leading up to our wedding and of course adore the reel that they created of our own wedding day. This is a small but noticeable detail to brides, showing that BCC is proud of displaying their work and truly present and invested in their client’s events and the big role that they play in them.
We asked a LOT of Jessica and her team in terms of décor, tablescapes, and dinner timing. They happily took on the responsibility for our place settings, tablescapes, and venue décor with the additional help from our venue DOC’s and PERFECTLY completed our vision. They seamlessly executed rather quick course turnarounds in order to get through speeches and get to dancing as I hoped for and still later had dessert prepared and displayed (with an even better donut display than I had imagined, all without asking!) in time before our photographer left. Jessica and her team did this happily and gracefully.
Our guests all raved about the passed appetizers at cocktail hour and there was plenty to go around, with the staff doing an excellent job of making rounds to all of the guests. We were so happy with our decision for a duet plating of chicken and salmon for dinner and were impressed by the quality, taste, and portioning of dinner. I told Jessica that I have never attended a wedding that I didn’t leave hungry from until ours.
An overall incredible group to work with, outstanding service, a beautiful execution of the best day of our lives, all while offering tasty food to experience it with. BCC was a huge piece of our wedding day and we could never thank them enough for all of their hard work in everything they gave us on this day! -

Bridge Creek is the BEST there is. TJ, the head chef, is so incredible. He is a genius, outrageously talented, and an overall joy to interact with because he is so kind & genuine. We were obsessed with our food, and all of our guests were too! People have been raving about how delicious everything was. You seriously cannot go wrong with Bridge Creek; just know you'll be getting high quality, insanely yummy food that will 1000% impress everyone. And they had a TON of options to choose from. Truly elite!!!! Now onto Jessica, the staff and our experience / their service. My god, I could cry thinking about working with Jessica over the years. She is such an amazing human; we instantly felt so safe and taken care of as soon as we started working with Jessica and her team. Jessica is so fun & sweet, organized, thorough, proactive, supportive, all the things. We couldn't have done anything without Jessica. Bridge Creek made our wedding PERFECT. It was such a joy working with Jessica leading up to the wedding; I cannot say enough how helpful she is. And the day-of was seamless, beautiful, perfection. The staff was amazing. All around just an impeccable catering company!!! We owe Jessica, TJ and the team EVERYTHING for making our wedding soooooo top-tier!!!!! -

From the moment we had our private tasting, we knew Bridge Creek was special. We met the head chef, consulted on what we loved, and collaborated on our menu in real-time to personalize exactly for what we wanted for our wedding. Every single person we worked with at Bridge Creek was professional and personable. Our guests raved about the bartenders and servers - commenting on how attentive and friendly everyone was. And of course, ALL of the food the desserts were out of this world. 10/10 - Bridge Creek is the best! -

Jamie, Jessica, and the entire team at Bridge Creek were absolutely fantastic!! I am SO thrilled that we decided to work with them. Every step of the process was easy and also fun! AND the food was FANTASTIC! So many friends came up to us throughout the night commenting on their meals, salad, even to make sure we knew how delicious the bread was! (Which then reminded us to make sure we sat down to eat). The team also sent us home with an amazing box of leftovers of our dinner options and dessert. Food was a huge priority to us and we were so thrilled to find a company that not only had amazing food but also offered such amazing support and detailed planning. From our first proposal, they provided us with extremely detailed information. They took care of setting up all the rentals with the rental company (events unlimited) and provided us with a great seating chart, timeline, and more. On top of having all of this detail, they were extremely communicative, flexible, and kind. Anytime I had big questions they were more than willing to jump on the phone to chat through everything with me. They were especially helpful the week leading up to the wedding as our weather outlook was not great and they were calling for rain on the day of the wedding. We were so close to being in the clear for our ceremony and cocktail hour, but had a downpour right before the wedding began - and the entire team worked so quickly to move everything under the tent and still make it feel AWESOME! I also wanted to note how great the tasting and then cake-tasting experience was. My husband was unable to join me so my man of honor and I drove up to Bridge Creek for the tasting and it was a really lovely experience. They also made an iconic dessert from my hometown (Gooey Butter Cake from St. Louis) and were so open to adjustments to make sure it tasted like home! We opted for a small ceremonial cake as we were doing a large dessert table so did not place too much pressure on the cake element. Well - the cake was DELICIOUS! When we went to pick up our 3 samples, they were not only delicious but so beautiful. I could go on and on about how wonderful Bridge Creek was. So I want to comment on one last element. The Staff. The staff was kind, attentive, and worked diligently to make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more! Don’t hesitate to reach out to Bridge Creek if you will be getting married in the Hudson Valley area!

BCC was just incredible to work with from the very beginning. They are 100% reliable, just a dream to work with, which is SO important as catering is one of the most important aspects of your day. You want it to go smoothly and BCC does just that.
Jessica, the COO, is truly the best. We went back-and-forth via email sporadically over the course of a year. She is insanely organized, answers every question thoroughly and thinks of the little details that may not be top of mind. When we completely dropped the ball on our tasting, she organized a special time for us to come in even during their busy season. Aside from being incredibly kind, the chefs and staff have insane knowledge of cuisine and can help guide your decisions.
The day of- everything was absolutely perfect. BCC arrived early to set up our space beautifully. They were able to execute our rain plan no problem. The food, decor and service were 10/10. The food is that of high quality dining. We got so many compliments from our guests, even weeks later about how incredible the food and service was.
Choosing BCC was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Would recommend them 1000X over!

Having Bridge Creek cater our wedding at Senate Garage was the easiest decision we made for wedding planning. Jamie, Jessica and the Chef were so easy to work with. They made planning the wedding so easy. On the day of, the waitstaff was incredible--reaching out to my husband and I to make sure we were eating, letting me know of any issues and discrepancies and just overall extremely nice. And of course, the food was incredible. The chef worked with us during our tasting to make sure we had the right cut of meat and also provided great alternative suggestions. We half expected wedding food to be what it is but got so many compliments about the quality of the food. We couldn't be happier. -

Bridge Creek was the perfect caterer for our fall wedding! They were recommended to us by our venue as a caterer who would combine alcohol, food and rentals for ease of booking one vendor instead of three. Bridge Creek did an intro call and created a perfect fall menu based on our tastes and the atmosphere we wanted to create. They easily accommodated our postponement from October 2020 to October 2022! They also had several special touches on the day of the wedding including an appetizer platter just for us and bringing us our signature cocktails right after the ceremony so we had a moment just as a couple. They worked seamlessly with our caterer and venue to create the perfect day. Would definitely use Bridge Creek again! -

We hired Bridge Creek Catering for our May 2022 wedding and we do not regret it! When we first booked our venue, Senate Garage, in Kingston NY, at the time, the exclusive caterer that Senate Garage worked with was Bridge Creek Catering (you can now book others), but I am so glad we worked with BCC. Jessica, the VP at BCC, was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and respectful of my budget, and every bride’s dream - a fanatic for details. Jessica was a dream to work with and made me feel at ease, helped with decisions, and planned an incredible tasting for my family and the day was perfect. When the pandemic hit, she didn’t miss a beat and helped me move our wedding an entire year, and guarantee the rentals and food (at no additional cost).
I love that Bridge Creek Catering dealt with all of my rentals. This can be a daunting task, but Jessica made it so easy. She even saved me money by providing materials they owned and alerted me that our venue had some tables and chairs we could use.
We had a blast at the tasting with our parents and everything we tried was better than the last. We decided to not do a cake, and instead did petite desserts - which was a huge hit for people grabbing a bite when they needed a break from the dance floor. Jessica recommended that immediately after the ceremony, my groom and I should come inside away from the crowd to have 10 minutes to ourselves - to breathe, drink some water, relax, and have our own small platter of each of our hors d'oeuvres - and boy, was that a great suggestion! Probably one of my favorite moments of the day.
Our wedding dinner - we had steak and chicken options - was better than any wedding meal I’d had. Sometimes wedding meals can be boring, bland, dry, etc. but ours was juicy, flavorful, and HOT, and everyone commented how great the food was. The bar was even better and the bartenders were mixing up mean cocktails and martinis for our guests. Bridge Creek Catering made our wedding feel so elevated and we wouldn’t have changed a thing! I cannot rave enough about Jessica and Bridge Creek Catering. From start to finish, we felt incredibly well taken care of for our wedding. From the tasting, to picking out our cake and our menu -- we felt like every step of the way we were incredibly accommodated. We loved every part of our experience with Bridge Creek. We got married at Senate Garage, and they work exclusively with Bridge Creek, which couldn’t have worked out better for us. Jessica, their coordinator for Senate Garage weddings, is so incredibly helpful, patient, and - most importantly for type A brides like myself, planning from across the country - super responsive. She helped us plan out pretty much every aspect of the day, from food (obviously), to every rental (furniture, dinnerware, and linens) we needed and how many of each, to the floorplan and timeline. She gave great suggestions and was responsive to our requests, even when I changed my mind about napkin colors and water glasses several times over. And the food - oh, the food. Everything we ate was better than the last. Our guests raved about everything, from the hot cider welcome station, to the tuna tataki and mini chicken and waffle apps, to the salmon and sides, and the s’mores dessert station. Their bar selection is excellent, and they were happy to put together not one but two specialty cocktails for us. The wait staff was great, but the best part about working with Bridge Creek was that they helped us set up the decor in the room. We had a ton of stuff to lay out, and gave very ambiguous directions about what to do with it all. Our head server Dee and captain Matt somehow managed to get inside my head and made sure that the room and all the tables looked exactly - EXACTLY - like I’d envisioned. They were so kind and attentive to us throughout; they had a plate of apps cocktails waiting for us right after the ceremony, they had drinks waiting for us at our table during dinner, and when Dee asked what entree we wanted and I said “oh, you can just do one of each” - they actually gave us each both salmon and steak. How amazing is that?! Our only regret is that we didn’t get to eat as much of their food as we could. Hire Bridge Creek. You won’t be disappointed! -

Jessica and Bridge Creek Catering were the absolute best! We got married at the Senate Garage which has a catering agreement with Bridge Creek. From the very beginning Jessica was so helpful and experienced in handling the food, bar, rentals, and our endless emails and requests. Jessica worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and was so accommodating when we changed our minds multiple times! She is super responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with and just made everything so much more enjoyable. All of our guests loved the food, the overall experience and the service provided was unbeatable. We can’t thank Jessica and all the staff at Bridge Creek enough for making our wedding day exactly how we hoped!!

My husband and I loved working with Bridge Creek. Jamie was so communicative and transparent about everything from the beginning to end. She made us feel like we were taken care of and that we didn't have to worry about a thing. She also went out of her way to find us a Donut Wall for our desserts. It made my donut dreams come true. We are really going to miss!!! So many people at our wedding and days later told us how much they loved the food. I wanted to add some Filipino Flair to our menu and Bridge Creek did it perfectly. My family was so happy. Everything was presented to beautifully and even more so delicious. Hire Bridge Creek if you want to make wedding planning easy on yourself. They really go above and beyond. Loved working with Bridge Creek for our wedding celebration! Jamie was our coordinator and was so awesome to work with. She was super helpful (and very responsive!) throughout the planning process and made sure things were perfectly executed on the day! We asked for a family style dinner and gave some feedback about the flavors we wanted. Bridge Creek recommended a menu that knocked our socks off for the tasting and had every guest gushing at the wedding! We did all of our own desserts and Bridge Creek has no problem collaborating with the friends and family who were providing cake, chocolates and cheese. They left the venue super clean, which had my contacts there gushing about how much of a pleasure it was to work with them! Thank you, Bridge Creek! If your looking for a caterer for your wedding look no further!!! Had the most amazing experience from start to finish. For a while we were looking for a caterer who was responsive and fit our needs. They did that and more! Jamie was amazing, I remember talking to her about our menu and what we wanted and within and hour or two she sent me the perfect menu. Any questions might or day she was there. Flexibility was not a concern for her. For the tasting our schedule was very limited but Without question she made it work and always followed through. She made this experience amazing and her team went above and beyond with making our day magical! I thank you guys so much for that! Definitely would refer to anyone getting married in the future. -

Bridge Creek catered my wedding at the Senate Garage on August 24, 2019. They are the exclusive caterer for the Senate Garage and I can see why. Throughout the wedding planning process I worked with Jessica on rentals, food and drink. Jessica was beyond amazing and made everything so easy. She offered insight on different options as she has done countless weddings at the Senate Garage. On my wedding day the staff was over the top awesome. They made my family feel so special and paid extra attention to them. The food was also out of this world! I got to pick and choose what I wanted for meal/ appetizer options. Bang Bang Shrimp was not on their menu but the Chef created his own version which was so delicious. At the tasting we found out he had been working all week to perfect the recipe. I have absolutely no complaints about Bridge Creek. They exceeded any expectations we had. -

Amazing Service Made Our Wedding Perfect!
My husband and I had the BEST time working with Bridgecreek Catering. I cannot express how helpful, supportive, and patient Jessica was with us! She was always available for all the questions we had about the food or the rentals and was so flexible. We changed our minds a lot and she was always open to our changes. Wedding planning was so easy with Jessica who always had recommendations that suited our budget and style. Our wedding went so perfectly and smoothly thanks to Jessica and the Bridgecreek Catering staff! Everyone was so kind to our guests, and the food was delicious and loved by everyone! Jamie was phenomenal! She thought of every last detail therefore removing a lot of stress from the wedding planning process. She was always quick to return emails and phone calls and set aside a lot of time to meet with us. The day of the wedding, they coordinated schedules with the DJ, the wedding planner, the groundskeeper, and us which allowed us the freedom to actually enjoy our special day. Our cake was a strawberry shortcake and they even made us our own personal heart shaped shortcake to take home. Everyone raved about the quality of the food, even that the prime rib was the best they ever had!

Jean Sent on 06/21/2018We honestly could not have asked for a better catering company. My fiance and I are both foodies, so we went to great lengths to find the perfect food for our wedding. We probably put more time and energy into our caterer search than all our other vendors combined, and hunted down menus, contracts, and tastings from over 20 different companies in the Hudson Valley. Because of our extensive research, we can say with confidence that Bridge Creek is the best combination of quality, service, and value that we could find.
From day one, Bridge Creek set itself apart by being complete transparent about service options and pricing. There was no run-around with hidden fees or service charges. They were honest and straight-forward, and put everything on paper upfront. We knew exactly who and what we were dealing with the whole time. Everything was practical, realistic, and fair.
Once we started planning our menu, we found where Bridge Creek really shined: their food is PHENOMENAL. It is not only incredibly fresh and upscale, but our chef had no problem personalizing our dishes. Every request we made was honored, no matter how specific. We had some pretty tall orders, including a Chinese-inspired cocktail hour, a rustic summer BBQ for the reception, a full champagne service for 150 guests during our ceremony, a surprise birthday cake, and detailed rental requirements, and they absolutely delivered. Jamie, who we worked with for over a year, was extremely responsive and organized. She kept an immaculate file and didn't miss a single detail on our wedding day. Adrianne, our catering captain, was also outstanding. She ran a tight ship with one of the most professional and efficient service teams that I've ever met.
Our guests are still raving about the food and service. Bridge Creek pulled off 150 portions of 15+ complex menu items, buffet-style, outdoors, in the summer, and it tasted like it came out of a 3 star restaurant. A++ work by an incredible caterer.

From the very first day of planning to the last moments of our wedding, we felt listened to, guided, supported, and informed. Every silly question was thoughtfully (and quickly!) answered, every weird request met with a "yep, we can do that!", and every last minute change was accommodated and executed to perfection. The food and cake were absolutely delicious, the servers and staff were top notch professionals, and our planner/coordinator Jessica was more helpful and communicative than we could have ever hoped for. You get so much more than just a caterer with Bridge Creek, you get a caterer, staffing company, bar service, rentals coordinator, cake baker, day-of coordinator, and most importantly: peace of mind !

Elizabeth Sent on 08/21/2017Our experience with BCC was completely amazing. Jamie and Phil were so easy to work with, communicative, kind, flexible, you name it. It was a very easygoing experience working with them, we could change our mind on items, switch up the cocktails, you name it and they were always up for it.
On top of the excellent service, the food was amazing! We hired them for a small buffet dinner for 28 people, and the full wedding reception for 150, and people were raving about the food for both nights. Their staff was great, the food delicious, and all so easy to organize.
Every email conversation (which was the majority) was always super clear and decisive, which is all you want as a bride. You're never left wondering if BCC knows what you mean or what you want. The staff was so helpful in planning the wedding and accommodating to what we wanted and the staff on the day of was so exceptional. They always checked in with us to make sure everything was okay or if we needed something and our guest kept telling us that they were so polite and attentive. All of our guests loved the food especially the dessert. Our wedding cake was beautiful and many guests told us how much they loved it and have never been to a wedding where the cake was absolutely delicious. They organized all the rentals and set up all the small details that I wanted on the tables and around the venue. The captain was so amazing and was always one step ahead of us in anticipating what we needed. AMAZING!!
