Naomi was amazing and was on top of everything that we didn’t have to worry about anything. She helped keep us on track a few months prior to the wedding and that was very helpful! She was very supportive, flexible and a great listener to all our ideas while also giving helpful feedback. She also got back to all our emails/texts/messages promptly. The wedding was everything that we wanted!

We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding or the experience that we had with Naomi as our Planner! We had some unique circumstances during our engagement that were vert unexpected. We suddenly found ourselves trying to execute a family-only elopement rather quickly and we were very overwhelmed by the details and how to even begin. Naomi was a lifesaver. She heard our ideas, listened to what was most important to us and made sure that every detail was cohesive, intentional and thought-out. She worked with us for our family-only, intimate elopement followed by our wedding reception on our 1 year anniversary! Both weddings were exactly what we had envisioned for ourselves and it was perfect in every way. We so wish that we could relive both events over and over again! Naomi was kind, encouraging, supportive and understanding of everything we went through. As our Planner, she had such amazing intention to detail and making sure that the details felt significant and personal to who we are. We couldn't have been more grateful to have worked with her!

Naomi was so patient with us and we really appreciated that! We were a little behind in our planning and so we booked her only 2 months prior but even so, she was incredibly accommodating and patient with us. We had so many last-minute details that we had decided on and it really helped to be able to work with an incredible coordinator. We were so happy with the way our wedding turned out and couldn’t have done it without her!

Naomi from Bowties & Bouquets did an incredible job as the coordinator for our May wedding in Santa Barbara. She checked in throughout our planning process, worked with us through two postponements, and even helped out with some last-minute hiccups the week of the wedding. I felt incredibly stress-free on our wedding day knowing we were in good hands!

Let me just say that Naomi literally saved my wedding planning experience and honestly made my wedding day the classic romantic vision I've always dreamed about within a budget! I decided to get Naomi's partial planning package because we planned to have a Catholic ceremony and then a reception at a different venue. However, if I could do it again with an unlimited budget, I would have had Naomi plan the entire thing because if it wasn't for her, I would have lost my mind from the very beginning. She is patient, offers amazing vendor recommendations, and actually listens to your concerns about everything from linens to big topics like staying within our budget. Did I mention that she also transformed our blank slate reception venue into a proper GORGEOUS space fitting for a wedding??? She executed everything flawlessly and our wedding day went by without even a single hiccup! Working with Naomi was literally the best part of wedding and I highly recommend you to stop reading this review and just hire her already!

I could easily keep this review short and sweet and say that Naomi was a dream to work with (all true by the way) but that wouldn’t do it justice for how above and beyond she went for my husband and I.
To start with, I met Naomi through Instagram as most people do with vendors these days. Personally, I was at the bottom of the barrel with wedding planning. A month in and I was feeling burnt out from trying to do it all myself. Feeling lost, I messaged her in response to a post she had made. Without having any indication of who I was, Naomi was willing to set up a phone conference with me to assist me in any way with no contract for planning services. From there, she was able to introduce me to the idea of a “micro wedding” and in the height of the pandemic, the appeal was there! An immediate family-only celebration without skimping out on our must-haves.
Over the course of a little more than year, Naomi guided us through the process with such grace. She knew our personal craziness trying to navigate teaching students online from home, much less try to figure out how to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Communication was key for us and Naomi didn’t skip out on that. On top of it all, the attention to detail along her input was what stood out the most on our journey. We learned from Naomi that it was quality and conversation that helped us pick the rest of our vendors.
It was in this process of seeking out the rest of our star team that I started to understand the in’s and out’s of this lucrative industry. An industry that was and is slowly recovering from a pandemic.
I slowly started to realize from Naomi’s emails and Instagram postings that you gain so much when you make personal connections with those in this industry and see the work and detail that they put into their passions. This became a driving force in how my husband and I wanted to go about wedding planning.
Our wedding day went so smoothly, and I wish we could relive that special day all over again. Naomi brought our vision to life and executed it so well! These days, I’m on my little soapbox trying to get my newly engaged friends to understand what goes on behind the scenes within a vendor’s business or the purpose of a flat lay shoot. Behind Naomi’s Bowties and Bouquet is the most caring, hardworking, will fight for you to the end, woman who wants the very best for you. While it makes me so sad to be finished with wedding planning, I am so grateful to have stumbled across her Instagram back in 2020 where I found not only THE BEST wedding planner there ever was but a forever friend!
