The BEST wedding planner
I ADORE NAOMI of Bowties and Bouquets! She is one of my most preferred vendors to work with - Naomi truly is an incredible woman who works tirelessly to bring every single event she is entrusted with to life. You don't have to speak with her long to see that she genuinely cares about her clients. She will listen well to her client's needs offering inspiration, advice, and expert-planning with careful attention to every last detail. I have personally seen Naomi go the extra mile for her clients, time and time again because she genuinely cares about them. I've had the privilege of working alongside Naomi many, many times and I will many times again. She always communicates clearly, provides great direction and will always be ready to jump on the phone to chat about the dream and vision of her clients. It's my pleasure to work with someone who produces such a high calibre of work and who will raise the bar for excellence no matter what she touches. Naomi, you're amazing!!! -

Naomi was amazing and was on top of everything that we didn’t have to worry about anything. She helped keep us on track a few months prior to the wedding and that was very helpful! She was very supportive, flexible and a great listener to all our ideas while also giving helpful feedback. She also got back to all our emails/texts/messages promptly. The wedding was everything that we wanted! -

Let me just say that Naomi literally saved my wedding planning experience and honestly made my wedding day the classic romantic vision I've always dreamed about within a budget! I decided to get Naomi's partial planning package because we planned to have a Catholic ceremony and then a reception at a different venue. However, if I could do it again with an unlimited budget, I would have had Naomi plan the entire thing because if it wasn't for her, I would have lost my mind from the very beginning. She is patient, offers amazing vendor recommendations, and actually listens to your concerns about everything from linens to big topics like staying within our budget. Did I mention that she also transformed our blank slate reception venue into a proper GORGEOUS space fitting for a wedding??? She executed everything flawlessly and our wedding day went by without even a single hiccup! Working with Naomi was literally the best part of wedding and I highly recommend you to stop reading this review and just hire her already! -

Our Wedding Experience was PERFECTION
We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding or the experience that we had with Naomi as our Planner! We had some unique circumstances during our engagement that were vert unexpected. We suddenly found ourselves trying to execute a family-only elopement rather quickly and we were very overwhelmed by the details and how to even begin. Naomi was a lifesaver. She heard our ideas, listened to what was most important to us and made sure that every detail was cohesive, intentional and thought-out. She worked with us for our family-only, intimate elopement followed by our wedding reception on our 1 year anniversary! Both weddings were exactly what we had envisioned for ourselves and it was perfect in every way. We so wish that we could relive both events over and over again! Naomi was kind, encouraging, supportive and understanding of everything we went through. As our Planner, she had such amazing intention to detail and making sure that the details felt significant and personal to who we are. I could easily keep this review short and sweet and say that Naomi was a dream to work with (all true by the way) but that wouldn’t do it justice for how above and beyond she went for my husband and I.
To start with, I met Naomi through Instagram as most people do with vendors these days. Personally, I was at the bottom of the barrel with wedding planning. A month in and I was feeling burnt out from trying to do it all myself. Feeling lost, I messaged her in response to a post she had made. Without having any indication of who I was, Naomi was willing to set up a phone conference with me to assist me in any way with no contract for planning services. From there, she was able to introduce me to the idea of a “micro wedding” and in the height of the pandemic, the appeal was there! An immediate family-only celebration without skimping out on our must-haves.
Over the course of a little more than year, Naomi guided us through the process with such grace. She knew our personal craziness trying to navigate teaching students online from home, much less try to figure out how to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Communication was key for us and Naomi didn’t skip out on that. On top of it all, the attention to detail along her input was what stood out the most on our journey. We learned from Naomi that it was quality and conversation that helped us pick the rest of our vendors.
It was in this process of seeking out the rest of our star team that I started to understand the in’s and out’s of this lucrative industry. An industry that was and is slowly recovering from a pandemic.
I slowly started to realize from Naomi’s emails and Instagram postings that you gain so much when you make personal connections with those in this industry and see the work and detail that they put into their passions. This became a driving force in how my husband and I wanted to go about wedding planning.
Our wedding day went so smoothly, and I wish we could relive that special day all over again. Naomi brought our vision to life and executed it so well! These days, I’m on my little soapbox trying to get my newly engaged friends to understand what goes on behind the scenes within a vendor’s business or the purpose of a flat lay shoot. Behind Naomi’s Bowties and Bouquet is the most caring, hardworking, will fight for you to the end, woman who wants the very best for you. While it makes me so sad to be finished with wedding planning, I am so grateful to have stumbled across her Instagram back in 2020 where I found not only THE BEST wedding planner there ever was but a forever friend!Naomi Bennett Design's reply:

Naomi is a PRO!
We highly recommend Naomi and Bowties & Bouquets to help with the planning and execution of a perfect event! Naomi is such a wonderful person to work with and was always pleasant, prepared, and professional. Everything from her communication to her ideas and suggestions were exactly what we wanted in a coordinator! She thought of everything...including things I hadn't considered and was totally calm and collected when dealing with plans changing or issues arising. Throughout the process, we really enjoyed working with Naomi and would definitely recommend her beautiful work! -

I cannot thank Bowties & Bouquets enough for all that they did to make our wedding day go smoothly. We were battling rain (when does it ever rain in Southern California), our venue having 3 weddings in one day (a wedding added within 1 week before our wedding), Coronavirus, guest cancellations plus many items I’m sure we still have no idea about. Naomi offered peace of mind and all communications prior to the wedding. During the wedding she was an absolute rock and even texted me at one point when I was with my family trying to bustle my dress and instantly came down to the restroom to help me out. Naomi and Courtney truly felt like family rather than hired vendors. I always thought I was extremely organized but trust me if you hire Bowties & Bouquets they are worth every penny as my family and I were able to focus on enjoying the day. Naomi is an INCREDIBLE planner. I’ve worked with her several times and I would work with her a million more. Naomi is impressively detailed and thorough. She’s incredibly passionate about her work and it shows with how much care and detail she puts into everything. As another vendor, I can tell you that she takes care of things not everyone thinks about, making everyone’s job easier, and ultimately creating a smoother wedding/event day. She has a beautiful vision and creative eye and I would trust her with my own wedding. She’s supportive and loving and is always there to cheer you on! A true gem!
I've had the pleasure of working with Naomi from Bowties & Bouquets on a number of occasions. She is professional, creative, organized and fun! She is also kind-hearted, and values her clients and their journey.
She is the bff you'd want to take lead on your fairytale wedding day. She is sweet and knowledgeable, instantly making you feel at ease. As a photographer, I appreciate her communication skills and her dedication to creating a once in a lifetime event - she spends the time needed to research and plan for any occasion.
She is known for ethereal, romantic and unique designs and I've seen first hand how she's turned an idea to tangible art. Naomi is truly a gem and anyone/everyone would be very lucky to work with her!!

My husband and I hired Naomi to be our DOC for our wedding on March 7, 2020 and we were very pleased with our experience! She was always very helpful, flexible and professional. We really valued her knowledge and expertise as we planned our wedding. Although she was technically only our day-of-coordinator, she still referred us to some amazing vendors along the way, answered all of my questions months beforehand and she was imperative to the creation of our timeline before the big day. On our wedding day, she truly made our vision come to life, while also keeping our timeline on track (despite us running about 45 minutes late to our first look)! On a personal note, she is very kind and a pleasure to be around. She has a a very calm and positive disposition, which is ideal when planning such a memorable day! Her assistant on the day-of, Courtney, was also very nice and professional. I'd highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a wedding planner!Naomi Bennett Design's reply:
