Owners and co-chefs, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger discovered their love for authentic Mexican cuisine while ironically working in French restaurants during the early 1980s. After taking a trip to Mexico in 1985, where they learned recipes and techniques from home cooks, they came back to the states and opened their very own restaurant.
