Mike Katz was always a good cook, having learned the secrets from his mother’s kitchen. But in 2020, he took it a step further and became a true pitmaster, honing his skills in Austin and Houston. The goal was to learn how to make authentic Texas BBQ and add a California spin to it including incredible vegetarian and vegan dishes that are wood fired.

Really Unique Catering Experience
They did a great job in creating an event that was unlike no other I had been too. Everyone loved the food and loved the cool carts and props that they offered us. It was also affordable.
