About this vendor
Katz Craft BBQ - The Best BBQ Catering for weddings in Calabasas, California! Mike Katz was always a good cook, having learned the secrets from his mother’s kitchen. But in 2020, he took it further and became a true pitmaster, honing his skills in Austin and Houston. The goal was to learn how to make authentic Texas BBQ and add a California spin to it.

Amazing wedding team
We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about it. The team was professional, kind, and incredibly organized, which made the whole day stress-free for us. Everything was served on time and exactly as promised. Really Unique Catering Experience
