The Corner Butcher Shop catered our daughter's wedding on 7/14/18. The food was some of the most delicious food we had ever tasted and the professionalism and courtesy that the staff provided helped make the evening spectacular. Everyone who came was impressed by the taste and the service. Thank you to all of the staff at The Corner Butcher shop for helping make our daughter's wedding an unforgettable evening for all!!!!!

Richelle the catering manager was always the easiest to talk to and get ahold of. We did a tasting ahead of time and fell in love with the business and food. Our wedding was this past Saturday and everything was amazing! Couldn't of asked for more! I highly recommend them.

My daugher knew exactly what she wanted served at her wedding and we initially selected a vendor who runs a fantastic restaurant, but does little event catering. As we got closer to the wedding date and things were not quite settled, I became concerned that our guest list of 200-250 might be too much for this restaurant to handle. I contacted John at Corner Butcher, shared with them our menu, asked for a quote and within a day received a professional, detailed quote. He hooked me up with his wedding coordinator Richelle, and together we worked to get everything perfect. They were accommodating, responsive and awesome to work with. On the day of the event, they were an amazing help. I coordinated the wedding and reception, but on the day of the event had to be at the hotel with my daughter. Richelle stepped in and was an amazing point person. She made sure that everything was PERFECT! Her staff was timely, anticipated anything I or my guests needed, and was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! The appetizer station was plentiful and maintained beautifully. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the brussel sprout salad was to-die-for scrumptious, and the gourmet mac and cheese was a favorite with kids and adults alike. My guests absolutely raved. My only complaint is that there weren't any leftovers to pack up and take home! :)

We asked The Corner Butcher Shop for a bbq buffet for 300 people, including some special requests for big portions and certain specific menu items. Corner Butcher Shop delivered everything we asked for and more. Our guests were well fed and happy, and we received many compliments on the food, especially the smoked brisket (which is amazing! Highly recommend that brisket!!). Richelle was very easy to work with and she helped me to tailor the menu designed around the foods our guests preferred and within our budget. The event staff was very professional and courteous and the day of our event went smoothly. We were very pleased with the service we received from The Corner Butcher Shop and would definitely use their services again.

Richelle and her team exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding. Richelle provided food, wine and beer, donuts (and the most amazing donut display), tables, chairs, linens and staff for my summer, backyard wedding. I found her services online and randomly called to inquire more information, she offered to stop by the location of my wedding (my friends house) to discuss ideas and let me try the food. We walked through all of the details and design ideas that I had and made me feel at ease. Richelle's professional demeanor and creative ideas were one of the reasons I quickly decided to book her services and the food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the Corner Butcher Shop for any event!

This place is the absolute best. My husband and I chose The Corner Butcher Shop as our caterer for our wedding and we have absolutely no regrets, whatsoever. We were originally debating about BBQ food but once we sat down with Richelle, the catering manager, we were sold. The meat samples were so delicious and the tasting platter itself was generous. She was upfront with the costs and helped us navigate a catering buffet plan that worked for us.

I have people who told me during and days after the wedding that the food was the best they ever had at a wedding. There was plenty of food for everyone to have seconds. The bone-in chicken, bacon wrapped sausages, and cornbread with honey butter were the most popular selections among the guests.

I can't recommend the shop enough if you're planning on having BBQ food. The owners and staff members all treated us with friendliness and respect. Thank you for making our wedding a big hit!
