We are Patryk and Amie Lizarraga Puchalski, a husband-and-wife team and the co-founders and owners of our company. Patryk leads the culinary experience as Executive Chef, while Amie oversees hospitality, event coordination, and bar service. Together, we offer a personal approach, working closely with each couple to create a celebration that reflects their taste, story, and vision.

Our cuisine combines European culinary discipline with the freshness and creativity of California. Every menu is designed around your preferences, with carefully selected seasonal ingredients and premium proteins.
