Malibu West Beach Club is an oceanfront wedding venue located in Malibu, California. This property offers unobstructed views of the Pacific coastline and stands between two of the area’s most spectacular beaches, Zuma Beach and Broad Beach. This picturesque location is ideal for couples looking for the quintessential Southern California experience for their big day. For more than 50 years, this venue has provided idyllic vistas of waves and golden sunsets as beautiful backdrops for newlyweds’ celebrations.
Facilities and Capacities
The Malibu West Beach Club has two ample event spaces with room to share the day with up to 250 guests. Ceremonies can take place atop a partially covered 50-foot-wide tiled deck overlooking the ocean. The reception space is outfitted with three crystal chandeliers and Georgette Chiffon draping, creating an elegant yet relaxed seaside ambience. You and your loved ones can soak in all the beauty and enjoy the ocean views with the space’s sophisticated top-to-ceiling glass walls. Before the ceremony, you and your wedding party are welcome to prepare in the get-ready room. The beach club is also happy to accommodate all of your wedding-related celebrations, such as engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners.
Services Offered
The Malibu West Beach Club offers 12-hour space rentals for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The special events team is hands-on throughout the planning process and has a comprehensive list of preferred vendors for couples to refer to. To alleviate stress on the day, the staff will be there to set up and clean up any celebration. The club is wheelchair accessible and has limited parking. The perfect venue for our intimate wedding
There just wasn't anywhere else that had the combination of being right on the beach while still having all of the amenities required to host a sit down dinner without costing tens of thousands of dollars.
Christine was a pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, low fuss and had everything organized on the day. We had no issues at all with the venue.
She even recommended Pierre's Catering which were stand out performers on the night (lots of compliments on the food!).
Overall the venue made our wedding both memorable and pleasurable. Very pleased we had it at Malibu West Beach Club.

Unbelievable Venue for the cost and flexibility
Also, Christine was amazing to work with. We changed our start time repeatedly, and I was always nervous to ask for things, but she was so beyond accommodating. A later wedding meant guests didn't need to find an after party, which was great, since there's not much in the area that is open late.
I'm so thrilled we picked this venue, so I'm completely happy to share this feedback with someone who is making that important decision.

We love doing hair and makeup for wedding guests and brides at the Malibu West Beach Club. Their staff is fantastic, always on point, and the ocean view and scenery are as good as it gets in California. A favorite!
MWBC is not only a stunning venue with amazing ocean and mountain views, but incredibly inviting and clean space that beautifully compliments any wedding. The staff there is helpful and very nice! I highly recommend this venue to brides.
