Bernie's was the biggest hit at our wedding out of all the food, savory + sweet, that we served- and we are big foodies so took careful care in finding the best of the best for the reception dinner. We honestly loved this treat even more our wedding cake. It was just so delightfully refreshing while being simultaneously indulgent + guilt free as it's made from all natural fruit, but oh my god! That torched meringue cloud of goodness with the condensed milk drizzle is to die for! Big bonus to Bernie's for being so easy & stress free to coordinate with- so professional and friendly.

Bernies went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our big day. We had a color scheme we really wanted to stick within and Bernies accommodated and it looked incredible. Our guests brought it up to us a lot in the days that followed and seeing the toasted meringue everywhere in photos on IG was a lot of fun too

I discovered Bernie’s after a trip to Smorgasburg in DTLA with a friend, and after a taste I knew I had to bring my husband to give it a go. We ended up hiring Bernie’s Italian Ice for our wedding and it was truly one of the biggest hits of the night! Our guests absolutely loved it and many went back for seconds (and even thirds). For most of our guests, it was their first time trying it, and they couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. My mom has been begging me to take her to Smorgasburg to have some more! My husband and our guests raved about how the staff was so fun and nice and they really enjoyed how interactive it felt with the blow torch for the meringue. The blow torch finish on the meringue added such a wow factor. From a planning perspective, they were also fantastic to work with. Jon was super receptive via email and he made everything easy (which is a godsend with all the stressful planning). Jon helped us set up a visit at one of their stands so we could sample flavors ahead of time — which made us even more confident in our choice because every single flavor was delicious. Budget wise, you really do get bang for your buck, their packages start at $995 for 100 guests or less and you get to pick 4 flavors. Our guest count ended at 65 so there was plenty for our guests to enjoy. If you’re looking for a unique dessert experience that your guests will remember, Bernie’s is it. We’re so happy we booked them and would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!

Bernie's was such a hit at my bridal shower and a truly special and unique touch to the celebration. The flavors, each one better than the last, were so refreshing, beautifully crafted and never too sweet. And the gorgeous cart was so fun and cute! My favorite is definitely the Pineapple Coconut flavor, but they're all so good! Highly recommend Bernie's for any and all celebrations wanting a truly elevated and special dessert!
