I highly recommend working with Courtney Bollettino (Bollo Hollow Weddings & Events). She was fantastic to work with and made our day so easy. I didn't think we would need a coordinator, but let me tell you, you absolutely do. She was fantastic and did all the heavy lifting for the week before our wedding and day of. I didn't have to worry about one thing. She really made our day seamless. Could not recommend her more.

Courtney was a tremendous help with our wedding! We planned our wedding in about 6 months and Courtney’s coordination and support made it a seamless experience. We really appreciated her very detailed planning spreadsheet and our check-in calls helped keep us on track. During the actual wedding day, Courtney took care of everything. All vendors had already received our master timeline and she provided updates throughout the day when items had arrived (e.g., flowers, cake). She placed our day-of items, like the guestbook and table cards, in the right spots for the ceremony and reception, and the items that we needed to bring back (e.g., guest cards) were placed in the bridal suite. It was a relief to not have to worry about taking inventory of things after a long day. Highly recommend her for your wedding needs!

Hiring Courtney to be our "day-of coordinator" was by far the best decision we made in planning our wedding and it would not have happened without her! She was recommended to us through several trusted friends, and was worth every penny. Even though we had her "day of" package, she was so much more than that, as she was there for us as soon as we hired her and gave us advice for any thing we asked. We had a very non-traditional wedding day/location, and we could not have done it without her. She also helped us find our DJ and gave us immeasurable advice throughout the process. She was organized and made sure she had all the pertinent info to make our special day flawless. (She contacted all our vendors on her own and made sure she was the point of contact instead of the wedding party.) As for the actual day of- she went above and beyond several times. She brought her personal pop up tent to cover our champagne toast set up, and her emergency supplies saved the day with a very nasty bug mishap on the wedding dress. She also helped with our party set up and made sure the evening stayed on schedule. She was calm under pressure, made sure any issues that came up were handled, and we know this day would not have worked without her.

We hired Courtney as our day-of wedding coordinator for our wedding this past Saturday, and she definitely delivered to our expectations. One thing that I really appreciated about her was how responsive she was to communications. It angers me when I email or text someone that I'm doing business with and I don't hear from them for days on end. Courtney was very prompt with her responses, and that helped me to trust that she would also be responsive to my needs at the wedding.

Also, don't let the term Day-Of coordinator fool you. From the day we signed the contract, she was there to answer questions and give advice and feedback on what steps we should be taking with our wedding planning.

When the wedding day came, she was at our disposal for the entire day. She helped decorate the venue, she made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night, made sure the vendors were doing their jobs correctly, and overall acted as a liaison between us, our vendors, and our guests. We didn't have to do anything except enjoy the night!

Courtney was hands down the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. I hired Courtney to be my day of Coordinator and she was so much more than that. In the process she checked in with me to see how everything was going and kept in contact from the moment we met. She’s so easy to work with and it was the best feeling having someone there to make sure I had everything ready to go and in order for the big day! On the big day they always say “expect something to go wrong” but honestly (at least in my eyes) it was a seamless day. If there was anything needed Courtney was there and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I was referred to Courtney by my Officiant Bonnie Cortez (who was also a gem) and I couldn’t have been happier! Thanks again Courtney, you’ll be missed... if only you were a life coach!

I cannot imagine my wedding day without Courtney. She was fantastic; From a few weeks before my wedding, she organized spreadsheets for me to fill in the blank, which allowed her to become familiar with all my wedding vendors, members of my bridal party, items which would need to go to and from the ceremony and reception venue, etc. All of this lead up to a stress free day! The vendors were in touch with her on the wedding day, so I was really able to relax and enjoy getting ready. She knew what to do at all times...if she asked me a question and I was hesitant (I am very indecisive) She was very calm and confident in making decisions for me, and I trusted her all the way. We also were able to avoid running around to collect items from the ceremony venue and reception venue at the end of the night, because she made sure to take care of this. I highly recommend Courtney; As a plus to her professional and confident attitude, she just has a pleasant, wonderful personality. Hiring Courtney as my Day Of Coordinator was the best wedding prep decision I made. I am an organized person, accustomed to going with the flow and planning large events. I had seen Courtney in action at a friend's wedding, though, and knew that I would make hiring her a priority in my wedding budget. Courtney is calm, patient, organized, methodical, creative, and compassionate. She was attentive to my thoughts and visions for my wedding, and went above and beyond to make the entire day flow seamlessly. She took my massive lists of details and was attentive to each and every one of them. If there were glitches in coordinating, I still do not know about them. With Courtney somehow both magically at my side and on top of every detail, I was able to live in the moment and enjoy the entire day.

I would not hesitate to recommend hiring Courtney - whether your wedding is small or large, traditional or completely unique, Courtney will take the time to learn your vision, and she will work with you to make your vision a reality.

Hiring Courtney Bollettino as our day of wedding coordinator was one of the BEST decisions we could have made. Do you want people coming up to you on your wedding day with a million questions? Any sane bride will answer no. For those of you who are considering that scenario...it's a no...the answer is NO! You need Courtney! Relying on family or bridesmaids will not work. Your mom will be busy hosting along with you and your maid of honor will be drunk after 6:00pm. Plus, they deserve to not have to work...they have been helping you all year and should be celebrating alongside of you. What you DO want is someone strictly there to help run things and Courtney is going to do just that. I have seen the wedding where there isn't a delegator and ladies, it's not good. Things get missed, guests are not taken care of, you won't get the photos you want, things will seriously go awry and again, you will become the go to person to solve all problems and answer all questions.

Here is how Courtney operates. You first have a phone chat about who you are and what you are picturing your day to be. This is when you first hire her...so for me it was a year out. She then sends you this life saving spreadsheet, (you don't know how life saving it is until later...but trust me, it is). This thing outlines every single thing you need to figure out, seating arrangements, music, entrances and exits, you name it. This spreadsheet made it possible to plan my wedding. Not only that, when it came time to hand over schedules to the DJ, Photographer, Musicians and Bridal party...all I had to do in those last few weeks was click "print". She also is a huge problem solver. Our officiant got the time wrong for our rehearsal. Courtney took complete control of the situation, including telling me it is no problem and everything will be fine the next day. She then ran our entire rehearsal like a boss. In regards to the actual wedding day, she set up our entire reception space in a very small window of time. This included going through a ton of boxes with vases, beads and candles, (I had a very DIY wedding). The room looked stunning when we entered for our reception! For our ceremony, our wedding party entered from two sides of the building and Courtney made sure that everyone knew where they had to be and when. She directed the entire flow of the procession and made it look seamless. Then, at the end of the night she packed up all of those same boxes with our center pieces and other decor we brought to the venue.

The BEST thing though that she did was this....
The day after our wedding, (yes the day after), she sent me a dropbox file with photos from our big day. Before opening the file, I was expecting like, 10 photos. There were 65! As we all know, the photographer photos don't arrive for months. Courtney didn't just take photos and send them to us within 24 hours, but she took AMAZING photos! She actually got better photos of my little niece in her wagon coming down the aisle that even our paid photographer didn't get and my sister used one of Courtney's to print and frame! With her doing this though, we got to share photos already with our parents and guests the next morning in the hotel lobby. It was a really unexpected and appreciated gesture that she had zero requirement to do.

Ladies seriously, save yourself the research on other day of coordinators and book this woman. You are welcome.
