Facilities and Capacity

Big Oak Manor & Ranch is a working ranch set in a scenic area, with pastoral and mountains as a backdrop. The classic two-story red barn is a versatile event space that can host occasions for up to 150 people. This barn is an authentic country structure, with logs milled and hand-hewn on the property from centuries-old wood. Contemporary comforts have been added to this structure, including climate control, elegant restrooms, and dimmable lighting. In addition to indoor space, there is a spacious 2,400-square-foot concrete patio off the base of the barn, intended for outdoor ceremonies, mingling, dancing, and more. A vintage corncrib bar adds a dash of rural charm and unique character to the property. Accommodations and get-ready spaces are available at the Manor House and the first floor of the barn. Built circa 1892 and with its beauty restored in 2022, this historic building has a classic atmosphere with modern features, and room for up to 10 overnight guests.
