Bella Festa was a dream to work with from the beginning of our wedding process. While we chose the 6-week plan, Sami and Shelby answered any and all of our questions throughout the planning process. They ensured EVERY detail was perfect the week of the wedding and on the big day. The detail in the schedule made the day run smoothly and flawlessly. The day of the wedding, we had a team of 5 girls working with the bridesmaids and groomsmen and serving us at the church and reception venue. They are simply the answer to your dream wedding coming true!

Hire Bella Festa!

We had the wedding of our dreams. It was fun, enjoyable, and most importantly stress free because of Sami and her staff. You are in the best hands with Sami.

We hired Sami as a month of coordinator. She came in and helped us plan, organize, and execute all of the details, including ones we had not thought about. She created a detailed itinerary, coordinated with all our vendors, and had recommendations for anything and everything we had questions on. Best of all, she always responds quickly to all questions and notes!

Aside from the details and execution, Sami was engaging, professional, and fun to work with. We cannot imagine having the best day of our lives without Sami and the Bella Festa team. Hiring them will be your best decision

Professional, Beautiful & Stress Free

Hiring Bella Festa was by far the BEST choice we made during our engagement/wedding planning season. If you're looking to hire a wedding coordinator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, LOOK NO FURTHER. Sami is truly the most patient, hardest working woman. She keeps her clients interests and wishes at the forefront of every decision, something I believe to be extremely admirable in this business. She is professional, detail oriented and flexible. Sami and her team take great pride in their work and make sure every detail, moment of the day is *chefs kiss*. Our wedding day was magical and ran seamlessly because of Bella Festa. I will sing Bella Festa's praises for the rest of time. My husband and I are beyond grateful to Sami and her Bella Festa team!!
