Hiring Cat to handle our wedding was the best decision my wife and I made during the entire planning process. From the first meeting through the big day Cat’s professionalism, organization, & leadership were shown to be what the industry standard should be. My wife and I live overseas and Cat, by herself, took our vision and far exceeded our expectations to make our day the absolute best it could be. There are honestly not enough words to describe how great and talented Cat is. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. Cat made sure that I was prepared in every way for my wedding day and when that day happened all I had to do is sit up in my bridal suite and she took care of everything. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator I 100% recommend getting one (specifically Cat) as it took off so much stress.  My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I owe it all to her. Plus my family and wedding party all loved her!

We had a number of complications with our wedding. We had a great museum venue, but one that didn't host many weddings and required a lot more work than a typical wedding venue. We live 8,000 miles and 12 timezones away from the venue. We had only 2 hours for setup, including moving tables and chairs. Cat tackled these challenges with assuredness and precision. She was flexible with times to meet over the phone in prep for the wedding. She was clear about the manpower required for our wedding and the costs associated. She ran the rehearsal efficiently and ensured the ceremony went off perfectly. We ended up selecting a package that included setup and teardown. We needed a couple extra people given the enormity of setting up an entire wedding in 120 minutes, and she nevertheless gave us a discount on that cost, which was beyond generous. She also took over contact and coordination with our vendors starting a few weeks before the wedding. This was invaluable as when we showed up to get ready, all the vendors were there and ready to go. On top of all that, her pricing was extremely reasonable and worth every penny.
From our first consultation with Cat we had confidence that we could pull off this wedding. She exceeded our expectations at every turn.

We hired Cat as our day-of coordinator and she is 100% the reason why our wedding day went as perfectly as it did. The information & checklist we went over at our 1 month meeting helped me know exactly what specific details I needed to decide on as the day got closer. She was always available to answer any question I had, and was great about taking over vendor communication. Cat kept everything exactly on schedule throughout the night -- there were absolutely no pauses or awkward moments in the flow of events. My husband and I felt 10000x more relaxed on our wedding day because we knew Cat had everything under control. If it hadn't been for Cat, our day truly would not have been so smooth, so relaxed, and so perfect. Both of our families commented on how impressed they were with her kindness and her efficiency. We were on the fence about needing a coordinator throughout our planning process, but we are both SO GLAD we found Cat. If you want a calm & organized wedding day, you absolutely need to hire her!!

Cat was amazing! I hired her as a day-of planner, so I did the legwork selecting the vendors. Once the vendors and related packages were selected, Cat communicated with them regarding timelines and details. There are so many details that I didn't think of that she coordinated. My day went so smoothly because of her!

I thought about deducting a star because she couldn't control the DFW traffic, but hey, she's only human!

Cat Fernandez just coordinated our daughter's wedding 2 days ago and I cannot say enough good things about her service. She was very professional, very organized, as well as warm and empathetic. She handled the minor issues that happened on the wedding day with confidence and resourcefulness and was the absolute master of details. I am very glad we were able to work with her for this wedding as she was able to divert any "stressors" on the wedding day away from the bride to allow her to really enjoy herself worry free!
