  Hire Bella Festa!

  We had the wedding of our dreams. It was fun, enjoyable, and most importantly stress free because of Sami and her staff. You are in the best hands with Sami.
  
  We hired Sami as a month of coordinator. She came in and helped us plan, organize, and execute all of the details, including ones we had not thought about. She created a detailed itinerary, coordinated with all our vendors, and had recommendations for anything and everything we had questions on. Best of all, she always responds quickly to all questions and notes!
  
  Aside from the details and execution, Sami was engaging, professional, and fun to work with. We cannot imagine having the best day of our lives without Sami and the Bella Festa team. Hiring them will be your best decision

  Professional, Beautiful & Stress Free

  Hiring Bella Festa was by far the BEST choice we made during our engagement/wedding planning season. If you're looking to hire a wedding coordinator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, LOOK NO FURTHER. Sami is truly the most patient, hardest working woman. She keeps her clients interests and wishes at the forefront of every decision, something I believe to be extremely admirable in this business. She is professional, detail oriented and flexible. Sami and her team take great pride in their work and make sure every detail, moment of the day is *chefs kiss*. Our wedding day was magical and ran seamlessly because of Bella Festa. I will sing Bella Festa's praises for the rest of time. My husband and I are beyond grateful to Sami and her Bella Festa team!!

  You must use Bella Festa Event Planning!!

  I just had my dream wedding at The Dallas Arboretum and I have to give all the credit to my amazing wedding planner! I can't imagine going through the past year of wedding planning without Sami by my side. She made herself available to me and my MIL from beginning to end. Sami went above and beyond for us at every step of the way. She listens to your thoughts, ideas, concerns, and vision for the day and makes it happen. She wants the process to be fun and stress-free which is exactly what she did. She thinks every detail out for you and knows what she is doing - she is phenomenal and knows the industry so well.
  
  Not only did Sami help with the planning process and make sure that everything ran perfectly on the day of the wedding, but she also came to my rehearsal dinner to make sure all went smoothly the night before. That is just one of the many ways Sami went above and beyond - she genuinely cares for your wedding weekend to be perfect from start to finish.   Clear, concise and organized!

  Bella Festa was amazing to work with. We, the Royal Dukes Band, did a wedding with them and Sami on 8/5/2023 and I can't say enough good things about them! They made sure we were taken care of and everything ran smoothly so we could have a good time making music. Communication was clear and Sami was present and available the whole process to answer any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!

  Great experience with Bella Festa!

  Sami was super easy to work with and very professional. She is smart and knows the business. She also just cares about her clients. We weren't a paycheck to her; she genuinely wanted us to have the best day of our lives, and she certainly made that happen. And when your soon to be aunt-in-law comes into the bride's dressing room and snaps a picture then shows it to those sitting around her in the sanctuary, Sami is not afraid to walk to her and tell her to stop.

  Bella Festa Event Planning hands down made my daughter’s wedding day PERFECT! Samantha and her team handled every detail with excellence and professionalism. She graciously stepped in at the final month and listened to the plans and vision my daughter and I had for the wedding and reception and then executed every detail perfectly. Always professional, efficient, cheerful, and on time, Sami and her team displayed poise throughout the entire process. She is the first name I would give to a friend planning a wedding because our event was as flawless as these things could possibly be."

  Sami is diligent and thoughtful in her planning. She suggested and added personal touches that made our event more special that we could have imagined!!! The night felt perfect…we didn’t have to worry about a thing because Sami was on top of it all.

  Having Bella Festa (specifically Sami Jordan) was a dream come true! She was absolutely amazing and made sure to listen to every detail when it came to planning! She was always available, promptly assisted us with any questions or concerns we had! She had a calm, cool, and collected vibe that helped ease any anxiety or jitters I had during our big moments.
  Our wedding was planned quite quickly and I wasn’t sure I would get my dream wedding and felt like I was going to have to settle on some things. Sami went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly what I wanted and never made me feel like my dream wedding was unrealistic.
  She made sure all of our special moments that we wanted captured on our day were taken and most importantly made sure me and my husband enjoyed our big day!
