What once began as a source of escape from the hustle of city life for two families has grown into a great winery. The ranch came to life before 1906 as a protected land on the hillside for the Pomo natives. In 1906, the stonehouse was a place to host travelers. In 1978, the first block of grapes were planted. In 1995 and 2002, the second and third blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon were planted to expand the vineyard. In 2010, Greg and Clinton Jones purchased the property to bring it back to life. In 2012, the vineyard produced their first harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon.
