What stood out most was Andrew’s intentionality. Every detail, no matter how small, had meaning. Every decision was made with purpose. He anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had and guided us with a perfect balance of expertise, creativity, and calm reassurance. His communication was seamless: clear, consistent, and always grounded in care. We never once felt lost or overwhelmed because Andrew held every piece with such confidence and clarity.
And then came the execution. Our wedding was breathtaking. Truly breathtaking.
From the moment we walked into the venue, we were stunned. The floral arrangements were lush and elegant, the candles created the most romantic glow, and the décor felt like stepping into a world crafted entirely for us. From the start, Andrew came prepared with a detailed list of everything we needed to do, even when we weren’t quite ready for it all. As first-time planners, we didn’t fully realize how many pieces go into pulling off a wedding, but Andrew guided us through everything step by step. He kept us organized, on track, and focused on the timeline, especially since we came to him later in the process.
I personally have the memory of a goldfish and tend to forget things right after hearing them, but Andrew was on top of every detail. He was patient, proactive, and always one step ahead to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
We were especially grateful for the day-of coordination. Everything ran smoothly, and any changes or adjustments were handled behind the scenes. If anything shifted, we either never noticed or it ended up making the day even better. Andrew helped us manage our nerves and minimized any stress. He solved problems quickly and quietly, which helped us stay present and enjoy every moment.
Our wedding wasn’t a traditional ballroom event. It took place at our home and had a lot of moving parts. Even so, Andrew made sure vendors were where they needed to be, timelines stayed intact, and we never had to step in or fix anything ourselves.
We’re so thankful to Andrew and his team for helping us bring our day to life. It was everything we hoped for, and we could not have done it without them.
Dream Wedding from a Dream Planner
Before Andrew, we were wracked with anxiety. There was so much that we didn't know, and yet there was so much that had to be done. Immediately. And while we knew that we needed help, we did not know where to turn.
So as one does, we picked up our phones and looked towards Google.
Andrew Roby Events ("ARE") was at the top of the list for event planning services. After scrolling through ARE's website, reading articles about Andrew's background, watching his inspiring videos and - most importantly, looking at photographs of his work, I just knew that he wouldn't be available or would be out of our price range. After all, it was clear that he was a giant in the industry. There was just no way! But I crossed my fingers and sent an inquiry anyway. I was gobsmacked to receive a positive response and to hear of his willingness to scheduled an exploratory Zoom call with us to discuss our needs and wants.
Things changed after our first meeting with Andrew. My fiancé and I had been lost in a thicket, but Andrew took our hands and led us to our destination. Not only were we granted complete access to a wedding database (that helped us track deadlines, our budget, and guest list), but to Andrew himself. He coached us and helped us to formulate our vision for the wedding. We told him our dream, and he not only designed, orchestrated and executed every detail - he exceeded every element our fantasy.
I've included pictures that not only showcase the beauty that Andrew created, but that also show the love that he gave us through his work. Kevin and I will forever be grateful to Andrew. What he did for us, our family, and our friends can never be repaid. He is, by far, the best.
Outstanding Wedding Planner & Wedding Designer
Oh, and I failed to mention (shame on me), that Andrew is also a wedding designer. I was never one to dream of getting married nor did I have a Pinterest board he could follow. Andrew asked us a series of questions and for general ideas of what we liked. From there is curated a wedding design and experience that was perfect - even down to a wedding scent.

Perfect Intimate Wedding
I am still on a high from Sunday but didn’t want too much time to pass without reaching out to tell you THANK YOU! We had an amazing day Sunday-our intimate ceremony was perfect! Everything was beautiful, the venue, decor, the vibe-simply beautiful. We had so much fun within that hour it felt as if we had a larger wedding- it didn’t feel like a micro wedding. Our virtual and in-person guest are still complementing how everything was beautiful, classy, and very well put together for our ceremony. Thank you for creating an amazing vendor team and for a wonderful job and experience Sunday. All of your vendors provided excellent service and were very responsive and knowledgeable to any questions I had. They were professional, kind, and patient with us throughout the entire process. On the day of our ceremony it was a great joy working with Trene’ and her creative photography skills to capture our special moments including Chip’s exceptional videography services that allowed us to stream our ceremony. KUDOS to you and your amazing team with Andrew Roby Events for providing great service on our special day. I will personally thank each vendor for an amazing job and experience.
