Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Hayley and An Event to Remember. An Event to Remember worked with us every step of the way in planning our wedding and we could not be more grateful. In the lead up, Hayley was so incredibly helpful with answering all of my questions, communicating with all of my vendors, talking me down from wedding planning freak-outs and helping us make decisions on every little detail. And thank goodness! Every detail was perfect! On the day-of everything was taken care of, and we didn't have to think about a single thing. Hayley took such good care of us, from making sure my dress was properly laced up to ensuring we had enough water at the reception, and we are so glad that she helped us through this process. We couldn't have done it without her!

Hayley is incredible!!! I hired her as my month of coordinator, and my only regret is that I didn’t hire her for full wedding planning services. As soon as Hayley stepped in (2 months out from my wedding), I felt so relieved. Decision fatigue had set in and her guidance and expertise was invaluable. On my actual wedding day, she made sure the whole day ran smoothly all the while always ensuring my groom and I had a drink in hand. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Hayley and her team were a literal godsend. My partner and I are not planners and knew that we were going to need help bringing our vision into reality and within our budget. Hayley was super responsive, creative, and knowledgeable in helping us find and navigate the sea of local vendors. The connections and knowledge she has in this business is priceless. She helped us stay on track, in budget, met with us to tackle the bigger tasks, and was always willing to jump on phone calls whenever we felt overwhelmed.

As far as the wedding day, our goal was to just feel the love for each other and for those around us. Hayley and her team made us feel like that and more - they weren’t someone we just hired. They were friendly faces and a calming presence.

We had a medical emergency after the ceremony, and Hayley and her team were incredibly calm and efficient in getting us help. They then were focused on ensuring the reception and party went off without a hitch - making sure that no matter, it was still the day we envisioned overall.

Oh AND THE FLOWERS… They were absolutely stunning. The arrangements were so unique and absolutely fit our vision. We had asked for sentimental touches here and there in our details without them being overboard, and the team did an amazing job adding them in such a tasteful and special way. We got so many compliments about the decorations and flowers! See the attached photos!

We can’t imagine this process going any smoother. Everyone said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to. We cannot recommend An Event To Remember enough!

Hayley and Hannah were absolutely amazing. I hired them for the month of coordination. They did all the final check ins with the vendors, timeline, and helped set up everything. Our wedding went SOOOO smoothly. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING. They took care of everything!!! They even made sure we had food and drinks throughout the night. If you are even on the fence, you need to book them! I cannot thank them enough for making our day perfect!!

Hayley with An Event to Remember is amazing!! She is easy going, very responsive with communication, and was really helpful with the details! She helped pull our wedding together and it turned out even better than I imagined it would. She's also just a really great person and I truly enjoyed working with her to make my wedding day memorable. I can't recommend her highly enough! I'm a really organized person and I can't imagine having done the wedding without her. You can tell this is her calling and she loves her work. :)

Hayley and Hannah are a master team. We had a small COVID Wedding but these two made the experience more special that we could imagine. Pre-wedding, they were very instrumental in building the experience. We had a big picture in mind, Hayley and Hannah filled in all the extra details - from seating arrangements, the decorations and flowers for the ceremony, booking a photographer, Food for the mini-reception, ideas for send off, to the ceremony timeline. On wedding day, They handled all the logistics. They did not look stressed at all - like they were right there enjoying it all with you. I was most stressed about clean up and putting things back in place. They did a very good job to removing my focus from that, and I fully enjoyed being wed to my beautiful bride. If you are looking for a stress-free, enjoyable, fun, efficient and professional wedding planning and wedding experience, An Event to Remember is completely worth every value. Thank you so much!!

We initially met Hayley because we were interested in hiring her catering company Sage & Swift. She was very personable and excited about our wedding. She told us about her wedding planning business at our catering consult. Unfortunately, the catering did not work out, but we liked her so much that we hired her as our planner. She was amazing! COVID threw a wrench in our original wedding plans. We had originally planned a ~100 person outdoor wedding but had to change to ~25 guests. Hayley helped us adjust our wedding to meet our new needs and keep our guests safe. She helped communicate changes to vendors and the venue. She kept safety in mind during our walkthrough and made adjustments to the floor plan and seating chart. Hayley and her sister, Hannah, were both present on the day of the wedding. They worked quickly and efficiently to set up decor. They also helped us figure out how to get the wrinkles out of our stubborn table cloths last minute. We had problems with the caterers we hired, and Hayley made sure they were resolved and that I didn't know about them day of. My one regret about our wedding is that I didn't hire Hayley's company to do our catering. If I ever need to plan another large event I will be reaching out to An Event to Remember.

The best decision we made in our wedding planning process was hiring Hayley, who went above and beyond our expectations. She was referred to us by someone we know and we originally hired her to be our day of coordinator for our wedding of 100ish guests. We ended up downscaling our fall ceremony to 25 guests and rescheduling our reception to next year. She generously agreed to help us with both and was on hand to help us adjust our plans. I was continuously impressed with out organized and flexible she is, and it is clear that she loves what she does.

She is great to work with if there are specific things you need help with, but maybe not everything. She was very willing to customize her services and contracts to meet our specific needs, and agreed to add on other things if we realized we needed additional help later, which was very comforting. She offered to help us with pretty much anything, and we used her help with decor, logistics, securing a DJ for our original event, finding a food vendor that met our COVID-19 needs (individual packaged hors d'oeuvres), and logistics. She was extremely generous with her time and answering all questions we had. When helping us with vendors and services, she never made us feel self-conscious about tailoring things to fit our budget. From working in catering, she is highly knowledgeable about event planning and working with vendors. We loved that she naturally sources from local businesses and is part of the green wedding guild.

If you use her, I highly recommend using her sister Hannah as your flower vendor. She sources in-season flowers from local farms and the arrangements were gorgeous. They were a great team!
