My daughter and son in law were recently married; Kara & Bri were their wedding planners. Their expertise and guidance resulted in a magical & unforgettable wedding day that exceeded our expectations. We could not have found all the necessary vendors on our own; Kara & Bri gave excellent recommendations and presented a range of options for every vendor. Completing each contract in a timely manner was straightforward. Kara and Bri had regular communication with us and created a single source where all information could be easily reviewed and updated. Details weren't overwhelming as they were always addressed on time. On the wedding day, Allie and Liz also assisted. The bride, groom, family, friends and all guests were able to relax and enjoy a beautiful wedding ceremony and seamless reception. We are incredibly lucky and grateful to have put our wedding in Kara and Bri’s hands. Their knowledge of our venue and their confidence that every problem could be solved and every dream of ours could be executed was a huge comfort during the famously stressful planning process. Kara and Bri of Amore Events were the geniuses who brought all of our dreams to reality. We needed help planning a formal dinner for 70 and a welcome party for about 120--and no one in the wedding party lives nearby the wonderful Charlottesville, Virginia, wedding location. Over about a year, Amore Events "worked the plan" for us and helped us choose a perfect location--one that was elegant, had delicious food, and allowed some of our older family members to easily access the venue. We held both events at The Forum Hotel (Kimpton) on the North Grounds of UVa. Food, decor, music, and ambience were all wonderful and the mood was light-hearted and fun. We enjoyed the evening with NO stress!

I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process without Bri and Kara. From our very first phone call, they impressed me so much with their professionalism and it carried through the whole process. Bri and Kara are all you could ever want in wedding planners! From the first meeting, they made the process incredibly easy for us. On the day of the wedding they went above and beyond to make it the most seamless day despite some weather challenges that forced us to move our ceremony inside at the last minute. We gave Kara & Bri a bit of a challenge- we wanted to include many traditions from both of our cultures, Persian and Jewish, and they were able to weave these elements into our timeline, creating a truly unique celebration. On the day of the wedding, they took care of so many details and unexpected challenges with grace and kindness.
