Exactly what we didn't realize we needed!!

Allie and her team were critical to our absolutely perfect wedding. My mom booked her before I even really knew what her team did, but I am so thankful that we were able to secure her early. Our venue included a wedding reception coordinator so I wasn't sure that we needed anyone else. Thank goodness no one asked my opinion!! You absolutely need a wedding day coordinator, specifically Allie and her team!

From the beginning, I spoke to Allie on a regular basis to make sure we were on schedule with planning. When it got closer, I spoke to her multiple times a day, as she had many questions for me, and I had many for her. She tries to learn as much as she possibly can about your wedding, venue, ceremony, goals, and family/friends so she can be the head of the event! She attended the rehearsal as well so that she could meet everyone in advance, distribute her number, and work alongside the woman who ran the rehearsal. Even when you think you have everything taken care of and planned for, a million small things come up, so it was SO nice to be able to put it all on Allie - from the week before and the day of the event. She made herself so available (my wedding was 2 days after Christmas), and she told me to feel free to text her on Christmas Eve or day if needed), which really put me at ease. It was so nice that at the end of the night, we could just head to our after party, as her team had packed up all of our personal belongings, put them into a car, and moved the car to the appropriate spot. Our entire wedding was absolutely perfect, and we largely have Alexandria Catherine Events to thank for that!

My wedding day ran perfectly thanks to Alexandria!

Alexandria and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. She put my mind at ease, because I knew she and her team were on top of every detail. The wedding day went very smoothly thanks to Alexandria's organization and diligence to ensure everything ran according to schedule. We had several different vendors (caterer, florist, hair/makeup artist, string quartet, mariachi band, DJ, etc.), and she coordinated with all of them very well and made sure they all got their final payments the day of the wedding. Hiring Alexandria to plan your wedding will be one of the best decisions you make!

Best wedding planner - EVER

Outstanding. Every detail went as planned and Allie helped With every aspect of our wedding. Allie helped with her list of vendors to provide us the best of the best (flowers, DJ, etc). I would be a reference for Allie 1000 times. Even my 85 year old mother commented how great she was!!! Awesome. Simply awesome.

Great Management for an Enjoyable Wedding Day!

Working with Alexandria and staff was one of the best decisions we made for my daughter’s wedding. Her event management skills allowed my daughter and I to relax and enjoy every moment of the wedding day, knowing that everything was under control. Alexandria was very attentive to event planning and coordination both prior and during the wedding event. She managed the ceremony rehearsal, wedding décor setup and breakdown. The coordination of the vendors on the wedding day was terrific and everything ran according to schedule. Our guests were especially delighted by the musicians which required careful transition from the ceremony string quartet, to the cocktail mariachi band, to the reception and DJ. Alexandria understood our vision to create my daughter’s dream wedding day. It was a pleasure to work with Alexandria and staff, and we highly recommend Alexandria Catherine Events!

Enjoyed every moment of my day, thanks to Alexandria

When we decided to work with Alexandria it was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. Alexandria allowed me (the bride), my parents and my sister (MOH) to enjoy every moment of the wedding day. We shared our ideas and the schedule and she flawless executed everything for us. My parents are already hoping she will be at my siblings weddings in the future.

Amazingly OrganiZEd

I must say it was a complete pleasure working with Alexandria. She was very clear and attentive to the plans prior and during the event. She made sure everything was right on track to be a success and made our jobs 1000% easier. I hope we get to work with her again soon. Long Distance Bride

About halfway through the wedding planning process I realized I needed someone to help keep me organized and on track while planning. Working full time and being a long distance bride made planning a wedding a little bit more challenging. I chose Allie and her team because she seemed very down to earth immediately when speaking with her and since all the big things were done, she would be perfect for helping me complete all the tedious tasks closer to the actual wedding day. One of the biggest perks of working with Allie was the access to the wedding planning checklist she provided. That was such a saving grace for me and really helped me maintain the completion of the tasks that needed to get done. Allie's team was really great to work with on the day of as well, especially helping the groomsmen get ready at the church. Come reception time, it was smooth sailing, but it was so comforting just knowing they were there!

I can't say enough good things about Allie. We had done most of the work already on getting vendors selected, but needed help with day of items. We're in our early 30s, weren't sure how weddings were run these days and what was normal (when does the first dance happen? When is the cake cut? How do people line up for the ceremony - who goes down the aisle first?) and Allie was instrumental in making our wedding a success.

My now-wife was hesitant at first about spending the money on Allie but quickly agreed that it was well worth it. She handled all of the little details we needed taken care of, she kept track of items we brought to the reception, she setup our rented photo booth, she kept the ceremony running smoothly, she did it all and with an amazing attitude the whole time. I was worried I was asking her too many questions, sending too many emails but she never slowed down in responding quickly.

One event that specifically sticks out to me from the wedding is that I had a friend who was worried that the shuttles from the hotel weren't running and I spoke to Allie about it -- she was basically on the phone with the hotel before our conversation was finished to resolve the situation. I would recommend Allie and her crew in a second to anyone and I wish we had hired her earlier in the process to help manage the whole thing. Allie is going places and it's well deserved.
