We wanted a very unusual flavor combination for our wedding cake, and we could not find any other baker who could execute it, but we would have chosen to work with A Love For Cakes regardless. Sabine was so patient, explanatory, and conscientious throughout the process. She instinctively understood the style that we were looking for, and we felt completely comfortable trusting her judgment. We immediately understood that she truly cared about us instead of trying to push a sale. The cake that she executed was elegant, beautiful, and so delicious and moist - exactly what we wanted. The strawberry buttercream was unique in that it captured the flavor of real fresh strawberries, and our matcha sponge cake had a perfect flavor. We made our own cake toppers, and Sabine took great care to preserve and present them exactly in accordance with our wishes. Our guests continuously complimented us, and we even ended up ordering extra servings for the sole purpose of taking them home so that we could keep eating it even after the wedding! We also ordered extra servings so that our wedding staff could try it, and they all loved it as well. I would not hesitate to work with Sabine again or to simply order more of our wedding cake!

Sabine is definitely a gem. She is pleasant, professional, accommodating; and her cakes taste as delicious as they look! She was able to design my cake to perfection! I initially asked for a three tier cake, but after the taste tasting, I was so torn between which flavors to choose that I ended up getting a four tier cake instead of the three tier. I would most definitely recommend this company anyone looking for beautiful and tasty cakes!

I contacted Sabine a week before my party hoping that she would be able to make the cake I wanted. She was prompt with her responses which I truly appreciate. I provided her a picture and she was able to accommodate me.
