Beauty And The Beast

by Celine Dion
Album: Beauty And The Beast (Ompst) (Duet With Peabo Bryson)
Genre: Contemporary

Listen on or iTunes

Tale as old as time
True as it can be
Barely even friends
Than somebody bends

Just a little change
Small, to say the least
Both a little scared
Neither one prepared
Beauty and the Beast

Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure
As the sun will arise

Tale as old as time
Tune as old as song
Bittersweet and strange
Finding you can change
Learning you were wrong

Certain as the sun
Rising in the east
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the beast

Amy says...
I loveeeee it is def going in my wedding blank period...

Elizabeth says...

I will only say (beautiful song...but...) I think that bride would be starting things off on a BAD NOTE with her mother in law to have her first dance referring to the groom as a beast. Think about it!

Sam says...
You miss the point of the song to consider the bride the "beauty" and the groom the "beast." There is beauty and beast in both bride and groom - the beauty of love tames the beast in us all.
