groomsmen vs bridesmaids?
Is there any certain number of bridesmaids and groomsmen you have to have? what if you have more guys than girls? He has more friends than i do, would it be weird to have them all up there vs the 4 girls i have for my bridesmaids?

I think no. I mean I am not into big wedding parties but if there are 6 groomsmen and 4 bridesmaids no biggie. Two men can walk together hehe lol. I am in the beginning process of planning as it is but I only plan on having a small wedding party. FH only has 2 or 3 good (close) friends so I plan on picking 2 or 3 for mine. Its really up to you and FH.

it is up to you. i think i have ocd or something because i need everything to be even and symmetrical but other people don't care. if it doesn't bother you then go for it. two groomsmen can walk 1 bridesmaid or even the maid of honor first to highlight her role. if not, then just ask ur FH to choose 4 of the guys. everyone else will still be able to come to the wedding, just wouldn't be in the wedding party.

I don't think it's weird at all. And if 'pairing them off' is a problem then just have the girls walk down the aisle by themselves with the guys waiting at the front.

Not weird. I have 6 guys and 5 girls in my party. The best man is going to be up at the alter with the groom and the rest of the guys are walking down with the girls.

Make it work however you want it to, there's no rules when it comes to getting married, it's whatever you want!

You don't have to have a them same groomsmen and bridesmaid. If you have 4 groomsmen and 2 bridesmaid. When they walk back down the after the wedding ceremony then have to groomsman and one bridesmaid together. A 2 to 1 ratio.

it up t you how many girls u want but what i have learned is that if a girl does not have a partner then one of the girls can be escorted by an usher.

I agree it is up to you and if I can't find a 3rd bridesmaid I might just have 2 bridesmaids vs 3 groomsmen
