We cannot say enough wonderful things about Father Joe. From the moment we began working with him, it was clear that he is not only an incredible priest, but also an extraordinary person. One of the most meaningful aspects of our wedding was that Father Joe was able to perform our ceremony at our reception venue while still keeping it recognized under the Catholic Church. This allowed us to have the wedding we had envisioned without sacrificing the faith and traditions that were important to us. The ceremony itself was everything we could have hoped for—beautiful, heartfelt, and meaningful while remaining concise and engaging. My husband and I found it nearly impossible to hold back our tears throughout the ceremony. Father Joe has a remarkable gift for making every word feel personal and sincere, and his homily was especially moving. After the wedding, countless friends and family members approached us to compliment the ceremony. Many shared that it was one of the most beautiful, touching, and memorable ceremonies they had ever attended. Harry's catered the rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Mote Aquarium the night before my wedding. We had 100 people for dinner and 200 for the welcome party and it went off without a hitch. We received lots of compliments from the guests on the food and the friendliness of the staff. I met all of the staff before the event and was impressed as well. Harry's was also responsive and easy to work with during the planning stages. I wouldn't hesitate to use Harry's catering again.
