From the very beginning, Dave was professional, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. He met with us multiple times throughout the planning process to review equipment, timelines, and music selections, and it was immediately clear how experienced he is with weddings. One thing we especially appreciated was his ability to balance structure with flexibility. We had very specific playlists for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, and he executed them exactly as requested. For the reception, we trusted his expertise completely, and he did an excellent job reading the room and keeping the night moving smoothly. Dave’s experience really showed in the execution. The transitions were seamless, the announcements were clear and well-timed, and the entire evening flowed without interruption. The song cuts were also incredibly clean and precise, which made everything feel polished and professional from start to finish. Throughout the night, everything ran exactly as planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without ever worrying about logistics or timing. We are very grateful to have had Dave as part of our vendor team. If you are looking for a DJ who is highly experienced, detail-oriented, and executes flawlessly, we would highly recommend him! Kelly’s work is beyond amazing! Based on Kelly’s displays I knew our cake would be beautiful but it came out even better! And the cake itself was moist, rich in flavors, not too sweet - pure perfection! Go in for a sample, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommended!!

Kate and Jen and Elevate Green Events, formerly known as Green Apple Weddings & Events, were the absolute best wedding planners a couple could ask for! The one detail we knew going into wedding planning was our venue, and upon speaking with the venue coordinator, they highly suggested we hire Kate and Jen as our planners - that night, we immediately sent the email to check their availability and thank goodness we were able to book them - they were the best planners we didn't even know we needed! From our first call with Kate and Jen, they were so great to chat with and understood our vision for our wedding immediately. They made recommendations for every single vendor and we went with only those they recommended to us - all of whom turned our amazing! Kate and Jen were so organized and available to us through the entirety of the wedding planning process; they thought of everything, and it never seemed overwhelming to plan our big day because they were such excellent partners and guided us every step of the way! Our wedding was in New York City and they have such good relationships with so many vendors in and around the city; they knew personally our venue and Church coordinators before we did, they even have an in-house rentals business we chose to utilize, and all of this made it so easy to trust them with all of the planning! Aside from being excellent planners, they are such kind people as well, and we had a great time just chatting with them during each planning session. On the day of, they took care of absolutely everything - they made our vision come to life and the day / night couldn't have been more beautiful and perfect! We are so, so grateful for Kate and Jen and we miss them already. We definitely highly recommend them as event planners / designers for anyone looking to hire the best professionals - we would choose them all over again!

I planned our wedding in a very short time (4months). I did not want to pay a fortune for pictures or our wedding our budget was limited. This was our second wedding. Diane was great to work with and very accommodating in working out the figures and to get the most for your money. Diane was very professional and her work was great. The pictures captured were very nicely done. We are ones that move fast and cut many parts of the wedding short. I did review beautiful pictures of the brides in which Diane had taken, while getting ready and before she leaves to the church ceremony, she had great shots. You will not be disappointed by the quality and talent and price. She is great to work with.

Our wedding flowers were nothing short of spectacular, all thanks to the talent and care of Kelly and the Bloom and Gather team. Kelly was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I got her thorough and detailed proposal, and never had to worry about my arrangements leading up to the wedding day. Kelly was upfront about costs and expectations but also respected our budget throughout the entire process. She was always a phone call or text away when I had a question leading up to the wedding day. She ensured every flower color and ribbon was to my liking, and was full of ideas and suggestions on how to make my bouquet and my bridal party's bouquets extra special. On our wedding day she put extra thought into areas I did not even consider adorning with flowers; in particular, Kelly noticed that our cake table looked bland, and offered to jazz it up with some flowers she had on hand. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure that every detail within her control was perfected and it truly shown through. Choosing Bloom and Gather was one of the best decisions we made, and we would confidently recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

We asked Glenn to be the videographer for our wedding and let me tell you, we’re glad we did! Glenn was an absolute professional, start to finish. He was extremely thorough, and went well beyond his contractual obligations. He was very easy to work with and extremely reasonable when it came to pricing. Most importantly, Glenn added an aspect to our wedding that was missed by other vendors. His personality brought an excitement and glow to the room that nobody else did, and he captured that in his videos. Not only was he an added presence on our wedding day, but after the fact he delivered a product that far surpassed our expectations. Glenn is the full package when it comes to choosing a videographer for your wedding, and we can’t thank him enough for the memories he both helped create, and preserved in his videos for us to look back on the rest of our lives.

It’s hard to put into words just how much Lou and Mindy mean to us. They are two of the most genuine, compassionate, honest, and loving people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their deep love for their family, their craft, and their faith shines through in everything they do—and it made all the difference on one of the most important days of our lives. From the very beginning, Lou and Mindy went above and beyond to make our wedding day (October 8, 2022), in central Florida as stress-free and joyful as possible. They didn’t just show up with cameras; they brought peace, clarity, and control to a day that could have otherwise been chaotic. They made sure we got every photo we wanted—without ever interrupting the natural flow of our celebration or our time with guests. Their ability to manage everything while making us feel completely at ease is nothing short of remarkable. Leading up to the big day, they held several detailed planning meetings to understand exactly what we wanted. That kind of care and preparation is rare, and it showed in every single photo. They’re not just amazing photographers—they’re an incredible team, perfectly in sync, pouring their whole hearts into making your day the best it can possibly be. We look back on our wedding photos often, and every time we do, we’re reminded not only of the beauty of that day but of the love and dedication that Lou and Mindy brought into it.
