I am a procrastinator and was so overwhelmed with trying to plan my destination wedding that I was drowning in anxiety. A friend of mine recommended Diandra and she literally came to my rescue. Destination weddings require additional coordination which can be challenging, but because she was so experienced, she was able to ensure that no stone was left unturned and that everything when smoothly. She was extremely diligent and poised and paid meticulous attention to detail. She checked in with me regularly and made sure my vision came to life, even adding in a little wedding surprise for me when it was all over. She also planned my honeymoon, which was equally stunning. I can't say enough good about her: she is organized, patient, detail oriented, professional and kind. I 10/10 recommend her!

Lucille was awesome to work with for our wedding florals. From our first conversation, she understood the vibe we were going for and offered thoughtful suggestions that made everything feel more cohesive and special. On the day of the wedding, every arrangement was gorgeous and exactly what we’d hoped for – from the bouquets and boutonnieres to the ceremony flowers and reception décor. Beyond the flowers themselves, Lucille was organized, responsive, and so easygoing, which made the whole planning process much less stressful. Everything was delivered and set up on time, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would 100% recommend Lucille’s Florist to any couple in the area – she brought our vision to life and truly went above and beyond.

We used Magical Memories as our DJ and MC for our wedding, and everything went perfectly! They were very reasonable, worked within our budget, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The team at Magical Memories was incredibly responsive and really took the time to listen to our needs and preferences. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day!

Best decision we made. My brother & sister in law worked with Nicholas for their wedding a few summers back and we're so glad we did too. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Everything came out timely, delicious and well portioned. The passed apps were to die for - our guests couldn't believe how many options we had and never felt like they missed out on something because the staff did such a great job of making their rounds & re-stocking all apps. Nicholas was so great to work with and, when I told my coordinator we were working with him, she praised his professionalism and was so excited to learn we'd be working with the team. Would definitely recommend!

Danielle is so great to work with! She does a great job with prep work and asking questions to ensure her couples visions come to life. Our wedding was absolutely stunning!! Lauren is intelligent, efficient, and amazing to work with. She works hard and is very good at her job. We elected the month of option and to have Lauren and her assistant present on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were stumbling and unsure where to start with formulating a timeline - after one meeting, Lauren structured one without any hesitation, and patiently worked with us through our questions and any confusion we had. Lauren also made sure she was available when we needed her, even at odd hours. On the day of, Lauren put out fires before we even realized there were fires! She made our day so much less stressful considering there were a handful of fires at no fault of her own nor my husband and I (namely the venue and one of the other vendors). Lauren goes above and beyond, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to ensure that their wedding day will be the best day of their lives, aka no stress nor issues on them. Lauren was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We were unsure to book a coordinator initially, and looking back now, we are so relieved and glad that we had Lauren during the process and the day of. Lauren is truly the best out there. I highly, highly recommend Lauren, and will continue recommending her to anyone who asks if they need a coordinator (you do - you need Lauren)!

We loved working with Stolen Moments for our recent event. They were wonderful to plan with, attentive to all of our requests, and had so much energy at the party! They truly went above and beyond anything we could have imagined and we would hire them again/refer them to others in a heartbeat!!!

Total Soul played our wedding at Tappan Hill in Westchester 2 wks ago. The band sounded amazing from the start to closing time. Our guests and we loved them. Their vocalists sound amazing and get out and interact w/ the guests, which is fun. Tony, the mgr and keyboardist, was flexible in that my wife wanted to include Filipino line dancing, and he coordinated w/ that DJ seamlessly. Tony is a very kind man and was interesting to speak with, always responsive, and highly professional at all times.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ team for our wedding! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. Levi, our MC, made seamless and energetic introductions that set the perfect tone, and Josh (DJ Tracktion) kept the dance floor alive all night with incredible music choices. The week before, we went over the type of music and vibe we wanted, and they completely nailed it. The ceremony music was also executed flawlessly. We’ve had multiple guests tell us it was the best DJ they’ve ever experienced at a wedding. They were also very responsive and easy to plan with leading up to the wedding. Can’t recommend DJE more highly!

Arcadia provided beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding at Tappan Hill Mansion on 10/31/25. Adrienne helped us create custom centerpieces, a gorgeous archway, and a unique bridal bouquet. The floral arrangements were stunning and fit the vibe of our elegant, Halloween themed wedding. We highly recommend Arcadia for quality floral arrangements!
