JoAnn was such a pleasure to work with! The flowers were beautiful and guests got to take them home which was so nice. She repurposes our ceremony flowers for the sweetheart table which was so easy and overall was much more affordable than most quotes we got. She worked with us to get our vision and was super receptive to feedback. She also was very professional and I barely noticed that she was there setting up! Would definitely recommend!

JoAnn and her team were able to work absolute magic! They made our vision come to life perfectly and fit everything into a fairly limited budget (at least for the Hudson Valley). They were also so collaborative and took all feedback to heart, tweaking the proposal and mockup centerpiece until everything was absolutely perfect. I was over the moon to see our florals on the day and cannot believe how magical the final result was! JoAnn is also so sweet and flexible - she set me completely at ease from our first email. TLDR: Beautiful, fresh flowers take a well-organized team! The Cherry Brandy team was just that, and they executed perfectly.

The Deets:
It was so easy to work with this team! I loved our consultation, that's where everything came together. It was collaborative and generative, giving my husband and I the chance to be a part of the process while learning about what would be in season to execute our vision.

We wanted simple but lush florals and greens for our wedding. The venue itself was so beautiful that we really just wanted to complement it and bring in some forest-y magic. The CBD team listened to this vision and worked with me to realize it seasonally and in-budget.

On our wedding day I can only assume everything went perfectly because it all looked beautiful to me! Everything was done with great attention and felt so organized (especially upon packup the next day!). I had brought a ton of vintage bottles to use for our centerpieces groupings. CBD treated them with care and were able to utilize so many of what I had brought, with a number of the extras being placed around the venue to help accent the space.

It was an extra treat to see the team briefly as they were finishing up. Such beautiful smiles to come upon after the ceremony and one-on-one time on our way to reception! Thank you Cherry Brandy Designs!

JoAnn and her team were phenomenal to work with. On the day of the girls arrived promptly and set up everything quickly, as well as repurposed the arch to decorate our sweetheart, cake, and card/gift table. Everything looked really beautiful. As for JoAnn herself, I don't know where to begin. Brides - as you know florals are VERY expensive, and JoAnn provided us our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonniere, aisle and arch decor for a very reasonable price. As mentioned, she told me on our first call she would repurpose the ceremony arch garland and flowers to use on our sweetheart table instead of trying to charge me for an additional piece. Last minute, I realized I did not have an arch for the garland and she rented me one for a reasonable price as well. She also changed the date for us to go up to look at the centerpieces and finalize our order because it was the weekend of my bridal shower. She was so accommodating, but also very kind throughout this whole process, providing me with reassurance when I got stressed and listened to all of my concerns when I was overwhelmed. In the end, she followed through on everything she promised, and did so with a genuine warmth and love in her heart for the work she does. JoAnn, thank you so much for everything - so grateful for you!

As someone who loves plants and flowers, I felt that what they created was beyond my expectations. Being able to meet with them in their studio and see the centerpieces beforehand was also extremely helpful! Joann was amazing!! She took my vision of what I wanted for my flowers and nailed it. I was on budget as most brides are and she worked with my budget! She told ways to cut cost and advised me on where to not cut cost. I knew her advise was coming from a good place and not just trying to charge as much as possible. My flowers were amazing. JoAnn is the best! From our first phone call, she was so warm and honest which made the experience a great one. She helped me maximize what we could get in our budget and never pushed for things were unnecessary and would set us over. She knew our venue, West Hills Country Club, well so her guidance on where to spend our money was greatly appreciated. For our flower trial, JoAnn and Heidi got my vision spot on and were great at explaining which flowers would be in season and in helping to choose backups if needed. The day of, I didn't get to see JoAnn and her team much, but they did an amazing and beautiful job! Our wedding was in November, and I wanted fall colors without being too Thnaksgiving-like. I was thrilled with how perfect everything turned out. I would recommend Cherry Brandy any day of the week. JoAnn was truly a pleasure to work with!
