Jessica was with us from the beginning. A relative had been married at Ariel Pearl center years ago and just fell in love with the venue. We knew this was where we could see our wedding. We held both our ceremony and Reception at this location. Jessica also served as a second bartender during the reception. Everything was beautiful

If you even consider having your wedding here...DO IT!! If you want low stress and a magical night...this is the place! We looked at many Cleveland hotels and something kept pulling us here....Mary Vanucci was incredible and part of the reason we originally picked this location. She was always available for all of my questions and took a personal and professional approach to ensure our wedding was everything we imagined. We even had a private area set up for hair and make up...I added breakfast snacks...but an attendant stayed with us the whole time to make sure there was not anything we needed. Everything from the food to the staff was exceptional! Great customer service! Intercontinental & Mary made our wedding night perfect!

There aren’t enough words to describe how happy we are that we got married at the zoo. Emma from the Zoo and Mary from Aramark were an absolute joy to work with - very accommodating, professional, understanding, and responsive. Highly recommend getting married at the zoo if you want a unique/fun venue or even just a beautiful place! We love the outdoors and wanted to get married somewhere fun – mission accomplished! It’s been over a month since we got married and our guests are STILL raving about how much fun they had, how delicious the food was, how incredible and unique the experience was, and praise the staff. Logistics were a big deal for us. With a lot of guests, some with mobility issues, we wanted to make things as easy for our guests as possible. Having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at one location took a huge burden off of us and it was one of the best decisions we made. Guests that had mobility issues felt well taken care of and could easily navigate the space, and the staff treated everyone like gold. There was one small issue with the last tram up breaking down part way through the trip before the ceremony, but the staff remained in contact with each other and handled it without us having to stress/worry. Mary and the Aramark staff were fantastic to work with. Mary replied promptly to all of our questions, countless “what if” inquiries and requests about allergies, was gracious about any and all accommodations and changes and so much more. We had a plated meal for 200 guests and everyone was served in a timely manner with delicious meals well executed. The contract also included linens, china, silverware, etc. so having a one-stop-shop for that took away a LOT of additional contracts/stress. With a lot of different allergies, some severe – they took the time to understand each of them and accommodate everyone which went a long way with our guests. They often times go places and have to bring their own items, and to be included/accommodated meant a lot to them! Emma was an absolute dream to work with and her staff was amazing. The Zoo will assign a day-of coordinator and Emma went above and beyond to make the day special for us, and take as much stress off of us as possible leading up to the wedding. From accommodating separate visits to the venue to help alleviate stress/anxieties that our parents, officiant, baker, etc. had – I can’t imagine other places handling it with such grace and poise. They also set up our place cards, centerpieces, chairs for the ceremony, tables/chairs for the reception, etc. that we (and our family and friends) could just focus on what we wanted to that day – it was a huge relief and help. From hearing the lion roar during our ceremony, to riding the carousel during happy hour, or exploring the Asian lantern festival and being in the beautiful Stillwater, we loved all of it (as did our guests). Great value for the cost and amazing people to work with. We love the zoo and are so happy that our guests now love the zoo, too.

The House of Blues and the staff are amazing. From the planning to the food to every small detail they were so helpful and attentive. Haley and her staff are phenomenal and made our wedding the one everyone who attended the one to talk about. Bravo House of Blues!

Love the space. Perfect for what we wanted. Best value out of all the places we were looking at.

A Taste of Excellence catered our wedding at Mapleside Farms, and the whole experience was outstanding! Kaitlyn was our coordinator, and she made the planning process smooth and easy. Pat was the head server; we and all of our guests were impressed with her attentiveness and friendly attitude. The pasta buffet was delicious as well. Highly recommend this vendor!

WOW! I cannot speak more highly about our experience with The Hyatt Regency Arcade. We had a "long" engagement and worked with Allison Kay for over a year and a half to make our vision come to life. Who needs a wedding planner when you have an Events Manager like Allison?! She walked us through the entire process, laid out all our options, and sent us reminder/ update emails to keep us on track. She promptly answered all of our questions via call/ email/ text and made the whole experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. It is SO NICE to have a point person that you can go to with ANYTHING on your mind. Allison and her team (shoutout Lillian!) went above and beyond to make sure the days before our big day went as smoothly as possible. I'm talking meeting us on the street to help unload our decor, coordinating with our vendors to arrange drop offs, she literally even offered to PUT TOGETHER the seating chart I panic-ordered on Amazon. And for those last-minute items we forgot to pack (like a card box)? Don't worry, Allison had a cute little basket on hand to save the day. And don't even get me started on the personal touches. The Hyatt team makes you feel like royalty even before your big day. For example, we spent a night at The Arcade around 16 months before our wedding to "test run" the room. Well, Allison and her team must have saw our name in the reservation system because there were cookies and THE SWEETEST note waiting for us. The hospitality is truly out of this world. And that is just the tip of the iceberg! The special touches continued throughout our wedding day. From complimentary charcuterie in our parents' rooms to cute and personalized notes in the bridal suite, Allison, Lillian, and the entire Hyatt team gave us and our family an EXPERIENCE we will never forget. We will definitely be back for future anniversaries, staycations, and beyond!

Hotel Cleveland was an incredible venue for our Friday night welcome event, room block, and after party. From the start, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and productive in working with us to plan our special weekend. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the renovations are stunning, with a unique and upscale aesthetic that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. When we encountered an issue with our original event space, the team quickly recalibrated and moved us to another gorgeous area of the hotel, ensuring our welcome event went off without a hitch. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive throughout the entire event, as well as our guests in the room block. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, unique, and updated venue to host our guests across the wedding weekend. We highly recommend Hotel Cleveland to any couple looking for an upscale and memorable wedding experience.

We were extremely pleased with the high quality of the service provided by the Marriott. Shannon was our event coordinator for our daughter's wedding reception. She was responsive and organized, and she had excellent suggestions. The food and service were outstanding. Most of our guests stayed the night, and we received positive feedback. Thank you, Marriott!

The Union Club is a timeless and elegant venue with exceptional service that received so many compliments from our guests. Wanting to be a winter bride, we had our wedding the weekend before Christmas and the decor was amazing! Many of our friends and family took pictures on the marble staircase as it was beautifully decorated and provided an incredible backdrop. The stunning architecture, historic charm, and multiple rooms for cocktail hour made this venue stand out. The grand chandeliers inspired my table numbers, various stationary, and our wedding survival kits. When comparing similar venues downtown, the Union Club stood out as the best option due to the services provided at the cost. It was hard to beat! Working with the coordinator, Sarah, was seamless. She was organized, communicated well, and had attention to detail from start to finish. Being incredibly responsive and professional, she put us at ease throughout the planning process. We experienced a flawless plan, process, and execution. Delicious food was served, with the caesar salad winning over the crowd. We were thrilled to have chosen the Union Club for our wedding reception and would recommend couples consider this venue for a memorable and timeless wedding day, especially around the holidays. The Union Club provides unforgettable high end service and an added bonus of a 2 month membership we enjoyed using. My bridesmaids and I stayed there the night before which was super convenient. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!
