Whitney was absolutely the best when helping plan our wedding. From endless, “I can make that work, to let me know what I can help with,” she was with us every step of the way. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with our wedding reception at Stonewater! Kristin made the planning process so easy and smooth, and they set up for the event so the bride/groom don't have to worry about anything once dropping off the decor. They are so professional, personable, and easy to communicate with! All our guests were so impressed with the venue, the staff, the service, and especially the food. Many people told us it was the best wedding food they ever had. Stonewater truly knows how to put on and run a great event! We had a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend Stonewater! They made our wedding day so perfect and so fun!

StoneWater Golf Club is a great place for a wedding and reception. My grandson had his wedding outdoors there, and it felt really special. Family and friends all said how nice everything was and how smoothly it went. The staff was amazing too! I wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Country club, yes... but are you looking for your wedding venue? Congrats - you've just found it! My wife and I were married at StoneWater and we have nothing but fantastic things to say. Before we dive in, here are some details about our wedding so you have an idea of what we experienced:

- We hosted about 170 guests comfortably
- We selected some vendors from StoneWater's preferred vendor lists for discounts
- We highly recommend a room block at the Hyatt at Legacy (a preferred vendor) since they provide free shuttling of guests, convenient location to SW, and guests enjoy the bars/restaurants within Legacy Village during their stay
- StoneWater sets up TWO bars (so no waiting in line for a drink at reception!)
- We got lucky with the weather and had our ceremony outside, but the inside is beautiful and they flip the space depending on the weather day-of without issue
- Free complimentary round of golf (a great bachelor party event!)

OK - our review:
Firstly, huge shoutout to Kristin and Whitney who manage and coordinate the event space. They are both very nice, friendly, informative, and ultimately really have their sh*t together. The best part about this venue is that they also act as your planning "partner" (not to be confused with an outside wedding planner). If you feel like a wedding planner isn't your style or isn't in your budget, you won't need one if you work with Kristin and Whitney. They coordinated with our outside vendors to ensure a smooth process and left the worrying entirely to them on the day of. The hardest part was booking our own vendors, which isn't all that difficult anyways! They also were very accommodating of our requests throughout planning, including last minute guest list changes, graphic design help, outside vendor communications, and always provided their experienced-based suggestions for times we felt we were in over our heads.

Secondly, the food and drink options are very extensive and just as delicious. We got to try every single thing on the menu before committing to our dinner package. They were highly accommodating for every guests' dietary restrictions and they can work with you if you want to supplement their menu options with outside food services. The food here is plated, not buffet style, which is what we wanted. They also pass around appetizers during cocktail hour which is a nice touch.

Thirdly, we did not have to set up a single thing for the event. They set up all the dining tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, and all of the decor that went along with. We simply dropped off the decor items the day beforehand, told them where everything needed to be, and they took care of it all. StoneWater also provided a variety of colored linens to choose from for the tablecloths and napkins, which they also set up. In other words, no spending your wedding day putting things up yourself or having your family members do it!

Lastly, and most importantly, Krisin and Whitney truly and genuinely made this day enjoyable for us and everyone involved. We can't stress enough how NOT stressed we were. When you enjoy yourself on your wedding day, everyone else enjoys themselves too, and this was evidenced by the efforts Kristin and Whitney take to ensure a well-coordinated event. StoneWater was the perfect venue, and all because Whitney and Kristin are the most badass event hosts who truly want to make your day special. Don't pass this place up!!!!!

Whitney and her team made our wedding the EASIEST! Always prompt and professional with responses. I recommend the StoneWater venue and team x 1 million! If you want to have almost zero stress during your wedding planning, this is the place you want to have it at! All of our guests could not stop raving about the food too!

We had a WONDERFUL experience at Stonewater. We hosted our wedding there on 9/14, and the day was everything I could've imagined it would be - and more. I attribute that to Whitney and her team. From the moment we signed the contract last summer, I knew Whitney was going to ensure we had the absolute best experience. She was incredibly responsive, creative, helpful and caring. She made it easy to not feel a bit of stress throughout the entire wedding planning process! She even went above and beyond what I'd expect by providing creative ideas, a list of vendors she has worked with in the past and also just being honest about how she'd recommend we do things - without feeling any sort of pressure. While Stonewater is absolutely gorgeous and that was a mean reason we loved the space, we had heard the food was exceptional, and that was super important to us. Whitney's sister Kathryn, who is the Executive Chef, BLEW US AWAY at the tasting with loads of options to choose from. We had the hardest time deciding what to pick, because everything was that good!!! The day of the wedding, I couldn't even believe how beautiful the venue and all of the food displays turned out. The staff at Stonewater did not miss a beat, and every single table (there were 19 plus a head table!) were nearly served at the exact same time with hot meals. Two weeks later and we are still getting comments about how incredible it all was! We truly couldn't be happier with our experience at Stonewater!

From the moment we stepped inside we instantly fell in love with the place and Whitney!! The venue is so beautiful with the perfect layout for an outdoor ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception! Our ceremony was outside followed by cocktail hour on the patio with an outdoor bar and passed hors d’oeuvres that were delicious!! Our reception was inside the venue with OUTSTANDING food and service!! Whitney and her staff were very attentive and made sure from the moment we arrived for the ceremony all the way to the end of the night, that everything was well taken care of, and nothing was left undone! We had no stress at all that day because Whitney made us feel so comfortable and prepared for everything! She made sure everything happened on time, when and where it was supposed to, and having someone like that in charge of your event, you won’t need a wedding planner! She is truly a professional, and her staff are friendly and well trained! Our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and everyone was so complimentary of the food, bar service, staff and venue itself! If we ever have the opportunity to host another event, big or small, our first choice would be StoneWater! Thank you Whitney and the StoneWater staff for making our wedding unforgettable!

StoneWater is hands down the best place to get married! The outdoor ceremony area, patio, and venue are all SO beautiful; you just feel at peace when you are there. Whitney took care of literally everything, and made sure that we had zero stress throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day. She is amazing!! The bartenders and all of the staff were so kind and accommodating as well. Everyone raved about the appetizers, signature drinks, food, and late night pretzel bites. Many of our guests have said that it was "the best wedding that they have ever been to!" Thank you, Whitney, and everyone at StoneWater for the best wedding! 10/10.

Stonewater was everything we wanted and more! We had the perfect outdoor ceremony and indoor reception with the option for our guests to go inside and out as they pleased throughout the night. Our guest raved about the food for days after the wedding making comments like “this was the best wedding I’ve ever been to, and I mean that!” And if the venue itself wasn’t perfect enough, having Whitney as part of our day made everything that much more perfect. She took the stress off our plate and made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted while also offering her professional options when we needed help. She was amazing and so was the entire staff! We definitely plan to go back to visit the restaurant to enjoy the food and visit Whitney! We would get married here 100 times over again!!
