Whitney was absolutely the best when helping plan our wedding. From endless, “I can make that work, to let me know what I can help with,” she was with us every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough for making our special day so memorable. StoneWater will forever hold a special place in our hearts. A special thanks to the amazing team Whitney has working for her. Each and every staff member was so kind and hands on the entire wedding to not only my husband and I, but also to all our guests. Services like that are hard to come by in this day and age. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with our wedding reception at Stonewater! Kristin made the planning process so easy and smooth, and they set up for the event so the bride/groom don't have to worry about anything once dropping off the decor. They are so professional, personable, and easy to communicate with! All our guests were so impressed with the venue, the staff, the service, and especially the food. Many people told us it was the best wedding food they ever had. Stonewater truly knows how to put on and run a great event! We had a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend Stonewater! They made our wedding day so perfect and so fun!

StoneWater Golf Club is a great place for a wedding and reception. My grandson had his wedding outdoors there, and it felt really special. Family and friends all said how nice everything was and how smoothly it went. The staff was amazing too! I wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Country club, yes... but are you looking for your wedding venue? Congrats - you've just found it! My wife and I were married at StoneWater and we have nothing but fantastic things to say. Before we dive in, here are some details about our wedding so you have an idea of what we experienced:

- We hosted about 170 guests comfortably
- We selected some vendors from StoneWater's preferred vendor lists for discounts
- We highly recommend a room block at the Hyatt at Legacy (a preferred vendor) since they provide free shuttling of guests, convenient location to SW, and guests enjoy the bars/restaurants within Legacy Village during their stay
- StoneWater sets up TWO bars (so no waiting in line for a drink at reception!)
- We got lucky with the weather and had our ceremony outside, but the inside is beautiful and they flip the space depending on the weather day-of without issue
- Free complimentary round of golf (a great bachelor party event!)

OK - our review:
Firstly, huge shoutout to Kristin and Whitney who manage and coordinate the event space. They are both very nice, friendly, informative, and ultimately really have their sh*t together. The best part about this venue is that they also act as your planning "partner" (not to be confused with an outside wedding planner). If you feel like a wedding planner isn't your style or isn't in your budget, you won't need one if you work with Kristin and Whitney. They coordinated with our outside vendors to ensure a smooth process and left the worrying entirely to them on the day of. The hardest part was booking our own vendors, which isn't all that difficult anyways! They also were very accommodating of our requests throughout planning, including last minute guest list changes, graphic design help, outside vendor communications, and always provided their experienced-based suggestions for times we felt we were in over our heads.

Secondly, the food and drink options are very extensive and just as delicious. We got to try every single thing on the menu before committing to our dinner package. They were highly accommodating for every guests' dietary restrictions and they can work with you if you want to supplement their menu options with outside food services. The food here is plated, not buffet style, which is what we wanted. They also pass around appetizers during cocktail hour which is a nice touch.

Thirdly, we did not have to set up a single thing for the event. They set up all the dining tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, and all of the decor that went along with. We simply dropped off the decor items the day beforehand, told them where everything needed to be, and they took care of it all. StoneWater also provided a variety of colored linens to choose from for the tablecloths and napkins, which they also set up. In other words, no spending your wedding day putting things up yourself or having your family members do it!

Lastly, and most importantly, Krisin and Whitney truly and genuinely made this day enjoyable for us and everyone involved. We can't stress enough how NOT stressed we were. When you enjoy yourself on your wedding day, everyone else enjoys themselves too, and this was evidenced by the efforts Kristin and Whitney take to ensure a well-coordinated event. StoneWater was the perfect venue, and all because Whitney and Kristin are the most badass event hosts who truly want to make your day special. Don't pass this place up!!!!!

Whitney and her team made our wedding the EASIEST! Always prompt and professional with responses. I recommend the StoneWater venue and team x 1 million! If you want to have almost zero stress during your wedding planning, this is the place you want to have it at! All of our guests could not stop raving about the food too!

We had a WONDERFUL experience at Stonewater. We hosted our wedding there on 9/14, and the day was everything I could've imagined it would be - and more. I attribute that to Whitney and her team. From the moment we signed the contract last summer, I knew Whitney was going to ensure we had the absolute best experience. She was incredibly responsive, creative, helpful and caring. She made it easy to not feel a bit of stress throughout the entire wedding planning process! She even went above and beyond what I'd expect by providing creative ideas, a list of vendors she has worked with in the past and also just being honest about how she'd recommend we do things - without feeling any sort of pressure. While Stonewater is absolutely gorgeous and that was a mean reason we loved the space, we had heard the food was exceptional, and that was super important to us. Whitney's sister Kathryn, who is the Executive Chef, BLEW US AWAY at the tasting with loads of options to choose from. We had the hardest time deciding what to pick, because everything was that good!!! The day of the wedding, I couldn't even believe how beautiful the venue and all of the food displays turned out. The staff at Stonewater did not miss a beat, and every single table (there were 19 plus a head table!) were nearly served at the exact same time with hot meals. Two weeks later and we are still getting comments about how incredible it all was! We truly couldn't be happier with our experience at Stonewater!

She also did my daughters wedding , which was much larger , but each event was handled in the same way , with expert attention to detail , excellent food , and outstanding service .
I can’t wait to use her again for family gatherings and catered dinner parties .

From the moment we stepped inside we instantly fell in love with the place and Whitney!! The venue is so beautiful with the perfect layout for an outdoor ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception! Our ceremony was outside followed by cocktail hour on the patio with an outdoor bar and passed hors d’oeuvres that were delicious!! Our reception was inside the venue with OUTSTANDING food and service!! Whitney and her staff were very attentive and made sure from the moment we arrived for the ceremony all the way to the end of the night, that everything was well taken care of, and nothing was left undone! We had no stress at all that day because Whitney made us feel so comfortable and prepared for everything! She made sure everything happened on time, when and where it was supposed to, and having someone like that in charge of your event, you won’t need a wedding planner! She is truly a professional, and her staff are friendly and well trained! Our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and everyone was so complimentary of the food, bar service, staff and venue itself! If we ever have the opportunity to host another event, big or small, our first choice would be StoneWater! Thank you Whitney and the StoneWater staff for making our wedding unforgettable!

StoneWater is hands down the best place to get married! The outdoor ceremony area, patio, and venue are all SO beautiful; you just feel at peace when you are there. Whitney took care of literally everything, and made sure that we had zero stress throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day. She is amazing!! The bartenders and all of the staff were so kind and accommodating as well. Everyone raved about the appetizers, signature drinks, food, and late night pretzel bites. Many of our guests have said that it was "the best wedding that they have ever been to!" Thank you, Whitney, and everyone at StoneWater for the best wedding! 10/10.

Stonewater was everything we wanted and more! We had the perfect outdoor ceremony and indoor reception with the option for our guests to go inside and out as they pleased throughout the night. Our guest raved about the food for days after the wedding making comments like “this was the best wedding I’ve ever been to, and I mean that!” And if the venue itself wasn’t perfect enough, having Whitney as part of our day made everything that much more perfect. She took the stress off our plate and made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted while also offering her professional options when we needed help. She was amazing and so was the entire staff! We definitely plan to go back to visit the restaurant to enjoy the food and visit Whitney! We would get married here 100 times over again!!

Amazing. If you’re even considering this venue, book it. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding, and my “fairy godmother” Whitney, helped me with EVERYTHING. Whitney owns the place with her sisters and she runs the events. She is exactly the person you need to run an event, especially one with 120+ people. Obviously this place is gorgeous and the food is AMAZING, but really what makes a wedding is the people. Whitney and her staff truly made our day one to never forget and we’re very thankful and lucky to have picked Stonewater for our wedding.

I can’t say enough great things about StoneWater and Whitney. She takes care of everything with professionalism and perfection. She made postponing and rescheduling a year later due to COVID so much less stressful. She makes the day much more enjoyable. The venue is beautiful. The food is excellent and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend having your wedding at StoneWater. You won’t regret it!!

If you're looking for a venue that has your tables, linens, food, bar package, ceremony, reception, flatware, etc...this place is perfect. The food is the BEST and everyone there is so nice. Whitney will make sure your day is perfect. She is super responsive and is hands down the best person to work with. The venue has GORGEOUS indoor and outdoor ceremony spots. If you've bee thinking about checking this place out...then do it! You won't regret it.

We had our reception at The Venue at Stonewater in August. Whitney and her staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE! Throughout the pandemic I was so anxious about whether we'd have our big day. Thank goodness, everything went perfectly. - Whitney made our big day everything we could have imagined regardless of the crazy stress going on in 2020. Even throughout the night, Whitney had everything under control and I never had to worry about anything, but enjoying my wedding. Stonewater was worth every penny and time planning. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is and how AMAZING the food was. My husband and I can't wait to make annual anniversary trips to the Rustic Grill and relive our big day with their skirt steak! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We returned the next morning to get all of our decor and we couldn't thank Whitney enough! 5/5 stars is not enough.

We got married in June of this year (during the pandemic) and our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We were engaged for 2 years before our wedding day and as we were shopping around for reception venues, we came across this HIDDEN GEM known as Stonewater Golf Club. From the very first meeting with one of the owners Whitney, we completely fell in love with the place. The event space itself is incredible. Rustic charm, beautiful decor, amazing sized bar, and a large patio are just some of the highlights of this space. After you take in the breathtaking atmosphere, you then get to work with THE BEST wedding coordinator in the world, Whitney Neidus. Whitney was the most organized, detail oriented, patient, understanding and perfect coordinator we could have ever imagined. It is clear that she has been doing this for a very long time and she knows her stuff. She immediately put us at ease about the entire process and made our wedding planning so much easier. From helping you plan the day by creating an hour by hour timeline, to recommending some amazing vendors in the area, Whitney does it all. And then don't even get us started on the FOOD. We are HUGE foodies and did not just want more “typical” wedding food at our reception. Let us tell you that all of your guests will RAVE about the food the entire night. From pork belly steam buns and mini grilled cheeses with caramelized onions for appetizers, to beef short ribs, chicken piccata and lobster ravioli for dinner, this kitchen is out of this world. Whitney’s sister Kathryn is the Executive Chef and she really works with you on customizing the menu to make it what you want. We loved the food so much that we ate at the restaurant once a month before the wedding and still continue to go back! So if those things still dont convince you that you should have your wedding at Stonewater, let us tell you how AMAZING the staff is. EVERY single person on staff at Stonewater is attentive, caring and kind. They truly go out of their way to make sure that all of your guests are having a good time and are taken care of. Whitney was born to be a wedding coordinator. From start to finish everything was perfect. Even after a few stressful moments with outside vendors, she was available to sort out the different dilemmas with them along the way. I would not have been able to put my wedding together in less than six months without her. From the amazing staff, the delicious food, to the beautiful venue, I highly recommend Stonewater to any friend for any event...especially weddings.

The Venue at Stonewater is such a beautiful place for a wedding. We had the ceremony on site on the back lawn. It was perfect for a fall wedding surrounded by all the trees. They have a great back patio, beautiful room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings and excellent food. Whitney was so helpful with planning. She responds to emails almost immediately, was more than willing to cater to our needs and is there to help set up decorations and help coordinate everything on the day of. We did a lot of DIY decor so she was very helpful working with us setting that up/storing everything leading up to the big day (although we did have to do some of the setup ourselves - but if you had a planner then you wouldn't need to worry about any of that). We were very happy with how everything turned out. Everyone complimented the food and how great the venue was.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Everything was beautiful. Whitney, the wedding coordinator was fabulous and very responsive throughout the whole process. The food was delicious. Could not have been happier with my pick!!

I cannot say enough good things about Whitney and her staff. From the day we visited to our wedding day Whitney was there for us every step of the way. She worked with us to get us everything we wanted within our budget. Her staff and her ensured that the day of the wedding I had NO stress. They took care of everything and not one thing went wrong. It was a huge perk that they set up and take down all of the decorations which made it so that I could enjoy getting ready on my wedding day. The food was AMAZING, every single one of our guests from the kids to the adults said this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and has a huge dance floor which was big for my husband and I. They also have a beautiful outdoor patio that people could go sit outside and get some fresh air after dancing their pants off. We cannot say enough positive things about StoneWater and Whitney. She really knows what she is doing and works with you so you have zero stress throughout the whole process. I would recommend StoneWater to everyone who is getting married.

We loved our reception at Stonewater. The unique room setup and "high-class rustic" feel of the venue are awesome, and our guests loved the huge covered patio. The food is great. The staff is very accomodating and willing to help personalize your event.

My son and daughter-in-law recently had their wedding reception at StoneWater in their beautiful clubhouse and outdoor patio.
Everything, from my first encounter with Whitney, booking the venue, to the food tasting and preparation before, during and after our event, was absolutely first class.
Our guests raved about the food, the service, the ample and beautiful space both inside and out of the building, the ample parking, and the size of the dance floor.
Whitney helped us plan the timing of each detail of the reception, and it went flawlessly. From the cocktail hour, to the cake cutting, to the meal service and dessert display. She even decorated the wedding cake with the fresh flowers the bride selected.
It was wonderful to have her staff set up the tables with the flowers and votive candles, so that on the day of the event, all we needed to do was enjoy! After the event, we were allowed to leave everything as it was, and pick up the decorations on the following day.
