A Taste of Excellence catered our wedding at Mapleside Farms, and the whole experience was outstanding! Kaitlyn was our coordinator, and she made the planning process smooth and easy. Pat was the head server; we and all of our guests were impressed with her attentiveness and friendly attitude. The pasta buffet was delicious as well. Highly recommend this vendor!

We toured this space today as we are evaluating our options and I have to say just how truly impressed we are. I wouldn’t normally review anything this early on but today warrants it. What an absolutely beautiful space and the ownership team is incredibly kind and informative. They made it clear that they are flexible and happy to help with information about the area and vendors etc etc. He gave us a tour of the beautiful onsite suites and event space as well as answered all our questions and inquiries. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. You can tell they put a lot of love and time into making this venue what it is today. 10/10 recommend just don’t take my date or else. LOL

Whitehall was the perfect choice for our wedding! I was apprehensive about having a big wedding at all and was perfectly content with eloping or going to a courthouse, but ultimately decided to have a wedding for our families and the memories. Julia at Whitehall made this entire experience such a dream for my now-husband and I. She’s the venue coordinator but is also an angel that every bride deserves in the months leading up to her wedding and on her wedding day. She answered every stupid question I had very quickly, and is on top of things with sending emails to remind you about scheduling your rehearsal, nailing down your timelines, etc. One of the best parts about this venue is that you drop all of your decor off on the Tuesday before your wedding and they set everything up for you throughout the week! I literally didn’t have to think about a thing and could just spend the days before relaxing and tying up loose ends! We didn’t even nail down our vision for the centerpieces and most of the decor until 10-14 days before the ceremony, but Julia absolutely nailed it and everything was so beautiful! The day of the wedding, her assistant, Brenda, checked in on us while we got ready to make sure we were doing okay and she was the sweetest and just as organized and on top of it as Julia was. Before, during and after the ceremony, as well as during the reception, Julia checked in with my husband and I so many times to make sure we were okay and got us drinks if we needed it. She also helped when the Angelos pizza delivery driver showed up at 9pm (as scheduled for my late night snack, I was just tipsy and wrapped up in the party and talked to people so I totally forgot lol) and got them organized and set up as well as made sure they got the tip i set aside for them. She took so much off my plate mentally the week of my wedding and just went above and beyond for my husband and I. It was just so special and I appreciated it in ways I don’t know how to explain in 3500 characters or less. Most “extra” things are an extra cost at this venue, like if you want the groom to get there earlier than 4pm to do bridal party pictures or a first look you have to pay extra for that, as well as a few other things, but honestly the helpfulness of everyone at the venue was well worth all of that. I really couldn’t imagine doing our wedding anywhere else. I can’t recommend it enough and I’ll scream it into the sky for anyone who will listen!

This was not just a venue, but an experience of a lifetime. We could not be more grateful for Jerrica, who became like family to us, and Lynae who took the best care of us from start to finish. We are also so thankful for everyone on the team that helped make our dream come true. We had our ceremony and reception there which was perfect for us and our guests. The venue itself is breath taking. We did bring decorations, a flower wall, and they helped set up our vendors to take the stress off us. I can't say enough how amazing our experience was and how much our guests loved it too. We truly had the most special day of our lives and it would not have been accomplished without the Onesto and the incredible staff!

Jessica was with us from the beginning. A relative had been married at Ariel Pearl center years ago and just fell in love with the venue. We knew this was where we could see our wedding. We held both our ceremony and Reception at this location. Jessica also served as a second bartender during the reception. Everything was beautiful

I was a guest at this venue and I can’t say enough how amazing it was. The staff, food and decor was great! Something totally different and very cool!!

1840 Manor House is beautiful, and Star is the perfect host. She was knowledgeable, fun and made me and my Fiancé very excited for our Big Day! The venue would make anyone’s special day just magical. 10/10!

This was an AMAZING church! It is so beautiful and they answered any concern that I had. The pastor was unavailable to do my wedding, but they allowed my friend to officiate it. Just an amazing church and made the day so special. Also, the bridal suite is beautiful and the men got ready in the youth rec room and they had a blast because there is a lot of fun things up there like a pool table, ping pong, etc.

I cannot say enough about the WRHS -- we had an amazing wedding in the rotunda space. The carousel was the biggest hit, and it was so fun seeing pictures of all our guests on it. We also had access to the Crawford Auto Museum for the cocktail hour, and the guests loved looking at the old cars. There was some confusion prior to the wedding (the venue went through 3 sales coordinators in a few months), but I thought they did a good job of passing the baton and communicating with me beforehand. There was a lot more staff from the museum on hand at the wedding than I was expecting, and they were all very nice and helpful to me and the guests. WRHS is a unique venue, and the staff there do a lot to help make the day special.

Hale Farm and Village was everything I could have dreamed of for our special day and more. The beautiful site was unique and every guest raved over the location. Even with the rain, it was stunning. Our wedding was on 9/28/24 so the property was open to the public during the day, but not very busy. We used the east side of the property and it was beyond picture perfect. The pavilion set the most perfect vibes for our reception, and the area behind the Herrick House was a dream come true for our ceremony. My husband and I did a first look and private vows in front of the yellow house, and were able to take photos on the entire property. It was MAGICAL to say the least. But this review is mostly for the AMAZING Miss Dotty. About two months before my wedding, I was notified that the person I had been in contact with and had been planning with was no longer with HF. Obviously, I was stressed and nervous to say the least. But once Dotty was brought on, and after one meeting with her my fears subsided. This amazing person did EVERYTHING in her power to help me achieve the wedding of my dreams. She came up with solutions to any issues, she offered ideas and thoughts for any question I had. This woman worked her butt off the day of my wedding!! With the change in staffing, and promises made from the prior, Dotty went above and beyond to make things happen. She also had a second wedding on the west side of the property the same day, and Dotty seemed to always be around when I needed something. When my ceremony was 45 minutes late... no fault of HF or Dotty (family drama)... and I was on the verge of a breakdown, Dotty came over to me and asked "you want to hear a funny story?" and continued to tell me something funny to distract me, and make me laugh. She made sure I wasn't too shiny from the stress sweat, and helped get things back on track. At one point she had the help of a young man named Alex (I hope that's right) who was just as kind and helpful as she was. Both helped with set up, and tear down. Alex helped fluff my dress before I walked at the ceremony as Dotty was closing and opening the entrance doors for me. They both seemed to make sure that everything could go as best as it could. I know for a fact this day would not have happened, and would not have been as amazing as it was, if not for Dotty. She is a superhero. Hale Farm and Village was truly a dream come true venue for us and our special day. But Dotty was a rock star and I am forever grateful for her, her hard work, and her kindness from the moment I met her. Thank you!!!
