We just had our reception July 26th 2025. I’m not one to write reviews but we had the absolute perfect day. The wedding coordinator and event planner are amazing so attentive and easy to get ahold of. They are so friendly and will get back to you with any request within 24 hours. We had no hiccups and could fully enjoy our day without having to worry about coordinating any other vendors. Not to mention their food is amazing, ourself and all of our guests could not stop complimenting the dinner. It is a perfect combination of a beautiful bay view while not having to worry about the weather to ruin your day. The Sheraton made our day so perfect and seamless. Do yourself a favor and make your day stress free and book the Sheraton!!!

My fiancé and I traveled from Pittsburgh to Erie to get married and we were very worried about how planning such a big event would work from 2 hours away. Ambassador stood out from the first time we met with them. Sarah, their wedding planner, did literally everything she could over the last 2 years to make sure our day was spectacular. She is super responsive to emails and just absolutely lovely. We held our reception in the Garden Atrium and it was perfect. Their food was DELICIOUS, and everything turned out so beautiful. We also had our rehearsal dinner Friday night and breakfast for our guests Sunday morning and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and perfectly those went as well. The staff at the Hilton and courtyard from check in to check out were so accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue 😊

We had our wedding here. The church was absolutely beautiful. The only draw back was that you were required to use their cantor and organist. They were good, but it would have been nicer to have the option for family members to participate. The cost was not too outrageous, again it was just that we were required to pay for the musicians (instead of having the option to find our own and pay) after already paying for the church.

We had our daughters wedding at the Bayfront Convention Center, in the grand ballroom, In Erie Pa September 2018. We worked with Ariana as our event coordinator, she was fantastic! She was so responsive throughout the entire process. She worked with us, solved all our problems/issues. There are so many details to pull off a large wedding in such a big venue, but she got everything done! The space was perfect, the food was amazing, and no problems with security. All our guests loved their food, appetizers were fantastic, as promised. The dinner was excellent, even the filet mignon, which is often difficult to deliver cooked medium to all guests. From start to finish, it was awesome! Anytime we needed something, the staff was there to accommodate. Even the next day when we returned to pick up our decorations and cookies, the staff was there and ready to help. Great experience! Would highly recommend for an elegant event on the beautiful Erie Bayfront. The photos on the water are an added bonus, beautiful surroundings, great for walks and pics! If you are planning a wedding, this venue is perfect and well worth the money. Get a good florist...makes a difference in such a large space.

I do not have the words to articulate how incredible this venue is. Working with both Brighid and Barry to get everything organized and planned, I did absolutely nothing on the day of. Your names go on the Marque outside and the inside is stunning. Seriously so many compliments and I was just blown away with its absolutely stunning interior. The Christmas decorations were still set up and added a beautiful ambiance. The set up and tear down and chairs is all included in the rental fee as well as the bridal suite and a place for the groom as well. I highly recommend this venue to anyone in the Erie PA area. The Warner Theatre made our wedding day so memorable and incredible!
